Holly stared at Andrei as he said she needed to prepare. There was going to be a fight. She didn't like this, too many variables, but she couldn't help looking at it like a video game.
She didn't know what the plan was, but she wasn't going to find herself far from Andrei, or stuck with Luca somewhere. Never know, he might shoot either of the. In the back. " where do you want me?" Andrei was the only one who knew her skills with a gun, he didn't seem to think it funny that all her experience came from testing the latest video games. Holly was a good shot, she was calm under pressure. He had seen that with her helping him," promise me, if shit goes south, we bug out,I ain't dying for these people ." She gripped his arm and locked eyes on him, searching his face.
Nolan wasted no time and headed back to the bar, his mind was on defending this place. His new home? After today he hoped so, Nolan hoped to be alive. When he entered the bar people were in panic mode, new faces here and there, and the only ones who seemed focused were handing out weapons or ammo.
The slender man rubbed his hand through his long hair pushing it out of his eyes when he approached the dark haired woman, "Angel? They sent me to you for posting. I can use anything you got for distance, pretty straight and accurate shooter. What exactly blue Hell are we looking at here?"
Nolan went from peace, to inner war within himself, and came out head first into a war zone! Just in two weeks! If he hadn't agreed to pay these people back Nolan would have asked for a liquor bottle and been on his merry way, but fate didn't work like that. God didn't work like that. He showed Angel his rifle, "Don't look like much but this scope is top of the line military I rewarded with way early into this, but she's kept me alive and fed."

Andrei was in his room whilst everyone was getting the place ready. He took off his pants and quickly checked on the wound, to make sure it didn't get worse. It was mostly healed, but it did cause some discomfort; hoping to alleviate some of it, he tied an elastic bandage tightly on his thigh. It wouldn't do much, but it would keep everything where it should be, and that might help. Taking his pants back on, Andrei tucks the hem line in his boots and changes the shirt for a tighter black sweatshirt. The first aid kit was still kept neatly on his belt. The two short swords he got a while back were tied to the belt on his back, a dagger in the right boot, katana and quiver on his back, with the 3-point strap. Once everything was in place, he began heading down to the main bar area, stopping by Colette's office to make sure she's alright. On his way, he met with Holly, asking where she should stay.
"You stay close to me. We'll see what their plans are, but we'll most likely hang back." she then asked that if things go south, they bail. That was a reasonable request, but Andrei wasn't sure he could keep it. "I'm not ready to die for them just yet, either. But I won't run at the first hint of trouble. If things really go south, I'll get us out of here, on way or another." he smiled at her.
As soon as the door was open Arden saw the gun pointed at his chest. He waisted no time, grabbing the barrel and pushing it up and back. Hoping to send the skinny girl back a few steps.
He saw the other guy with his gun out and just glared. "Best be pointin' that gone somewhere the fuck else asshole." He looked around, "where the fuck is Remy."
He heard Sam speak but ignored her, his eyes focussed on a blonde coming toward him. She said not to shoot, that she knew him and he just smiled.
When her arms wrapped around him Arden picked her up and swung her around. Setting her back down he smiled. "Little Rem'. Thought you 'bout kicked the bucket. I was startin' to think these peopple been lyin'," he said looking around.
"We need to go, come on. Some crazy asshole is on his way or somet'in'," he said, "you ain't dieing. Now let's move."

Shots had been fired off in the distance. Dallas quickened his pace as he rushed back to the hotel. He had gone out on a shouting mission with one of collette's men. They were on their way back when he hear the shots. He came up to the building in time to hear some man saying he and Remy needed to get out. "What's going on? I heard shots!?"
((I know it's short and crappy. Sorry guys, wasn't really sure what to do, I'll get the good posts going soon. ))
Billowing smoke poured out of the manor as the screams of the living girls in the top floors could be heard. They were trapped in the fire as Acer and his men failed to help them. He didn't care. No one had become attached to the girls even though they begged and pleaded to be free. The walkers would just burn with the rest of the house and it was a distraction for the walkers on the streets. They started to arrive in droves and at Colette's place, the gunfire would be heard.
Acer personally fired his gun at the walkers as they started to make their way to the streets, but his plan was not to attack right then and there. His place was to surround them and shake Colette to the very core. If she wanted to send her attack dogs to him then he would retaliate with a fury. He had sent her plenty of warnings that went unheeded. She refused to hand James over. Men in his camp died because of her actions. He had a good mind to let them all become the very thing they feared...he would let them all become walkers.
The caravan drove down the roads, hitting the brick lined streets with a rumble from their engines. The cars and trucks drove up and parked in abandoned shops and buildings around Hotel Monteleone. Rollins bike was seen on the side of a building, but that could have been anyone's bike. Acer wanted a good, clear shot of Colette's stronghold and he would make them wait as his men took to the rooftops and upper windows. Those inside would hear the caravan of vehicles and see the sudden swarm of dozen or so park on the roads.
It was all a waiting game now. He was toying with them all.

