They hadn't been far into the food line when the sound of trucks could be hesrd. Matt and Josie both rushed out. Moment later Becky was in, shouting orders at Sam and Yameki. They were to gather anyone who could fight, tell them to head down stairs. Sam nodded and ran, pulling Yameki with him. He knew he couldn't fight. Fighting the dead was one thing, but armed men, Yameki wasn't a fighter.
Sam pulled his and ran across the yard to the barn. Going through the doors he looked at all the people. "Come on, everyone up. If you can hold a gun, go see Jack. If you can fight, go see Jack. If you can't follow me, and Yameki, come on." He shouted. People grumbled. "We got people at out door, Sarah's orders."
Sam rushed through, escorting people out. It was chaos, he had emptied the barn, making sure anyone who was there was fighting, or going to hide. "Yam, you need to get everyone down stairs. Those group of girls there, take them. Maxine, Ellie, get them all down in the cellar, Louis and Kira will help you." Sams's voice was panicked. But he could shoot, he needed to fight.
"Guns, got it," Jack said moving inside. He grabbed a few bags of guns, rifles, shotguns, pistols, it was all they had, would have to do. He moved along and found Matt. He handed him a rifle, standard hunting one. "Help me hand these out. If they look like they can shoot, load them up with s gun." People filed out from the barn and Jack handed guns to those who passed him.
Jospeh, Jared, Trey, all got guns. Any of the males. Jack moved forward, "Darwin take this," he said handing the young man an assault rifle. He smiled and moved back. "Penny, Ophelia, take these guns. Marie you too. Make sure they are loaded." He moved around toward Sam, handing his friends another rifle.
Jack took one for himself. Anyone who was able to fire a gun, and would be safe to use one was given one, others were forced to hide in the basement. Jack crouched low, aiming his gun at the gate. He saw others do it as well, aiming solely at the gate, ready to fire. If Thadd or Sarah gave the orders, they would open fire, take them out.

Maxine would have normally jotted up her brothers sudden interruption of the conversation of all conversations. The grande, the spectacular, the inspirational talk of the worlds finest kind of clothing: Prom Dresses. The inside joke made Maxine laugh out loud and even snort before she realized the yelling and shot happening that was a sign that shit was getting real. Her arm reached out and grabbed Ella's arm before turning her head with a very different expression. "Down stairs were too pretty to die!" Even in a nervous and serious tone the humorous nature of a growing teen shined.
The MRE that had once been in her free hand was on the floor where she stepped on it heading for wherever the cellar was in the house. She hadn't done a lot of remembering of the place she has been residing at so their was the stomach turning sensation that she could be wasting their time. After a minute or two of resembling a chicken with its head chopped off Maxine took the revolver from the holster to her side. "Darwin better not fucking die!" Thankfully they had found the cellar while Maxine's inner thoughts were screaming at her that their was a giant ticking clock.
Upon entering the cellar Max found herself a corner and nodded toward it. "Ellie get behind me please." She had no idea why she just asked for her to do that. It wasn't like Maxine would make a good human shield in the long run. Perhaps it was just the thought that counted for the Californian.
(Okay I hope this is okay. If anything needs edit please tell me )
Ella's smile brightened as Maxine laughed at her joke. Even giving a snort as she laughed. This caused Ella to start laughing. The two teens were interrupted as the older Onishi rushed in barking orders to go down to the cellar and hide. Shit was apperantly hitting the fan. With barely enough time to react, Maxine had grabbed the younger girls hand and began half dragging her to the basement. "The fucks going on?!" She yelled. Maxine said that her brother better not die. Over all the commotion Ella had not heard what all the fuss was about. Her best guess was raiders. Hiding in a basement wouldn't do shit of walkers were tearing down the walls.
Maxine had ordered the girl to get behind her. She nodded and scrunched herself up as close the the wall as she could. She put her hands over her ears to try and block out the yelling around her. Today was supposed to be a normal day. How could it go south so quickly? The teenager could feel herself beginning to have a panic attack. She hadn't had one of these sense the outbreak. Taking deep breaths she tried to stop herself from loosing her mind. "These dickwads better fuck off." She mumbled to herself. If the raiders ended up coming down here she had no weapon to defend herself with. Puppy dog eyes would do jack squat.

Matt waited, he wanted to know what was going on, but all of the sudden Becky joined them and asked Jack and him to get guns and arm everyone. Matt gave a simple nod and followed behind Jack, while holstering his handgun. They walked past Darwin and he could hear how he asked Sarah, where they wanted him.
