“Joseph was it? Anything of food we can give him to make up for the blood loss?” he asked as he looked back to the doctor.
Pausing to answer Dean's question, Joe replied, "At the very least, Dean, we'll need to keep Vince here hydrated, given his blood loss at the moment." Continuing to examine and re-dress the wound - he hated ruining the dressing that was on it already - he added, "I've got--"
Right then, Vince rolled out and vomited on the floor; although he was able to get out of the way, he wasn't quite fast enough and some of the puke landed on his khaki shirt. "Ohh, that was nice," he quietly chuckled. Reaching over to grab another cushion off a chair, he slid it underneath Vince so as to help his his upper body elevated. "Glad to see you're still with us, Vince," Joe deadpanned as he resumed his work, pausing momentarily to remove his shirt before he resumed examining and re-dressing the shoulder wound Vince had.
Everyone carried on with business, but Mirek couldn't take his eye off the car outside. Dean pulled him and Annie aside to ask if he should go check it out with Mirek. Either way, he needed his gun back. "I'm gonna need my gun back for a moment, Annie" he said with his eyes still slightly focused on where the car was.
Mirek went outside unsure if Dean, Annie or someone else followed him. He only took a few steps from the front door. He stood as calmly as possible, but shouted towards the people. "That's far enough" he said. Even though they had stopped, he wanted to assure them that they knew how to greet survivors. "Now, get out the vehicle with your hands up and tell me your names".
Dark eyes stared off at the farm for a while. Slightly hoping if their was people in it that they would of seen the car by now. Another part of her wanted it to be empty so she wouldn't have to deal with survivors. It seemed apparent to the young women that she had grown slightly accustomed to worrying for just herself. Perhaps she would try giving cooperation a shot. Lightly placing her head on the stareing wheele to be answers with the car horn. Damn it! The noise startled her but from her view it seemed to draw no attention. It certainly woke her op if she even had hints of tiredness. Glancing through the rear view window to see her companion Nick stirring up. A bit saddened to see that sad expression over his face. Sabs dark eyes went back to the front of her spotting a man with a gun aimed at the car. Rolling her deep brown eyes as she opened up the car door to step out. Her feet making a bit of a crunch in the sand as she took s few steps forward and stared at him. "No I will not be putting down my bow and you will not shoot me. No need for anymore dead bodies wondering about. Ok?" She spoke calmly as her brown eyes focused on him.

The doctor insured them he was alone. Dean heard how Sisa said they were being subtitle, but she said it in a sarcastic way. Dean had to admit she was right, but he had to pull Annie and Mirek away he had to ask what the plan was. Then Joseph said they had to keep him hydrated. “Ok can someone give him some water.” Dean said softly.
After that Dean noticed how Mirek already went outside, that meant that he agreed to check the cars out. Dean also looked at Annie.
“Indeed out guns would be nice.” He said with a little smile. Then he followed Mirek outside. It seemed like he handled things well, so Dean just stood there and listened. Then a woman got out of the car and she wasn’t planning to turn in her weapons. Dean sighed.
“Look we don’t want any trouble, but we can't just trust everyone that appear on our doorstep.” Dean said softly.
“You are welcome here, but we want to talk to you without weapons for a starter.” He added.

Joe saw some kind of conflict at the building ahead and was not sure if the people at the farm had spotted he and Martin and they ducked. He crawled forwards up the road until he had sight at the people not sure if they had seen him or not. He thinks someone else had just arrived at this building which was a shock to him. He Looked back to Martin and whispered "People... dont think they have spotted us. Get your pistol and keep low. Could be bandits" In an assuring tone.
As Joe inched forward he grabbed a piece of snow and burled it up launching high in the air so it landed near the people to see how they reacted.
Vince felt guilty when he puked on the mans shirt. He blushed and wiped his mouth with his good arm. Next thing he knew a cushion was shoved under him and was keeping him sitting up. His shouldrr burned and his head pounded.
He felt the man working on his shoulder. It hurt like hell, he could feel the blood running and starting to dry on his arm. He didn't even hear what the man said, just kept staring straight.
"I want to sleep," I moaned unintentionally, "just close my eyes." This place seemed like hell. He heard people yelling at more people showing up. How many new people were out there? It was all to strange.