Remy gave Arden a big kiss on the cheek as he lifted her up. For the first time in a very long time, there was a sigh of relief as hope had returned to her. If Arden was alive, that meant others in her family may be also. She whispered in his ear as he twirled her around.
"I'm sorry I ran."
But now was not the time for her to rejoice in the family reunion. As he set her back down, he was already tugging at her arm, trying to pull her away from these people. He didn't know about her plans with Dan. He didn't know they were about to be under attack. He didn't know about Luca.
She resisted his pull. "No, Arden. I ..I can't leave right now." This was the safest place for her to be and she knew taking to the streets would only get her hunted down, just like Adolphus hunted her. As she saw the cars roll up, she yanked Arden back inside the bar as the door was slammed shut and locked.
"It's too late. We have to stay and fight. These people...I ..I can't run again."
She looked back at Dan who was stacking the bottles on the bar top.
Arden just stared at aren't as she spoke. Was she serious? These asshole over family? He let out a grunt of disgust at the thought. Ellie was god knows where, and Remy wanted to risk her life for these fuckers.
"You'll die if you stay Rem. You didn't see the size of the force heading here. This pisshole won't last. They ain't even got enough fire powe or fortifications out front. I've seen our house more guarded then this dump."
He grabbed Remy's arm. "now let's go," he shouted, "I ain't watching you die."
Dan stepped forward from behind the bar. "Let her go," he shouted at Arden, coming a little closer.
"Why don't you come make me asshole. Come say that closer and you'll see how fast I knock you on your ass," Arden spat back. He could see Dan was tense, angry, balling his fists. He just dared the guy to take a swing, knock his white ass out flat.
"Come on Rebecca. This group ain't worth saving," he said pulling her toward the door. "They ain't your family. I am. Family don't let family get killed. So let's get the fuck outta here."
Dan watched how Arden and Remy interacted. They seemed close, yet Remy wanted to stay. Arden was having none of it, going off on how she would die if he stayed. Part of Dan wondered if he was right. Acer had many men, and many guns, much more han Collette could even match. The were a quarter of his size and only a few trained.
When Arden grabbed Remy's arm he stepped forward. "Let her go," he shouted coming from around the bar closer to the pair.
Arden spat words at him Dan stepped closer. He came in front of the man and grabbed his hand off Remy. "I said let her go."
Arden flung his hand up bringing the butt of his gun straight to Dan's face. Dan stumbled back, holding his face. He swung at the man but Arden easily dodged it hitting Dan in the gut with a low fist. As Dan hunched over from the blow Arden kneed him in th face sending Dan flying back.
Dan landed on his rear, the wind knocked out of him. As Arden just grabbed Remy again.

Damon had been hit by adrenaline but noticed with all those vehicles coming he needed better cover than the balcony could offer. Damon took one last shot at a walker and then headed past the new alcoholic guy seeing his rifle. "All the gear, No idea!" He joked remembering it as a common one-liner back home.
He flew down the staircase towards the bar area realising the guy who brought Sam back was trying to take Remy. He raised his rifle
"Sir, You brought back Sam and you have my thanks, but we are now encircled... You step out the door, they shoot your ass in the street and let the walkers pick your flesh off the bone... Then they take Remy, treat her as that madman's personal crack ho... Slash/ Guinea Pig. Drugs, rape, abuse, torture... and the rest you can imagine. Your dead and Remy is now living in the greatest slice of hell imaginable. SATISFIED?"
He attempted to calm down looking down at Dan.
"Save your rage. You want to save Remy? Only way out now is to kill them outside. All of them."
He kept an eye on Arden not letting him get a cheap shot on Damon yet he had spotted Sam. All he wanted right now was to see if she was alright and much like Arden with Remy, get her out of here. A part of him wished Arden and her had stayed outside this death trap. Somewhere safe.