Matt knew this wasn’t going to end well, but he would do everything in his power to keep the place safe. As they reached the guns, Jack first handed him one and then asked to hand out a couple. He nodded. “Understood.” He spoke calm. Matt stayed close to Jack and gave guns to the people who were capable of using them.
When they were done, they both took a rifle and crouched down close to the gate, ready to fire anyone who would try to get in. Sweat dripped of Matt his forehead, he was nervous, normally he was a calm guy, liked to work, keep the place in good shape, he didn’t like too much violence to other people. But if it were people that wanted to destroy what everyone had build, he would protect it and he wouldn’t be afraid, he was ready to kill. “Let’s hope they go away, if not let’s hope we can take em.” Matt spoke to Jack, but keeping his eyes on the gate. Every now and then he looked up to Thadd, to see how he was handling things.
Post by Yameki Nakamura on Apr 30, 2016 0:38:49 GMT -5
It was happening again, Yameki could feel it. He didn't fully understand what was going on, not at first. One moment they were milling around the house, relaxed, and the next, they were running across the yard. He appreciated Sam's charge of the situation, because it wasn't until they were within the barn that he listened to him speak, tried his best to understand. It seemed there were people outside, but he couldn't be sure, not until Jack came in and started handing out guns. This was the fourth group that he had been a part of, and when he saw the protection that the farm provided, he hoped that it would be his last. But if the frenzy and the panicked movements of the inhabitants were anything to go by, it seemed that they had been compromised. He could only hope that whatever was going on would be resolved swiftly and peacefully, otherwise he would be saddled with more than just survivor's guilt this time around.
The farm's populace divided like oil and water, the men and capable people taking up weapons and rushing to the gate, while the ones that weren't as skilled vacated the barn and headed towards the cellar in the house. Yameki was glad to help the second group of people. He wasn't a fighter, a killer. He was no hero. He wasn't a coward either, but he knew his place. He wasn't opposed when Sam ordered him to round up the stragglers and usher them into the cellar, but he was surprised to find that he wasn't coming with him.
"You are not coming?" Yameki asked, and anxiety rattled his mind, made his words funky. "You go there on the gate?" He cursed under his breath, knowing he probably wasn't making much sense. But he felt confused, not by the language, but by the way that concern welled up in the pit of his stomach. It was more intense that he would have expected, and he felt guilt sow seeds into his stomach. But with the barn emptying out and the air electric with apprehension, Yameki knew that it was no time to argue. He didn't understand, didn't have the time to have Sam explain it to him. Something needed to be done, so he would do it. They all had their roles to play.
With a sullen nod, Yameki accepted his parting and tried to ignore the dread that weighed on his chest. He turned to walk away, watching the last few stragglers head for the door. "Hayaku, hayaku. I follow you." He willed them to move quickly, despite knowing that they wouldn't understand him. Before he followed after them, he moved back towards Sam and bit his lip, unsure of what to say. He knew it in Japanese, but not English, and so he settled with mashing them together. "Ki o tsukete. Be careful, please."
There was no time, no more words to be spoken. He left him with that and rushed after the others, helping to guide them towards the house. The gate was slowly filling up with defense, and Yameki shepherded the last few people into the house. They went down into the cellar, and once he was sure that everyone was accounted for, he shut the doors and let Louis and Kira do the rest, hoping they would help him the way that Sam had said they would. He spotted Maxine and Ella, the girls that Sam had told him to protect. They had run off before he had the chance, but that didn't mean that he couldn't help them now. He came to rest by the wall, and already he could see that Maxine was handling it much better than Ella. "It is okay," Yameki said softly, and although his words were foreign, they were reassuring. It was the best that he could do. "Daijyoubu, daijyoubu."
Josie held steady in the watch tower, looking down at the cars and the raiders. No way were they getting in. They wanted to talk about doing a trade but she knew better. She knew that slimey tone he took and she did not take well to it. She looked at their cars. She tried to take in their faces and how they looked. She tried her best to memorize how many were there and listened to what they were saying. They wanted their stuff. She remembered how Amber looked when she picked her up on the side of the road and the story she told about her friend dying. Maybe it was these guys, maybe it was another group. Regardless, raiders were raiders and no one showed up in a caravan like this unless they meant to do bad things. There was a reason they came in numbers and it probably wasn't to have tea and make trade. This was to fight.
