Mirek had continued to work on the wall, he vowed to finish it. It didn't matter how long it took or however many people came to the farm to interrupt. The hammer continued to hit nails putting pieces together. He got up grabbing a few of the wall pieces and taking them with him to finish the wall. He stuck it in the ground as hard as he could. He hammered it to the rest of the wall and did so with the other pieces. He took a few steps back from it, the wall was coming along well. If Mirek stayed at it for a couple of hours, it would done, it certainly would be a lot quicker with a few extra hands, but it didn't matter.
Zack chopped another piece off the branch. "the cult passed through here and they rescued me basically." Zack broken the sticks off the pieces placing them in a separate pile. "Sorry Sisa shot you yesterday." Zack apologized to Vince as he started grabbing logs. "She felt really bad about it."

Dean his eyes turned big when Nick just said we didn’t fuck or anything. “Nick, haha don’t be so blunt sweetie.” Dean said as he grabbed Nick his hand which was laying on the table. Then he heard Nick ask about Sisa and Annie telling him where she was.
“Be careful, when you go out.” Dean said. After that he gave Nick a kiss and turned his attention to Annie. He hoped no one would think him kissing Nick was weird or anything, but they were in an apocalypse so unusual things where normal now. Besides he had to let them all know he loved Nick so better soon then late.
He heard Annie said it was ok to check the traps but food first. After that he listened to Joe and just nodded as he spoke about Vince and his plans. Then Annie replied and said she and Dean could get the RV. “Yeah good plan I’m up for that and if your tractor is low on gas, I have a lot of spare gas for my car as you know, maybe we can use that?” Dean asked. “But I’m sure we will get the RV here.” He said with a smile. “Oh btw Joseph, we spend the night there, just slept like Nick said we hope it was ok?” he added being a bit embarrassed by not asking it.
Then Joseph talked again and explained was wrong with the other vehicle. “Well Annie and I can fix almost everything, fixing it is the least I can do, after spending the night in you RV.” Dean said with a smile.

A black eyebrow raised on the soon to be mothers face. Silently she stood by the door inside listening vaguely to people talking at a table. It wasn't until she heard her name that she started going towards the others. Deep brown eyes widened slightly as she took notice of the brown man on the table with a backpack. "Sisa has been inside. Last time someone pratically scolded me" Faking as if she was offended with a clear smile on her face as a tan finger pointed at the redhead. Then her eyes went onto Nickiah with a smile and joking tone. "I assume the chocolate boy is the Nickiah mentioned last night?" Raising a dark eyebrow with her question as she took a seat.

"you must be lucky then," Vince said turning his gaze away from the man, "I only wish I could be that lucky. I don't really have much luck. Stranded in a foreign country away from everyone I know. Get shot, beat, cut. Fall into a wrong group. Have no clue if th one I love is alive. I wish I would just be lead to him. Walk on through. Sorry I'm ranting." He blished and looked at the ground.
"Tell her it was nothing. She didn't mean to. I was to forward I guess. The jumpsuit probably didn't help," Vince said looking down, "not that it matter. It was done, I'm fixed up. It will heal. A roof over my hea and warm meal is enough to compensate."

"No problem, Dean," Joe laughed upon hearing of where Dean and Nickiah had been overnight, adding with a bit of deadpan, "once we get the RV back, we can always hang a sign over the door saying 'Loveshack' in psychdelic colors or something." Hearing Dean's words about the chances of bringing both the RV and the Silverado back brought a broad smile to Joe's face. "That sounds good," he said, finishing his cup of coffee as he spoke.
Annie listened and watched them talk. She saw Sisa step in and pointed to her as she spoke," speak of the devil, that's the mom to be, so your gifts go to her." She glanced at Dean, when he spoke about sleeping in the RV with Nick, and then she looked at Joe. He seemed fine with it, even joked, so she didn't say anything.
"While we go and get the tractor, any chance of getting Mirek some help? He's been out there for almost an hour by himself." She lifted her cup and stared at the liquid, then finished the last few sips. "Sisa, if you want to start clearing the attic, that would give us more room." She got up and set her things in the sink, then headed for the door.

