Hadley was out there. With directions to Waltonville. Walton could of sent his men out to find her. She was a threat after all. But according to Aki, she had fled from the scene leaving her friend to die. She was a coward. Walton had time to regroup his men and plan. If Hadley showed her face again, she'd have people with her. Possibly the Star Chasers she had talked about. And he wanted to be prepared for that. Even if there was the possibility that she was full of shit. And that she wouldn't come back. He knew deep down, that she wouldn't last. They will kill her. It's just not his priority. With bigger things on his mind he looks on as Waltonville comes into view.
Rolling up to the gates there were two individuals standing there. One with a grenade in hand. However, with three trucks full of armed men, Walton was sure they wouldn't try anything foolish. Rolling up beside them, Walton rolled down his window and spoke as the gates opened up revealing the community. "Welcome to Waltonville." And with that, they drove forward along the street allowing the newcomers to be introduced by Davey, Waltonville's second in command who proceeds to show them around.
Parking the trucks in the designated area, Walton hops out and looks over to Aki and Zac. "Gather everyone up in front of City Hall for a Waltonville Meeting. I don't care if they're asleep. I want everyone awake to hear what I have to say." He spoke with a new tone. A confident tone. As if he's preparing for the unknown.

The whole town. All standing in front of the front steps of Town Hall. Walton stood in front of them all ready to confront the current situation. As people talked among themselves, Walton cleared his throat and silenced them all. "People of Waltonville!" He allowed the words to sit for a second. Grabbing the attention of every pair of ears. "As you all know, I held the two women who put Waltonville in danger captive. Putting you all at risk. I thought it'd be best to force their heart towards this community. Keep them here despite their eagerness to leave. I was very wrong." He paused for a second, looking to his left to see his three top guys standing side by side in the order of Davey, Aki, and Zac. He then looked back at the people. "That eagerness drove them to put us all at risk. They managed to escape due to a poor job by the two guards assigned to watch over them. They fled from the community and attacked my men on the road who were bringing in a new comer. We killed one of them. The other one is still out there.....and in due time, she will be found and killed on the spot." He stopped as people began to share their concerns with one another.
Walton spoke again, silencing them. "I want you to know my reasoning's for keeping you here. When you all first walked through those gates I gave you a choice to accept Waltonville. Accept me as your provider as I would accept you as my follower. That is because in order to keep this place running and keep you all alive, I need obedience. Rules need to be followed. The number one rule is, once you arrive at Waltonville, you do...not....leave!" His tone gets louder. "If we find somebody on the road, they have a choice. They either live and join Waltonville, or die. That's the rules. We don't want other groups in our area. As long as there are other groups, supplies that we could scavenge, could potentially be lost to another group reaching the sweet spot before us. They are competition in this game of survival. And we will not allow them to live. Now of course, we offer a place here in the community to all. Whether they take it or not is their choice. Now I get it, some of you feel like you don't have a choice. And it's understandable. To feel cooped up....but I assure you. It's better to feel cooped up than to feel in danger. Whether it's by the end of my barrel or a walker, you are in danger as long as you're outside those walls. That's a fact. Us soldiers here all fight to protect this place and keep you all alive. Keep this community alive. So yes, if we find a survivor, it's either die or join us. That's the options. No in betweens. No alternatives. We do this to protect you, and the community. Any complaints?" Feeling accomplished at the idea of spreading his reasonings for doing the things he does with his community he looked to the people for any feedback of sorts.
After a moment of silence, he spoke up again. "Very well. Things are getting darker here in Waltonville. The best way to deal with the changes his to accept them. We'll hold a public execution of the two guards tomorrow morning. And starting tomorrow, new jobs will be handed out randomly among you. Whether it's picking apples from the trees or sharpening our blades, the lot of you adults will have work to do. Pull your weight. We'll recruit more guards and soldiers. Prepare ourselves for whatever little miss Hadley may have in store for us. She'll end up like her friend in the end." He nodded his head as two guards bring up a tied up, walker version of Jacey. With the bullet wounds in her chest visible and hunger in her eyes gleaming. "She'll lose. So will all of our future threats. We will thrive in this world. All you have to do is accept how things are!" And with that, he pulls out his machete from it's holster and slices her head off, making a statement in the process.
With that, he turns around and enters his quarters allowing the people of Waltonville to get back to their homes, and the guards to get back to their posts.

As the night turned to very early morning and Waltonville was quiet, 15 feet below Walton's Quarters stood Walton in a basement of sorts, glaring down at a metal table of different tools. Tools of torture. Hammers, blades, brass knuckles, anything to inflict pain. And behind him sat Nickiah Baker. A man who had been brought in earlier. Found in a wrecked vehicle. Walton glances at two walkie talkies sitting on another table as he heard the man move in his chair. His eyes began to flutter open and his arms lying tied to the arm rests began to feel the restraints. Walton grabbed a knife and turned to him.
"You're going to tell me everything you know...."