Speaking quietly she growled to herself. "Come on Thad. Just say the word. I'll start firing."
Maybe Matt heard her, maybe he didn't. She didn't care. She wanted all of them dead. She wanted to take their cars and show them what it was like to take the life of those you care about. They didn't deserve anything that was on this farm.
She looked up, making sure her aim was clear before looking back down, one eye open, one eye closed before she finally spoke up.
"You should all probably just move on!" She yelled out, impatient they had not been given any instructions and that these raiders were still standing at the gate. In her mind, they were as good as dead anyways. But she said nothing about the leaders. They didn't need to know the leaders weren't here. Thad was in charge now and what he said, went, but she could just as easily run these guys off..maybe. She had a lot of hate in her heart right now.
Sarah wasn't letting them in here. She had a family to protect. She glanced at Thad and shook her head no.
This was a dangerous line they were standing in. They had armed who they could and the rest sent to safety.
Sarah looked around at the people on the wall and gathering around. What are they supposed to do? Sarah wasn't military, but she taught school and knew history.
Sarah knew they wanted in, so maybe they should let them, the leader. Sarah looked around and motioned for Thad to try to stall them. "Jack, Sam, Matt, listen, move the vehicles, pull them so when they come in, they have to stay in a tight line, we need gas, this is gonna cost us, soak a rag and stuff it in the tanks. Of the cars, we, need everyone positioned high, good shooters to shoot the gas tanks, or someone to light the rags. We are gonna make them run the gauntlet. Trap them in and then we defend ourselves. " she hoped it would mean less loss of life for them.

Thadd stood his ground. He glared at the man below. Sarah said something, as did Matt and Josie. It was all lost on him. He looked back to see any baked person with a gun in hand, lined up around the gate. They wouldn't loose the farm, these men weren't coming in. He hesrd tale son the junkyard, what a small group of hem could do. They were survivors, through and through.
"You're. It coming in, now be gone," Thadd boomed, his voice was deep, menacing, "you're not taking this farm, if you don't leave, well make you," he said, almost a growl. He made his point heard, they weren't coming in. No matter what.
"See pal," the raider said, wrong answer." From behind him the car in the rear swerved around. It aimed at the gate, heading straight towards it. On its front was a big battering ram, it was massive, obviously meant to smash down objects. This had been a military vehicle at one point, now was custom built, for taking down walls.
"Get out of the way, back away from the gate," Thadd yelled as it sped up, toward the gate. Thadd dove off the platform. He grabbed Sarah, pulling her back and shielding the blow. The drove in, spinning on the grass. The other five filled the last stopping st the gate to block them in. The raiders had came in, they would die.
Before Thadd could react the raider he spoke to earlier came forward. Kicking him in the jaw Thadd rolled back.
"Now see, what did I say. If you just had opened the gate, this all could have been avoided," the raider spoke. Men flooded out from the vehicles, all armed, various weapons, aimed at them. "Get the people out of the towers, and drop the guns or we'll kill each and every one of you. We have you outgunned, out numbered, no stand down."
Thadd looked around, it was true. All the men, armed, ready. They out numbered them, five men for every person. They didn't stand a chance. "Do as he says. Lower your guns. Bring the people down. We can't win this, not without dying."
Maxine was still trying to handle the situation as best she could. Especially when Ella began to have a panic attack which both worried and annoyed Max. "Calm down. You can freak out when you see the whites of their eyes." She whispered softly to her friend. A few more people came down into the cellar, one of them being a.. Hmm what pronoun could she choose to describe the man? She was fairly certain it was a guy but of course their was the case of ones own view on that sort of thing.
She stared at the man a little taken back by the calm words for Ella because clearly Maxine was trying to give off the air of cool as a cucumber, the Japanese surprised for a moment before coming up with a very butchered response. "Uhh Arigatou?" It was more of a question rather then an answer but the teen was certain it was correct. Well.. As certain as she was that Darwin was a dweeb.
Her attention was brought back to Ella's little moment. She reached in her boot to pull out the switch blade she kept safe in case of emergency's. This seemed like the perfect time for it. Max pushed the knife in Ella's hand for her to hold. The culy haired teen assumed it would give Ella some sense of security with a weapon rather than without one.
After the younger teen accepted the damn thing or not Max's freckled face turned to look at Yami. "Did you see Darwin? Uhh the other Onishi?" She asked worried over the current state of her brother. All she could do was hope he was okay.