Dean laughed as Joseph made the joke. “Hahah good one.” He said while lauging. Then Dean smiled as Sisa walked in the room.
“Omg, Nick, give her the tiger toy for the little cutie.” he said with a smile referring to the toy he had grabbed at the store. “Oh and of course the other stuff, but the toy is important since it’s my….. well our first gift for the baby.” Dean added with the same warm smile.
Then his attention went back to Annie. “Well I can help Mirek first and then we can do the tractor getting the rv thing later?” Dean asked as he looked at Annie, with the same smile. He was glad how everything was going for now. Yes it was the apocalypse, but he found a great group, Annie was awesome, Mirek was a cool dude, Sisa and Zack where funny and they where going to have a cute baby, the new people seemed to be nice and he met the love of his life, all those things made the apocalypse bearable.

Dark eyes blinked once he heard the pregnant women call him chocolate. A smile spread across his face while a laugh came out of it. "Very Funny" Nick said jokingly before turning his attention towards Dean. Smiling as he listend to Dean's excitement over the tiger toy. Grabbing the backpack he had slid off and pushed toward the side of the table Sisa was sitting at. "A group from everyone I guess you could say" He said with a kind smile. Deans words about putting off the RV thing didn't sound to good in the young mans head. "Is that really a good idea" He said with concern. "Bandits could come and take it." Biting his lower lip at the thought. Thinking about the times Alfred and him had their stuff stolen during travels. Replacing the worried tone with a more chipper one as his dark eyes looked at Sisa. "I can totally help Sisa with the attic though." Smiling kindly with his offer to help as much as he could.

"He's got a point there," Joe said, pointing over towards Nickiah for a moment, "but I have faith we'll get it back here, my friend." Pausing, he added, "In the meantime, unless there's any objection, I'll bounce between Zack and Mirek, keep an eye on them while they're out working and also watch out for anything coming towards the farm."

Dean finished eating and put his things in the sink too. “Everything will be fine and I’ll be careful.” Dean said as he walked over to Nick.
“I’m going to help Annie, no worries I’ll keep myself safe, you be careful too.” Dean said before kissing Nick. Then he walked out and followed Annie.
“So we get the tractor first, then I’ll get you the gas and while you refill I’ll help Mirek, so that after that we can get the RV, is that the plan?” Dean asked with a little smile. Then his face turned serious. “So how are you, cause you seem a bit stressed, are you ok?” Dean asked in a worried tone. “And what do you think of our newcomers and more particular what do you think of Nick, I don’t know how everything happened, but he seems to be give me feeling that I haven’t felt in awhile, but you didn’t say anything in there, so I figured you might wanted to talk to me in private?” he added softly.
Annie felt her feet growing cold as she moved through the snow. Soon it would all be gone. She heard Dean walk up and begin keeping pace with her. Her rifle was slung over her back. She glanced over at him." I get the tractor, I will pull it around to the road. We can get the gas then. That thing is slow, those things can climb on while I am driving." She was explaining that she needed an extra set of eyes and hands.
Annie chuckled," Dean, I didn't say anything cause it's not my place. You're a grown man, you don't need my approval. All I ask is when you disappear like that, you let someone know. We didn't know if you were alive or dead."
Annie came to the fence they had made. It ran a smaller perimeter than the orginal farm. The old barn and shed were just beyond this rear gate. She reached out to open it," you ready?" She looked at Dean and unslung her rifle.