As Victor was starting to lower his side arm, a woman named Sam ran up pushing his handgun away. Yanking hard, he pulled the gun out of her one hand grasp. As he was about to talk to her, the guy he aimed at started to trash talk about pointing the gun away. But turn of events unfolded. Vehicles began pulling up to the hotel and this guy grabbed the arm of the lady named Remy or Rebecca as Arden called her. Dan came forward to help Remy but was knocked back hard. Then a man with a rifle came down the stairs and aimed at Arden. Could shit get any worse? Damnit. Side stepping around Arden, Victor shut the front doors and locked it.
"Ok boi, you got three choices. 1. You calm your sorry ass down and help. 2. Go out there and get yourself and Remy was it? Killed by them. Or 3. Keep fighting us and you may beat a few of this group's ads, but in the end, you'll die. So make your choice." His right hands index finger rested on the trigger. Victor slid his handgun into the holster and kept his hands loose to his sides.
Tanya shook her head and came around the bar. Hurrying, she went over to Dan and helped him to his feet. Swinging his one arm over her shoulders, the Russian helped him to one of the stools. Making sure he could sit alright, she went to Sam and gotten her out of the way. "Looks go Sam, lets go somewhere else leaving the boys to their pissing contest. You'd think they would talk first instead of going to violence. We got enough problems as is."

Candy helped shred a few strips of sheet fo the molotovs with her butterfly knife. She meant to help replace what she had used for bandages. Then the atmosphere grew swiftly more tense and chaotic than she felt safe around. The little girl slipped her knife back into her rabbit, and snuck off upstairs, back to the alcove she had claimed for herself in Dallas' room. She didn't know thing one about shooting guns, so she didn't bother asking.
She sat with arms folded, trying to dull some of the lingering pain in her foresrms with pressure. Candy planned to hide, and everything she would need was right here in her alcove. Now she just needed to decide the best place to hide in case the bad people got inside.

Dallas had returned just in time to have the door slammed behind him. Lucky trimming on his part he thought.
The new guy, Arden spouted off a bunch of crap about how everyone was going to die and he wasn't gonna watch Remy go down with the pack. "Not helping." Dallas had said just as Dan and Arden got into it. Arden busted Dan in the face before gut checking him so hard the poor bastard landed on his ass. Dallas sprung into action, grabbing Arden be the arm and shoulder and slamming him face first into the closest wall. A he wrenched the man's arm behind him he shouted, "NOT FUCKING HELPING! Acer's men are at our fucking door steps an you wanna tear each other apart for them!? The fuck is wrong with you people!?" If Arden tried to force himself out, Dallas would simply wrench the arm more, too much of a fight and Dallas would dislocate the arm all together.
What the fuck was wrong with these people. "Now, company has come for dinner, I suggest we stop tripping over ourselves and get dinner ready, because no one is gonna live if we let Acer roll on us unprepared." He paused to take a breath, looking around at the group here before him. "We need to get everyone together and get all out weapons. We don't have long to come up with a plan, no doubt he's got us fully surrounded... We work together or we ALL die." He looker to the he had pinned against the wall. "I'm going to need your help to get out of this, and so is Remy... Now, can you play well with the other kids or do I need to put you in time out for good?" Why could these people not keep it together themselves? This song and dance was getting old... They should've all packed up a week ago like Dallas had said, this place was not fortified enough for a full out attack. He only hoped they all made it out alive.
'Should have stayed in fucking Kansas!' Lily thought.
Seemed like all of their troubles could be traced back to the first time they crossed stateslines. Getting split up in Oklahoma, running into Remy's group, coming here, and now being in the middle of another clusterfuck where some asshole wanted Remy. Why was it always Remy? No, really. Was there seriously no other women in the world worth going after? Every asshole with a gun and mental issues just decided one day that Remy was the only woman on the planet worth killing over? Fucking bullshit, man.
After the gunshots stopped Lily carefully stood up to her feet and listened to Angel when she started barking out orders. Going over to her get to ammunition for her pistol, and add a rifle to her arsenal. In a firefight it was good not to rely on one gun if you had extras lying around. Then she headed upstairs to join the other gunmen in protecting the building.
“June, stay close to me. I'm not losing you again.”
Since the moment June came back downstairs with James everything just kept piling on top of each other. Now there were gunshots ringing out outside and talks of Acer men having the place surrounded. It made June miss the simpler days where the main thing they had to worry about was the undead. Angel was passing out weapons and ammo. June didn't want to horde much so she just took a couple of clips for the 9mm she got earlier and left it at that. June wasn't the best in a straight up firefight despite being taught by a war vet, and she didn't want to be out in the front lines if she could help it. But if nothing else she wanted something to defend herself with.
“June, stay close to me. I'm not losing you again.”
“W-Where's Candy?”
June looked around and noticed Candy was nowhere to be seen. In all the commotion she had completely forgotten about her. That was enough to make her feel like shit.
“Seriously? This whole place is about to become a war zone and you're worried about the brat?”
June glared at Lily.
“That's exactly why I'm worried. Go on! I'll be right behind you as soon as I know where Candy is.”
Lily opened her mouth to protest, but knew better than to do that and went up to the upper levels. June started to look around for Candy trying to think of where she would've gone during all of this. Then she remembered the liking she took to Dallas and went upstairs to where Dallas' room was. Gently knocking on the door.
“Candy, are you in there? It's me, June. I'm coming in, okay?”
June turned the knob and pushed open the door, closing it behind her and approaching Candy.
“I am so sorry! Everything got out of control and I lost sight of you. Are you all right?”

