List 3 or more good personality traits:
Service-Oriented Lone Wolf: A complex part of her nature, Connie is more used to surviving on her own, with her own resources and would rarely take from a group; however, she isn't above lending brief assistance to others, or a group, should they truly need it.
Headstrong: Connie is of the mind when she doesn't take crap from anybody, and if they try to confront her she will resist and fight back. Also just as determined.
Quick-thinker: Connie has a sharp mind and can process information and react accordingly. Also has a short reaction time.

List 3 strengths:
Weapon Prowess: Due to her time in captivity by the bandit Julius' forces and her savior policemen before, Connie has grown exceptional with weaponry, projectile and melee. Also wields knowledge of self-defense and how to disarm weapons from the opposition.
Athleticism: From a young age, Connie was trained in various activities similar to the Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts and was taught unarmed self-defense. She as exceptional endurance and stamina and can run at a decent speed for long periods of time (track and field in high school), and has above-average body and grip strength in her legs, arms and hands. On another note, knows various dancing styles as a hobby.
Expert Interrogator: While under the forced employ of Julius, and wasn't tasked with trafficking or smuggling or even assassination, Connie was forced to torture and interrogate captives and other people for information, and she did it with a vigor that basically said she just wanted to get it over with. Her methods may have been beneath her, but she never liked it. As a bonus, Connie knows various techniques and methods of bondage, ranging from rope and tape to chains and leather straps and how to position.

Describe your character's life before the Apocalypse:
Connie's life started out as normal as it could get. She was living in a nice Connecticut suburban home with her mother and father. One day, she was playing outside in the backyard, while her mother was gardening and her father working on their SUV, being a mechanic. At that point in time, a group of thugs had rolled up to the house, they were petty killers and wanted to "make an example" of the neighborhood by what he was about to do. The thug, named Julius, shot her father and had her mother abducted. To further be cruel, Julius and his thugs forced Connie into the house, which then they would set ablaze in an act of arson before they sped away. Some time later, a group of men and women who were driving as part of a group and leaving vacation stopped at the sight. There were civilians everywhere, and some firefighters trying to put out the flames. One of the men caught sight of a young girl slowly walking from the dying flames, passing the threshold of what used to be their front door before collapse, and quickly ran up to her side.
After taking her to the hospital and some conversation about her future, the group decided to take her with them, telling her that they were a group of police officers off-duty and on vacation, and so they took her to another part of Connecticut. Over the years, the death of her father, destruction of her home, and the abduction of her mother all but rested as a firm reminder of that horrid day for her, and it only fueled her determination on as she trained and learned. She went to school under the supervision of her guardians, as the officers that were part of that group took turns letting her live with them and they all taught her different things. She learned dancing and gymnastics as well as singing from one officer who had a daughter, she learned how to hunt and shoot a gun as well as hold one from another, and so on. In high school, she entered into track and field which she took great pride in, rising to be the fastest and most durable in her grade by sheer determination alone. She was on a school field trip one day, when one of Julius' thugs had snatched her up seemingly at random, chloroform and all. The chaperones were in a frantic fit by the time he had left with the unconscious Connie.
When she came to, she was in the presence of Julius and several of his men, and he said that he had remembered her and wanted her to work for him; after all, she denied Death itself. She refused, and he only grinned. He knew he couldn't kill her, her being alive was the reason her mother, who was revealed to have been raped and treated like a pet after all these years, was cooperating. If Connie didn't cooperate, he didn't know what would've happened. She still refused, encouraged by her mother who didn't want her to be in his employ, and she left, unopposed because Julius decided to let her...only to have sent word not to let any of the shopkeepers in the area let her have anything to eat or drink. For 4 days, Connie suffered hunger and dehydration, the latter of which she partially staved off with rain water that came periodically in the area. It wouldn't be long before Connie received word that a certain woman who was with Julius had died of an illness, and she knew that Julius only had her mother as a female member of his group. That wrecked her heart, here she was surviving by the skin of her teeth and thinking of ways to get rid of Julius and to go back home with her mother, and now she couldn't do that. Her denial of Julius was absolute now, she had no intention at all of working under him, and Julius knew it the instant her mother died. He decided to have her killed, and sent a hitman after her.