After making sure that both his lever-action and revolver were ready in case he needed them, Joe headed outside and began walking the grounds of the farm, the snow crunching underneath as he walked outside. Looking around, he spotted where Zack and Vince where at and began walking over towards them. Looks like they've been busy, he mused as he got closer to them. "How's things going?" he said to them when he got within earshot of them; he didn't want to disturb them as they worked, nor did he want to make any unnecessary noise if possible that attract any wayward walkers in the area.
Zack marked another X. "You're a pretty cool dude." Zack smiled and cut another piece off. Hearing Joe call to them Zack waved. "Pretty good trying to keep everyone warm through the day." Marking another X on the branch he placed the Axe over his shoulder. "He's watching making sure I'm not slacking off.
Vince smiled, "thanks man, I appreciate that. You're not that bad yourself. This is a good place. It will be a shame when I have to leave." He looked down, "not that I don't want to stay, there's just someone out there I need to find. Hope you and your group can understand."
Hs looked as Joseph as he called to them. "I'm fine doc, just keeping watch. Shoulders fine. Thanks again for fixing it. Was it a clean shot, there isn't shrapenel?"

Dean smiled at Annie. “That’s ok I’ll come with you and keep you safe, no walker will get to you.” He answered her with a smile. Then he nodded as Annie commented on his question. “Well yes I do know I don’t need approval, I was just wondering and I’m glad there is someone that is worried when I’m out without telling, that means I have people that care for me.” He said as he winked. “And it won’t happen again.” He added.
Then they walked to the fence and Dean heard how Annie asked if he was ready. “Yes I am.” Dean said as he grabbed his handgun from the holster. Then he waited for Annie to open the gate so they could go.

He looked as Joseph as he called to them. "I'm fine doc, just keeping watch. Shoulders fine. Thanks again for fixing it. Was it a clean shot, there isn't shrapnel?"
"Yeah, it was a clean shot," Joe replied, "and in case I hadn't mentioned it before, you're lucky. Most people who get shot with large-caliber weapons usually don't get up afterwards....and thankfully, there wasn't any shrapnel or ballistic shock present that I could see, so I don't have any concerns off-hand; a couple of days and that would should heal up quite nicely."
Looking around, he didn't see anything that concerned him, so he added, "Unless there's anything else, I'm going to walk around the farm a bit and keep an eye on things...anything happens, don't hesitate to yell, okay?"
Annie opened the gate after Dean said he was ready. She held it open just enough to slip through it. She knew if it went bad Dean would be able to shut the gate. She didn't see anything. Not at first. Way off at the treeline, she saw a lone dead ambling around. She worried and out what the warmer weather was going to bring. She stepped a little bit further and the took off fast for the large shed. She glanced back to see if Dean was behind her.
The shed was large. Built to hold the farm equipment. All the stockpiled wood was gone, used for the fence, so it was largely empty, except the tractor. Annie yanked the door and it slid back. She knew there was no dead inside. She had clears it the last time they came for woods before the heavy snow had fallen. She glanced at Dean." Watch the roamed, I am going to go and start it up." She prayed it would start. It hasn't been started in a while.

Dean followed closely, he felt like it was his duty to keep Annie safe, least he could do after disappearing a whole night. Dean noticed how Annie prepared everything. Then he looked at her as she spoke about starting the vehicle. “Ok good luck and careful, but no worries though I got your back.” Dean said with a smile.
He looked around and saw some walkers, but nothing to worry about yet. He felt the adrenaline as he heard Annie getting closer to the tractor. “Is it working?” he asked in a little nervous tone. While he waited he check once more if his gun was loaded in case he needed to defend Annie and himself.

As he headed off to walk the farm grounds, Joe spotted what appeared to be a wayward, shambling walker along the treeline; after raising his lever-action and watching it through the iron sights, he re-slung his rifle and continued on. No sense shooting it from distance, he thought, adding, even if I hit it, how do we know that its' the only one there? figuring gunshots would only attract more walkers.
Looking around for several moments, he caught sight of Mirek walking on what looked like a wall for defending the farm; after watching him work, Joe decided to continue walking the grounds, opting to not bother Mirek while was busy working on the wall and instead continue keeping an eye on everything, lever-action at the ready.