"Arden!' He grabbed her arm and started yanking her towards the door to get her out of here and what he perceived to be safety. She knew, however, going out there would be the death of her with all the cars she heard roll up. Dan tried to step in and stop Arden, but Arden only proved what redneck justice was. She watched as the men fought until Damon and Victor stepped in to remind them they were as good if they stepped out.
"Stop it! All of you! No one touches Arden, you hear?"
Arden always did bring out the worst in her, only so she could prove that she was tougher then he thought she was. He was the outdoorsmen, the one who loved to stay in the swamp for days at a time and come back with any number of small animals on a hook. He was the one that knew how to shoot the best.
"Arden stop! Stop!" She went to her cousin, only to have him grab her arm again to get out of there. She turned to face him, placing her hands at his jaw, forcing him to look at her as she stared into his eyes. "They are right. If we go out there, we're dead. If we're surrounded they will fire at us and we haven't got a chance. These people took us in. I owe them that much. I promise, when this is all settled we'll go back to Guillaume."
She stayed where she was as she pleaded with him with her gaze.
"You're here. You found me. I'm not going to die. But we can't turn against these people. I'm staying and I'm fighting."
She pulled her hands back as Dan was taken care of. Others came to say the same thing. They were surrounded and it was coming down to life or death.
"I made it this far. I ain't gonna die and I ain't gonna let you die either, okay? Dan is my friend. He's just looking out for me."
Dallas grabbed Arden and slammed him up against a door to stop him from his angry rampage, but she knew that would only make things worse. If Dallas wanted to get into a fight with Arden, he just made the right move to do it.
"Dallas! Let him go! Get your hands off him!" She went up behind Dallas and grabbed at his arm to pull him away from the man that seemed more dangerous then she knew he really was. This was family and it was her family.