Continuing to work on Vince's shoulder, Joe heard him moaning and said to him, "Stay awake, alright? Don't zone out on me, Vince...stay awake," finishing his re-dressing of Vince's shoulder wound. After a few moments to catch his own breath, Joe knelt back down alongside the couch, opting to stay with his patient for the time being. The next twelve to twenty-four hours are going to be key for him, Joe thought to himself. Vince gets through that, he's got a good fighting chance of pulling through; if not... Joe opted not to think about that; he had enough things to worry about.
Annie was listening from the small kitchen. It seemed more people were outside. She knocked a mug off the counter to the floor. It didn't break,it was metal. She picked it ip and saw her hand shaking. She did her best to get herself together. Why all of a sudden? Was it just some wierd coincidence or had something happened that was driving people to the mountains?
She picked up the ketle and started pouring hot water into each mug. Tea bags sat in each one. She glanced back and saw people staring out the windows, the man on the couch and the Doc. She picked up two mugs and did her best to not shake. The others had no idea the amount of pressure all this was on her. They all aeemed to look at her as the leader and it was too much sometimes. She handed a mug to the Doc, and spoke so the others could hear," I say we wait,if they come closer then we deal with it." She leaned against the couch," they will approach the gate, and then we can see what they really want." Annie was showing her own exhaustion. It was all taking its toll on her. Sure she was strong, but she was not a born leader.
Joe signaled for Martin to stay low and popped his head up not pointing his gun at the people but making them aware he was armed. He glanced at the scene seeing some people inside the building and others outside he waited for a response. Sometimes it was better not to speak. He was simply standing and switching his attention between multiple people ensuring nobody drew their weapons to fire on him.
"Fine I'll stay awake," Vince groaned. His shoulder still hurt and he winced in pain. He looked at the man knelt beside him, "that's it I'm parched up? It will be okay now?"
Vince coughed and held his shoulder as it hit the couch. "Who are outside? Are they bad? Do you need help," he asked a hint in panic in his voice. He looked at the man and the women, then the door.
Vince wanted to leave soon. He had to get to the east coast. Find a boat. Sail to kevin. He wouldn't want to be apart from him any longer. His finge went up to the ring on the chain around his neck. He ran his finger along, "I'll be there soon Kev," he said to himself.
After asking the woman to put down her weapons, she replied with something he hadn't really expected. She refused to put them down, but approached the farm at her own risk, could be more dangerous than he thought it to be. He looked at the pure white snow with a sigh, this could be the last time he volunteered to deal with people that approach the group. Dean spoke about just putting down her weapons so they could talk. He nodded at the woman. "What he said. You can't expect us to trust you when you have weapons on you without us even knowing you" he said with a warming smile to her.
After he had spoken to the woman, snow appeared to fall from the sky, it must be more people. Now it was way to much of a 'coincidence', Mirek figured this was a set up. All of them hear were planning something together, they couldn't all just appear at the same time out of coincidence. Mirek's hand traveled to his back to where his .44 Magnum was holstered down the back of his jeans. His hand hovered over it, preparing himself for any violence. Someone approached the farm with a gun on them, but not aimed at anyone. Mirek's gaze hit the man. "Okay, I don't know if this is some sort of set up, but if we all put our guns down we can speak about this maturely".

Her nose scrunched up in annoyance at the sit of a snow ball falling in their direction. Glancing back quickly at her sedan making sure it wasn't Nick who had thrown it. No no sign of him other then his faintly seen shadowed figure moving in the back of the sedan. Sabita brown eyes narrowed on the man that showed up with his gun. "Look... I'm not with them. But how do we know that wasn't a distraction?" Raising her black eyebrow foward the men by the farm house before she lowered her bow to the ground. The young women figured that the men would kill each other if things did go bad so she them could leave. Not that she hoped or planned for it go bad at all. The raven haired women just had a habit of thinking a few feet a head rather then mindlessly wondering. Raising her palms slightly to show that she did in fact un arm herseld. Time to give being at least a little cooperative a shot.

