Waking up, he looked out the window of his living area. The sun was beaming down on him through the opening on the wall. Groaning to himself, he slowly sat up off the floor. Cracking his neck and back, he pushed himself off the floor. Patting himself, he felt he still had his pants and boots on. Shrugging, he walked outside bare chested. leaning back a bit, he reached in and grabbed his heavy sword and tied it to his belt. Walking around to the back of his house to his forge, he saw he had a few orders of swords on the bulletin board that he decided that would help him instead of having people sliding the paper under the door. Shaking his head, he pulled them off and read them over out loud. "A straight sword, a single head Battle Ax and a dagger. Bah..." Looking at the coals, he saw that they were low in heat. Going over to his pile of wood and coal, he grabbed three split logs and tossed them onto the already hot coals. Taking a shovel, he heaved into the pile and lifted up a large amount of coal. Carefully walking over, he saw the fire licking the logs as Hickory filled the air. Dumping the coals and spreading them out, he would wait for the heat to build up again. Throwing the shovel back at the coal pile, he would cross his arms and looked at a few chest plates he created the night before that was for Emilia. Sighing a bit, he picked them up and put them in a sack that he used for her.
Once the coals were ready, he grabbed a large hunk of steel with his tongs and set it into a slot under the coals with a cast iron molding sat in the ground. Once the metal took the form of a block, he pulled it out and sat it on the anvil. Grabbing his hammer off his belt, the air around his shop began to be filled with the sounds of Hammering. Bang Bang Bang. Flipping it over to it's other side, he did the process over and over again until the block of steel was now a narrow Rectangle. Hammering harder now, he began to form the edges of the sword and it's point. The sound was drawn out a bit as it was now a BANG....BANG...BANG...BANG. The sword was starting to take form, but it was starting to cool down a bit. Sticking the blade back into the coals, he would heat it up faster. Slowly pulling out the glowing Bright Orange blade, he set it back onto the Anvil. The hammering continued. Once the blade was done, he the blade only into a bucket of water releasing a jet of steam upwards. Pulling it out, he looked at the blade. It looked nice so far. Placing the blade on the Anvil, he turned it so the Tongs were now holding the blade and was clamp locked to it. Lifting it up, he stuck the other end that was going to be the hand guard and handle. The metal began to glow again and he pulled it out and set it down. With a smaller hammer, he began to hammer the hand guard first. Hammering always took forever as he worked on this spot. But as the guard was long and wide enough, he began to work on the handle, constantly turning it to that the block part of it was now round. His hammering sounded almost like thunder cracking across the sky as he used his strength for it.
Proud enough of it, he lifted it up and dunk this end of it into the water again letting steam shooting up from the water. Going over to the one wall rack, he set the sword on a few pegs to let it dry and cool off by air. Grabbing a smaller chunk of steel, he tossed it in the slot, he was about to make the dagger. Standing up and Cracking his neck again, he stood there looking around as he felt someone was watching him. Turning his head a few times letting his Viking pony tailed hair whipping back and forth. "Who and what do you want? I'm a busy black smith."