We can take them, we got this," Jack said with a smirk, though his voice lacked confidence. He watched Sam join them, and Sarah and Thadd at the wall. The voice was on the other side. Jack kept his gun aimed, but he didn't fire. Then Thadd yelled tog met back. He was hurrying, pulling Sarah out of the way. Jack movies out of the way, looking to see if Matt did the same.
A large truck smashed through the gates, others flowing in behind it. Then it was like time stopped. Men poured out, all armed, aimed at them. They were out gunned, out numbers. A man asked to lower the guns and Thadd said to do it. They were to give up there one and only defends. But Thadd was right, this many people, they wouldn't win.
Jack tossed his gun to the ground and out his hands in the air. He saw others doing the same around thim, throwing their guns down. And doing as Thadd said, The ones from the tower joined them, coming down and clumping together. All awhile the men around them kept their guns aimed and trained on anyone in the yard,

"Just be safe," Sam said with a nod, "I'll do the same. I promise, I'm not going anywhere," he smiled and watched Yameki go. As much a s he wanted to go hide with him, he couldn't. He had to fight, fight the raiders. The farm Meant everything to him. Plus, if he didn't stop them they could get to Yameki. Sam would die before he let them hurt him.
He kept a steady hand on his gun. Before he knew what was happening the gates burst open. A truck smashed through it, speeding off into the grass. He narrowly dove out of the way as it went by. Other trucks pulled in behind it, parking all over the grass. Sam just laid there was men came out, all armed to the teeth.
He shook as he watched them. thadd said to drop the weapons and he did, sitting up. He didn't know what they wanted, none of them did. All he knew was they wanted the farm to stand down. And it they didn't, sone June was going to die. Sam wasn't gonna let it be him, or Yameki. He had friends here, he couldn't loose them.
Maxine spoke soothing words to Ella in an attempt to calm her down. She listened intently. She needed any distraction from the chaos of it all. Everything was happening so quickly there wasn't enough time for the girl to react. She felt the cold sensation of metal in her hand. She opened her eyes and looked down at the object in her hand. Her friend has given her a pocket knife as a weapon. It wasn't much, but she was grateful. Ella reminded herself that she would have to return it later. She gave a smile of thanks.
The young girl wasn't about to let the farm be taken by the raiders. If they came down here Ella was going to attack. Plunge the small knife into the nearest persons throat and watch the life drain out of them. Now was the time to suck it up. This was her home. She needed to be strong not only for herself, but for Maxine. She wanted to show that she wasn't so timid and shy. That she could be a fighter.
Post by Yameki Nakamura on May 3, 2016 0:12:37 GMT -5
The young girl seemed to be calmed by her friend's words, and Yameki was glad that she wasn't going to freak out. The energy in the cellar was electric, and as Kira and Louis made sure that the doors were properly shut, he knew that none of them could handle an internal breakdown while the farm was potentially compromised above. He gave the young girl space and came to rest against the wall, trying not to panic. Whatever would happen would happen. There was no point in squabbling, in trying to go out in a blaze of glory. It was practical, but it was the only thought that could keep him from trembling.
Until Maxine spoke to him in Japanese, albeit accented poorly, and it was just the distraction he needed. He had heard it before, Onishi, but didn't think anything of it. Neither of them looked Japanese, and it was an old habit from his youth that made him assume they wouldn't know any of the language. He thought he heard her ask about another Onishi, and he partially misunderstood. He tilted his head slightly and took a shot in the dark. "Brother?"
He wasn't sure if that was what she was getting at, or if he had misunderstood entirely. Although her Japanese was shoddy, he tried to communicate with her anyway, just in case. "Ano...Nihongo o hanasemasuka? Nihonjin ga mitakunai, demo, tabun..." He paused, tried to read her face. "Onishi-san ha anata no oniisan desuka? Oniisan ha geito ni chikaku desu."
His eyes searched her face, looked for any hint of understanding, and he didn't think he found any. He opened his mouth to try and piece together his English, but the sudden crash from outside startled him into silence. It was loud, but distant, blocked partially by walls and doors. His stomach felt sick, and he bit the inside of his cheek as he thought of Sam and the others, all of his new friends ready to die for the farm. He gripped the pistol with determined fingers and eyed the cellar doors. He had already outlived a handful of different groups, and wasn't about to let history repeat itself.
