Just as Charles handed the patches over to Tobias who went pacing around the room, they all heard a low female voice call out to them, one that Charles barely noticed. It was the blonde haired woman they had dealt with earlier, the one he had wanted to speak with. She claimed it had been they who shot first; therefore every other reason was invalid. It was true they had shot first, but Susan only meant well. Turning to look at his sister, Charles could see she still was quite out of it, and he wondered if she would bliss up by the comments. He wanted to reply, but said nothing, knowing it would do more harm than good. The way he saw it, Susan had only been trying to protect those she loved and Charles was certain the others would have done the same. It hadn`t been a shot to kill, it was a warning shot, one that they had refused to listen too. Their guy had killed England in cold blood, and that was something that couldn`t easily be forgiven.
The woman was willing to talk now, and she motioned over to him to follow her into the kitchen. Charles gladly obliged, giving her a look of satisfaction that he would join her. With a slight wave with the hand, he told the others to stay put, certain that they would do their best to guard the place. Following her right in the heels, Charles couldn`t help but to look at her fine ass that wiggled as she walked, thinking her to be a beauty amongst crooks. Once they got some privacy they both turned to look at each other, and seeing that she waited for him to speak, he began. “See, I don`t think you know who you are dealing with here….but you are right, they will kill us, unless we stand together.” He spoke with confidence, knowing exactly who they were dealing with.
“Those bikers out there ain`t anyone you`ve seen before or dealt with, if you think we are the same, then you are mistaken. We`ve traveled far to get here, been through a lot, I guess you`ve been too.” He paused, starting to pace back and forth. “We come from Chicago, and our club has long been rivals with their kind. I saw them out there, I saw what they did and I noticed their leader. I`ve dealt with him before.” Charles halted annoyed, pointing toward the window as he glared at the woman. “That man is responsible for the deaths of many, for the death of our charter president, my step-dad.” Pointing hard at himself, he slammed his fist in the table and sat down sighing.
“I don`t know if I can trust you, I don`t know if you shot my guys out there, and I sure as hell don`t want to deal with the one who killed my friend! Your guy had it coming, I would have killed him.” Tripping his leg in frustration he suddenly stood up again, leaning closer across the table. “My sister did what she thought was best, protecting those she knew. Don`t tell me you wouldn`t have done the same. There was no reason for him to kill!” He shouted at her, although he calmed down to ease the situation.
