"Wait, who'd they say was down there?" Stephanie asked, sounding somewhat incredulous as Thomas, the head of Tegan's Personal Security Team (PST), told her about who Bam and his team had encountered down on the Access Road-PCH junction.
"Two women, both of whom say they know you," Thomas replied, one ear glued to the radio. "One's named Jordan and the other one's named Rhode--"
"Rhode?!?" Stephanie exclaimed, stepping back a few paces as if she'd been shocked. "Rhode's down there, Thomas?"
"Yeah, hurt bad," he replied. "They're bringing them up here; we already got a madhouse at the moment," pointing towards the medical area, where the Scouts' medics were already treating several injured people who'd arrived earlier, "but we'll fit them in somewhere," adding, "these two must be special to you, huh, Steph?"
"Yeah, they are," Stephanie said, having calmed down a bit; her heart was a mix of emotions right then - partly because the two women she felt closest to were just a hop, skip and jump from arriving at San Simeon, and partly because one of them was injured - but she kept her emotions in check for the time being. "Permission to go wait on them at the Front Gate, Thomas?" she asked.
"Granted; now take off," Thomas smiled, watching as Stephanie indeed took off for the front gate, wondering how much longer it'd be before her friends would arrive....and hoping she wasn't about to watch one of them die in the process...

Bree was just about to head back inside of the main castle to let her stuff back into her room when she heard Stephanie exclaim about something on her radio and turned to face her, an expression of curious surprise on her face as she saw a red scratched and dusty 1950's pickup tugging a beautiful, shimmering Airstream trailer behind it pull in towards the gate and parked just in front of it, and watched as a beautiful brunette woman hopped out of the truck after it had stopped and ran up to Stephanie with a fiery vigor as if excited to see her again...acquaintances? She heard about there being two women, so where was the other one? The pickup looked like it was a two-seater with hardly any room for people in the back, barring the trunk bed.

Running down to the front gate, Stephanie watched as a red 1950's-era truck and Airstream trailer pulled up to the gate; yelling at the guards, she said, "Open it up! Let them through, let them through!" The guards didn't hesitate, opening the gates and letting the vehicle-trailer in.....watching with bated breath, Stephanie could see Jordan in the driver's seat of the truck, but her thoughts were with Rhode as she wondered how she was doing.
As soon as the truck came to a stop, Stephanie ran over to the driver's seat and waved for Jordan to lower the window, calling out through the window, "Let's get Rhode out of the trailer and to the medics, okay?" whistling for a couple of Scouts to come over and be ready to help move Rhode over to where the medical building was at. God, please let Rhode be okay, please let her be okay, Stephanie whispered....

Jordan didn't have to hear Stephanie to do just that; as soon as she parked her truck and both it and the trailer were safely within the gates, she quickly got out of the truck after parking it and, with a soft nod to Stephanie, went around to the door of the Airstream and peeked inside. A familiar brunette girl was on the bed, on her side holding her her leg, but actually looked up with her features only being that of pain, like she still had life in her...life enough to crack a joke or two, "Heh..fancy meeting you here, Stephanie. Ow, does this hurt like a bitch. I had a wreck back up at Wyoming..this chick just happened to be up there, traveling it seemed..heh, funny way to meet up, huh?"

"Heh..fancy meeting you here, Stephanie. Ow, does this hurt like a bitch. I had a wreck back up at Wyoming..this chick just happened to be up there, traveling it seemed..heh, funny way to meet up, huh?" Rhode said, nursing an injured leg but otherwise sounding like her usual rapscallion self.
Shaking her head with a relieved feeling, Stephanie climbed aboard the Airstream and knelt down next to Rhode, resting her head on her shoulders for a few moments, simply glad to see her friend, confident, lover and partner-in-crime once more. "You do know how to make an entrance, Rhode," Stephanie replied, hugging Rhode as tight as she could.
After a few minutes of just feeling thankful that Rhode - and Jordan, for that matter - were alive and here at San Simeon, Stephanie got back up and walked over to the door. Looking back at Rhode, she said, "Let me get the medics in here and get you fixed up, okay?" winking as she spoke, adding, "'Cause once that happens, the three of us," motioning towards them and then towards Jordan, "have got some catching up to do."

"That we do..come on, think you can stand up?", Jordan asked as she climbed into the Airstream as well and helped Rhode climb to be in a sitting position, thankfully not having too much blood on the fabric before, with her help, Rhode would stand up with groans of effort and pain, before she looked at Stephanie with a weak, triumphant grin, "At least..I found you..~"
Shauna Kelly: That helped, thank you