As it turned out, the hitman had underestimated Connie's wit and cunning, and died painfully with a stab to the groin with a broken lead pipe, then stabbed in the head. Murderous and vengeful, she returned to Julius' hideout with the intent to kill him and his men, only to be encountered by his men fully armed and defensive, a shock to her. Under threat of being annihilated right then and there, Julius seriously and angrily proposed one last chance of her working under him. Playing her cards right, and knowing it would've been for nothing if she declined, begrudgingly and quietly accepted. For the next months to come, nearly a year afterwards, she would be a smuggler and trafficker for Julius' men; however, unlike one of Julius' lackeys, she tried to be as gentle as possible and thought of ways on how to release the captives.
Over the time of her forced employ by Julius, Connie tried to work out numerous scenarios in how she could assassinate him. It was at this time that someone had forced their way into Julius' hideout...where were the guards? She didn't ask questions, and watched the men rather...hopefully? The man introduced himself as Kent, and was intent on negotiating with Julis to have Connie come with him safe and sound. It didn't go well, and a firefight broke out. Soon only a handful of the rescuers remained, and Julius was by himself--a fact she took advantage of by moving behind him and stabbing him hard in the chest and killing him instantly. Freed, she hugged her savior who turned out to be one of the officers she was saved by. Kent knew that Connie's antics of crime were not her own, and vowed to not let them come to be. Her record was wiped clean as she freed the trafficked prisoners, and went back home with Kent and the others.
A couple years later, Connie had not only graduated from high school but also police academy in Connecticut, and went on to be an officer just like Kent and the other saviors. It was also at this time that Kent revealed he had something for her back at home: it was a beautiful steel and cobalt M14 sniper rifle, with the name "Gary S. Townshend" engraved in the handle. She knew it was her father's and she took it wholeheartedly.
What happened to your character on Outbreak Day?:
Sometime after receiving and polishing her new sniper rifle she inherited from her deceased father, she was out in the fields on the outskirts of town practicing her sniping technique after having engraved "A.D.N.F" on the other side of the handle along with her name, and had headed back to town an hour afterwards but felt something was amiss. She saw numerous people outside in the streets, some were coughing up something horrid and others looked panicked and stricken with fear. She tried to get some answers, and went to the police station just in time to hear that there was a commotion inside. Several officers were down...and one burly and mustached man, Kent by his badge, was biting viciously into the neck of another. She tried to yell at him to stop, and he did, if only to come after her now that the officer he was eating had exhausted his use. She backed up some, fear and confusion among her expressions...and felt something at her feet. She looked down, and one of the downed officers, just as bloody, was excitedly trying to grab at her and bite into her.
What happened next was a blur; she kicked herself out of the officer's grasp and ran outside as the other officer Kent was just eating off of had started to rise as well. When she got outside, the lobbying pedestrians from before were in the same state: some were down and rising, some were eating the others..and some were walking towards her in a slow, ghastly limp. She didn't know what to do, other than to get into her pick-up and drove out of town, slow enough to see against hope that someone had survived, but no luck. She saw several windows closed and people, mostly the elderly, with the same ghoulish look about them trying to get through the window glass. It wouldn't be long before she got out of Connecticut and started to drive south, the hope that she would find more surviving populations ever in her mind.
Describe your character's life after the Apocalypse:
4 years since that day and the days that ensued afterwards, Connie had traveled a good majority of the United States by vehicle in the hopes of finding herself a safe place to stay and survive. She had met numerous surviving groups, groups that had reached out to her in an effort to have her with them, only for her to deny them. Bandits made the same similar offer with a bit more force behind them, and they ended up more killed than denied. After the situation had settled in her mind after that day, she had gone back to her old home and found her father, reanimated, and put him out of his misery, and regretted she couldn't do the same for her mother who was back in Connecticut as well.
With her father, now hers, rifle in hand, she made a living as a freelance sniper in the hellish world of the undead. It didn't help that because of her past, of all of her crimes and killings, she has developed PTSD and with it, a tendency for sleepwalking that all but endangers her.
