Ivy grinned as the King complimented her this time. Telling it would be a distraction for every living male. ‘He sure know how to pick his lines.’ Ivy though as she grinned. “Why tank you sire.” She said and added a wink. Ivy had no clue how the others were doing, she didn’t look around, didn’t pay attention, she only focused on the king and his movements. She did a great job at blocking or evading incoming attacks, Ivy was always focused during battle.
But after avoiding yet another stroke of the king, the handsome man spoke. Well that was how Ivy saw him, he wasn’t bad looking. As he spoke she heard his words, but once more checked him out and she liked what she saw. Inside her mind she cursed as she reminded he had a Queen and a daughter. Not that it would stop her, it never did. But there were other options, the brother for example or someone else who was hot and had a nice title. She was pulled out of her thoughts by a slight pain in her left side. “Arg.” she let out as her grin shifted to a stern look. ‘That’s what you get for losing your focus Ivy’ she thought.
Ivy wouldn’t normally search for men, she was done with love, but if she wanted to get higher in this kingdom, it would be faster by being the woman of someone high in rank. Besides it wouldn't be the first time, she seduced her way up. Though not many choices where available. Later on she would need to learn about the ranks and see who would be available, for now she needed to focus on the sparring.
She was once more moving fast and trying to evade the moves of the king. She watched the King his attention drift away as he saw Otto leave. ‘By bitch.’ Ivy thought with a grin. Ivy then slowly raised her wooden sword and placed the point on the king his neck. “Never let your guard down my king.” She spoke. “I don’t like fighting dirty, so I’m not taking advantage.” She spoke as she stepped back and lowered her sword. “But losing your focus during a battle out there, will get you killed.” She spoke as she looked him in the eyes.
She then grinned. “So my king, do you want to proceed or do you want to check up on Mulan.” She joked as she waited for his answer. Waiting but yet ready for an incoming attack, Ivy was always prepared, or well usually prepared.
