The Fort

The Fort is located in the remains of Castillo de San Marcos. The once-popular tourist spot in St. Augustine now marks the settlement of a sanctuary. The moats, high walls, and spacious layout all provide a safe place to rest and reside. With plentiful supplies abound and crops planted, in addition to weapons and resources, the Fort provides security and a realistic chance at survival. The dead and the raiders provide the only threat, but the group of survivors inside the walls know how to handle their business. Led by Akihiro Yamada, they are capable and protect the Fort with their lives. Akihiro dictates who may join and who may not, with the safety of his companions in mind. He runs a tight ship, but is fair, and it is to this that the survivors can attribute their safety.
