Bear Lake Settlement

A camp build from scratch in the Colorado Rockies. It was founded by college students and ROTC-graduates from the University of Colorado in Boulder. A democratic council rules this well-organized settlement. Not many walkers venture here because of the cold, and the greatest threats to the camp mostly come from other humans, sane or insane.