Arden watched as guns were drawn on him. When the skinny white kid started mouthing off at him he just glared. "Yeah, what the fuck you know. Skinny prick ass. You even see them? We stay here an ya'll be slaughtered. You'll be gunned down, killed. So what it matter if it's in 'ere or out there. I already saved one of y'alls asses, ain't gonna be another. You don't know shit asshole, all bark no fucking bite. Big ol' pussy. They weren't even gonna kill that girl, just wanted some asshole named James."
He looked at Victor. "So there's another option fucker. I walk James, and Dan out those fucking doors. He let's me and Remy go, and you call all go fuck yourselves. How bout that asshole. Ain't botherin' no one. Best be scared and hand them over. Saving my ass over yours anyday, ungrateful little asses."
He felt a Remy grab his jaw and looked her in the eye. She rambled on about words, but he only heard wat he wanted to hear.
"they ain't family though. They'll get you killed. You don't owe them shit. If we hand over who they want we don't need to fight. The leader out there, that's what he wanted. If we were to be gunnse down then why haven't we already? Where the fuck are they? I don't hear shooting. I sure as hell ain't dieing in some second rate bar. Remy, family first. Ellie, she's out there. Raiders Attacked the shop an' I don't know where she is. You can't just give up family for these people, they ain't who you need to protect. Your as stubborn as ever Rebecca. now let's get the fuck outta here before these looser get yah killed."
He was blindsided. Some man had his arm in a bar, and his face up against the wall. Arden brought his other arm back, trying to claw at the man's face. He scratched at him, and swung his leg back aiming for the man's lower region. He knew moving his one arm would work, but he would at least try to take the man's eye out with his good arm. He tried to find Dallas's face, looking to put his thumb in the man's eye. Gripping the side of the man's face behind him he moved up to his eye. He applied pressure to it, his legs still swinging back as much as he could.

Damon stepped forward into the scrap and with pleasure whilst he was pre occupied gave Arden the but end of his rifle to the stomach before stepping back into his stance. "I Bark like your the damn mail man on a Sunday Morning? The fuckers are setting up nice positions and aiming at the door. Why waste Ammo when your stupid Bambi's Mother looking ass will walk outside? You must be a special kind of fucktard. To quote, You don't... Know Shit."
Damon had his rifle back on the man yet was keeping an eye on Remy encase she moved and waited for Victor or Dan to move. He smirked having taken a bit of glee in flipping Ardens insults back on him.

Candy, lets her old dress fall down over her pajama leggings, and over that she pulls her purple sweatshirt back on. Her old dress still carrying a hint of its low tide odor, but right now she needs the pockets it had more. She smoothes the sparkly butterfly shirt back down, turning to see June enter.
Rubbing left over mist from her eyes, she hurried over to hug June. Scared as Candy still was, she backed up a couple steps, and rolled her sleeves up. She held up her bloodied forearms to show her less than stellar job at binding up her own bandages. ”Glass fell on me when those shots came from outside. It still kind of hurts. I had to clean the glas out and wraps the band aids on myself. And now the all the bad guys are right outside? I'm going ta go hide down in the basement, so they can't find me in case they get in.”
She turned back to her alcove, and began unpacking a couple things she had found in exploring the hotel in the last three weeks. Mostly a stash left behind by some teenaged hooligans who either forgot or never got to use up all their trouble making supplies. Mainly three M-80's and a smattering of smaller powered firecrackers with a cheap lighter, and a box of tacks. She carefully loaded them into her pillowcase. ”I found these inside a mattress. I was saving them in case that Cade or someone else made us leave with guns.”
Candy also emptied one velveteen bag of marbles into her pillow case, and scampered to one of the former houseplants in a near corner of the room. She took a couple handfuls of the dried out and dusty potting soil, packing it into the empty bag. Closing it off with the bag's draw string, she put the bag of dry soil in one of her dress pockets, and transferred her butterfly knife from Flopsy to her other dress pocket.
Nolan watched as he loaded his ammo from Angel into a bag, these people were fools! He'd made a mistake coming here and felt sick now but this was clearly getting out of hand fast. Those coming to kill them were just outside and with everything going right for them. In here everyone wanted to fight about family and whose leaving bullshit.
Nolan aimed his rifle at the wall above the bar and fired one single shot! After the initial panic and few loose screams Nolan cleared his throat, "Are you people fucking serious? I'm paying back a bunch of idiots for a few bandages," he pointed outside, "I don't know what is going on out there or who wants to kill us but Goddammit I don't want to die! Pissing and moaning about family," Nolan spits on the ground as a insult, "She's made her point and wants to stay. She wants to fight. We ALL want to fight, right now it seems just like its against each other, but pull your heads out of your asses people because there is people coming to fight us! To kill us! You want her to survive? Quit being a dick and help her!"
Nolan was shaking with anger at these people's lack of togetherness. Slinging his rifle back over his shoulder he points to the other gentleman with a rifle, "I need a position and I can shoot, put me somewhere and let the children play."