He heard what Thadd said, but he didn't like hearing it. He wanted to give up and drop their weapons. That was something Darwin didn't want to do. At all. But here was the problem now. They were inside and many of the farms occupants were caught out in the open. He had thought about making a run for it, but that would accomplish nothing save getting him shot in the back. He removed his pistol and let it drop to the ground as he eyed the men now inside the wall.
"What do you want?" Darwin blurted out. He was angry and he was scared. But that was something he still wanted to know. What were their intentions?
Seeing Thadd get kicked only made Darwin's unease rise. He looked away but looked at the men that had entered through the gate. Had they had something to hide behind, or hell, if they could have put Sarah's plan into action, he'd have rather watch them 'run' that gauntlet.
Now what were their options? Begging? Pleading? How often did that work?
His mind was made up. He wanted to fight but it was a waiting game now. When the time was right, he would pick his moment. For now though he was going to play along.
She had just given them her plan, when she heard the engine. She turned around to the gate, just as the truck was starting its charge. Thad jumped down and grabbed her.
It all happened so fast. She was standing, then lying on the ground. She heard the engines as they drove in and she tried to stand up. She was a little shakey. She heard voices, men telling them to put down their weapons.
She glanced around. There was a lot of them, she saw Thaf. He was telling the others to do what they said.
Sarah felt white hot rage brewing in her. She held her gun and stared at the men. Someone asked what they wanted. Sarah figured they were like the others, the ones from the junkyard. They wanted to kill them and take what they had.
She hadn't had time to see her plan through, so now what did she do? These were the men that had killed Bethany, that had killed Josie's family. She doubted they could be reasoned with.
Sarah glanced around and saw the farm people . Everyone was looking to her and Thad. If she didn't throw down her gun, they would kill someone. They would start shooting. Fine, they would wait. She tossed down her pistol and stared straight at the man in charge of them. " alright, you're in, now what the hell do you want?"
Josie was pissed when she saw the battering ram and the raiders saying they were going to take whatever they wanted here. They had no plans to back down and when she looked at Thad the only thing he was doing was telling them to go away. She knew that words meant nothing to these idiots and she growled low.
The car lurched forward, punching right into the wall and immediately she started firing at them. One bullet bounced off the roof while the next shot shattered the window of the next car as she aimed for the driver.
They were already flooding into the grounds of the farm and while others were putting down their guns, she was turning them on the raiders even though Thad told them to lay down their arms. She disobeyed him and fired at another man that was going towards the house. But as one scrambled up the tower, she was caught off guard as he wrenched the gun away from her. It was a struggle in the tower until the muzzle of his handgun was pointed at her head. It was only then she laid down the rifle.
He grabbed her by the hair and forced her down the stairs, belligerently, until she came down with the others who were already starting to lay down their weapons without a fight. She couldn't believe what she was seeing as the man pushed her forward, pinning her against one of the cars. He held a gun to her head as he kept her there, waiting for anyone else to attempt to try and save her. She wanted to fight back so badly but she knew she would have a bullet in the back of her head and left for the vultures.
He kept her pinned, even as she struggled and she felt herself suddenly back at the cabin where her sister was raped and killed and her father was probably forced to watch. She stopped struggling and just stayed against the car, icy eyes closing for a moment before slowly opening. She said nothing to this raider as she listened to see what they wanted. Well, she knew what they wanted but there was no way she was going to give that to them.

Matt had just heard how Josie said she wanted them all dead and he couldn’t blame her. He also heard how Jack said they could take them and he nodded in agreement. Then he focused his attention to Sarah, who just asked to move the vehicles. “Alright, stay safe.” He said with a nod. He turned around and heard Thadd speaking to the guy, well yelling actually. But after two steps a loud bang was heard.
Matt turned around and it was as if his world collapsed. He saw how the gate was broken and how vehicles drove through. Matt was frozen, he was shocked when he saw what just happened, he wouldn’t give up on this place, not without a fight. Immediately he walked back and started looking for Thadd and Sarah, not even caring about how all the men came in. He needed to know if they didn’t got hurt when those assholes broke the gate.
It didn’t take long before he saw them, both were fine. But just then the guy that had been talking for the raiders stepped forward and kicked him in the jaw. Matt felt his anger coming up, he raised his gun and was ready to kill the son of a bitch. The raider told them they should lower their weapons and Matt chuckled, there was no way he was going to do that. As he talked, Matt looked around and saw they were outnumbered, but he wouldn’t just give up.
