Hannah slowly woke up from a dream she was having that she was being chased by an army of weirdos. Shaking her head a bit, she slowly sat up on her cot. Looking around, everyone was either still asleep or was doing their own thing. Looking at her watch, it read 23:45. Cracking her neck a bit, she got up and walked over to where her locker was so she could retrieve a few things from it. Opening it, she pulled out her throwing axes, and her M1911 handgun. After putting them in their usual spot, she slid on her make shit Trench vest with hood up. Sliding her mask up, she made her way from the warehouse to the main part of the city. Like every night, some people were still up and on the move. People driving by or walking the side walks. None paid much attention to her. One cop pulled over and asked her what she was doing out so late. "Well officer, I couldn't sleep. So I'm taking a walk around to exhaust myself so I can get some sleep. Gotta hate restless nights, you know?" He looked her over and nodded his head pulling away. Shaking her head she smiled from the safety of her darkened hood. To some people it felt strange to walk around in the city at night, but not to Hannah. She was used to it because of her tasks and missions are mostly at night time. Seeing a fire escape, she ran towards it and leapt upwards and caught the edge of the flooring. Pulling herself up and over the rails, she began to climb up to the roof. The rush of the thrill of doing this began to make her heart race again as she began to run and jump from roof to roof and from time to time through a open window. Through the windows she went through made people scared seeing a person in black running through their room and out their door. From the last room she ran through, she heard the person call the police of an intruder coming from the window and just run out. "Ha! Wonder what the cops are thinking about that one?" She thought to herself. But since the heat was called and their was next to no wiggle time before they showed up, she made her dashing escape by running out the front door and weaving through alley ways to lose anyone from spotting her leaving that apartment building.
Eventually, she made her way to the public park. With her hands in her pockets, she walked casually into it to make it look like she wasn't running at all. Hannah began to control her heart by breathing slowly and calmly. First thing she had to learn when doing things as that was to keep your heart calm and your lungs relaxed. If not, a cop will pick up on your lie. Off in the distance was a group of shady looking people who were staying out of the lamps lighting area. Knowing better that these were no good trouble makers, she steered clear from them so that there wasn't going to be so many people in the hospital or even worse, the morgue. Taking a small path that lead up and over them, she leaned on the railing and looked over the vast park and how dark it really was. A smile was on her face again when she thought about all the different hiding places you can find in this park at night time. Standing up slowly, she heard a person talking on a cell phone and then a commotion began down below her. 'Should I help? Maybe, but maybe it's nothing. I'll wait and see if there will be any screaming. Then I'll spring into action like batman....no...not batman...batgirl? Hell no....Cat woman....yes...like cat woman.' Hannah thought to herself.