Matt then heard how Thadd commanded to lower the weapons. He couldn’t believe his ears, why would he do that, was all he could ask himself. He shook his head and wasn’t going to drop his gun. But one by one the farm people agreed, Jack dropped his gun, Sam did the same and most of the other people followed. He turned his head and saw Darwin throwing down is gun, followed by the question of what they wanted. Matt didn’t care what they wanted, he was furious, all he wanted was their bodies on the floor, full of bullets.
Matt then looked back to the front as he heard Sarah asking the same question as Darwin, meanwhile she had dropped her gun too. He saw how a couple of the raiders had their eyes on him, he just glared back. For a brief moment he wanted to just stat shooting, but he never disobeyed an order of Thad, his friend, his brother, and he wouldn’t do it this time either. Matt didn’t agree at all, but he tossed down his gun.
Meanwhile he could see Josie in the distance, she was pinned down by a raider, Matt had no clue why, he must have missed something, but he didn’t like what he was doing. “You got what you want, you are all inside, so tell that asshole to leave her alone!” Matt yelled pointing at the raider that got Josie pinned. “And an answer to the lady her question would be nice.” He added, referring to Sarah. Matt was a kind, sweet guy, but stuff like this pissed him off and turned him into something completely different.

He was the last one to exit the truck, last one to come out. There was a reason for that, he was in charge. A cigar hug from his mouth, the smoke rising as he smiled at the group before them. The big guy had ordered them to drop their weapons, and they all seemed to listen. Except the one, the little fire cracker with a loud mouth.
He came forward. "Beat her," he said pointing to the mouthy one, Josie, "keep her alive, but beat her. Make what happened to the big fucker a love tap. Just don't kill her. Let these other fuckers watch. If they act out, do the same to them. Just don't kill them, we need them alive." He kept his arms by his sides and smiled.
They asked what they wanted. Kennedy just smiled and flicked the ash from his cigar. "Simple really. More of a deman than a want. You will give us half of every thing you have. Guns, ammo, food, all of it. You're probably asking, why the fuck should I do that. Why should I let these assholes with their fully loaded fucking guns and large fucking numbers take what's fucking mine. Well I'll tell you why. We'll kill you. Each and every one of you. Sure we may loose a few numbers, but there's a lot more of us then there is you."
He paced in front of them. "See I don't want to take everything just half. I have to keep you going, cause you people, all of you. You're going to find us more. Well come back, and take half again, and then again. We'll keep doing this until you either don't have supplies, or until you fight back and we kill you all."
He grinned and flicked the cigar down, crushing it under his boot. "We will take that half. There's no if, ands, or buts. You'll hand it over, and everything will be fine. Now this is the good part. In exchange for you supplies, we'll not only let you live, we'll protect you. Say another group rolls up. There'll be a radio straight to us. And we'll show up. If you call, and kill those threat ing our feed."
He pointed to two men. "Go search the house, and get people to search the barn. Bring them all out, anyone alive hiding or with a sniper waiting, bring them out. Put them here. I want everyone, speak to them all as one."
He moved closer. Resting his hand on the crowbar on his hip. "Now which one of you saps is the leader. Big guy, you just a voice, you the leader here. What about the fucking loud mouth." He folded his arms. "Speak up who runs this place."

Thad felt the kick to the jaw. His head was spinning, he felt dizzy. He blinked heavier as spots floated around in front of his eyes. It was just a kick, a single kick. He watched Matt react, Josie, Sarah. Josie fired, from up in the tower. Thadd glared. She was going to get herself killed, or worse, all of them.
A man came out, he worse a simple combat vest, open shirt over it. He was smiling and smoking a cigar. Thadd still felt weak, unable to move. But they listened. Those sound him dropped their guns. They may not have liked it, but they did. One by o e they disarmed themselves. They knew if they didn't, they would die.
Thadd propped himself up on his elbows. The man explained himself, Thad just remained silent, looked to Sarah, to the house. As he said to beat Joise he moved forward. "Don't hurt her," he said sternly, "dot hurt any of them." He stood up, felt the guns aim to him.
The man asked for a leader, Thadd didn't know what to say. His eyes shot to Sarah. They had no leader. Out of all the ones, Sarah was the closest. Thadd glared at the man, he would not hurt Sarah, he'd die before he let him.
(Please skip Jack and Sam this round. I have nothing to add as them)