The young man had cried himself earlier. Death of someone so close hit him pretty hard. He had barely enough time before one of those things had nearly got him. It was a little hazy with the struggle but what he did remeber rung in his ears like a buzz. You almost gave up. Echoed in his mind as he sat himself in the back of the sedan. Deep brown eyes stareing out infront of him seeing his mysterious savior ahead with her hands raised. Nick didn't care much of what was going outside at this point he would probably greet death willingly. Rubbing his eyes as he sniffled a little bit. The pain of missing Alfred didn't dissapears at all. It stung him hard as the tan man turned on the inside light of the car digging through his back pack looking for it.
Finally his his hands found his wallet deep in the bag. Opening it carefully as the light allowed him to see where the item was. Leaning back against the seat as he held the photo infront of him. Tan fingers tried to straighten it as it got a little bent over the two years wondering. But there in the photo was that stupid picture of Alfred and Him drunk at some party. Before he had always wanted to change the photo for a more sober image but now that he saw the of them together even in their drunken state that he used to hate. It braught the salty tears to a river down his cheek as he pressed his head to the corner. It was still unbelievable what had happen. The screams of his lover coming through his mind like a record player broken. It seemed like it wasn't real. Rejecting the words that came up painful to think but true. Alfie is dead.
He looked at the man and woman who seemed confused at why people were gathering at this farm built on a hill and he spoke "A town built on a hill cannot be hidden." He smiled a second looking to his son who was still down before returning gaze "I'm here with my son... we are simply walking this way in faith we shall find his brother. We saw the farm and headed this way to take shelter from the cold of night..." He stood firm and kept his weapon low but ready "No blood need be spilled right now, but if it is so there shall be no stains of guilt on my conscience." He spoke in an assertive tone not sure how familiar anyone was with testaments to the bible from his original greeting. He had made himself clear, as a man of peace... but a man of conviction.

Taking the mug from Annie, Joe noticed how much she seemed to be shaking and thought, What a burden have all of us here put on that young woman. Hearing Vince stirring nearby on the couch, he turned and heard the man asking him something...
"that's it I'm parched up? It will be okay now?"
"For the time being," Joe told him. "I'd still take it easy," pausing to listen to the conversation going on towards the farm door, "but you should be alright, even under the circumstances." Taking another sip of tea, Joe sat down near the couch and kept one eye on his patient, the other eye on whatever else was going on.

Dean watched how the woman lowered her bow, he also noticed she looked at the car. It was then that Dean noticed another person.
“You might want to ask your friend to come out too.” He said softly. But just then some other people showed up.
“Well this starts to look like Disneyland, with all the people.” Dean said softly commenting on Mirek who thought it looked like a set up. He looked at the man and the little kid and listened as he spoke. “Well place your gun on the floor, like the woman did and everything will be fine, cause then we are one step closer to making sure we aren’t being set up like my friend here says.” He said in his same serene tone as he tapped Mirek his shoulder. His other hand was still near his holster with the gun in it.
"Yeah I'll stay here the night," Vince said moving to sit up. He was careful with his shoulder. He looked at the doctor. "Take it easy. Does that mean i can sleep?" The colour was coming back to his face.
"Do you know what's going on outside," he asked, "I hear lots of different voices." He let out a sigh. "My shoulder bloody hurts. Can I take painkillers." He looked down and then at the man. "How long till it's healed? Till I don't have to take it easy. I need to leave, this was just supposed to be just a stop. Rest for the night and move on."

"Yeah I'll stay here the night," Vince said moving to sit up. He was careful with his shoulder. He looked at the doctor. "Take it easy. Does that mean i can sleep?"
"Yeah, you should be able to get some sleep," Joe said, relaxing a little bit; as he looked at it, the more Vince was talking, the better he was feeling overall. Before Joe could say anything else, Vince asked him what was going on outside. "I think we've got some more visitors," adding, "maybe I shouldn't've shot off that flare earlier," chuckling for a moment as Vince asked him a few more questions.
"Uhh," Joe sighed at the painkiller question. "Strongest thing I got at the moment's a couple of Motrin," pausing to dig around his medkit for the bottle of Motrin. "Unfortunately, the other pain meds are back at the RV...which is about a mile that way," pointing off towards the road almost apologetically.
When Vince asked when it would be safe for him to leave, Joe looked over towards him rather quizzically. "I wouldn't worry about leaving anytime soon; let that shoulder heal up first," he said. "Give it a few days and then we'll talk some more, okay?"
Joe looked at the man sternly "Im not holding my weapon with intent to shoot... basic military training. So the only reason you would have right now for me to lower is an intent to kill. I would not recommend that" He then allowed Martin to slowly stand who was also holding his pistol low. Joe slowly showed he had a large backpack on
"How about I offer a swap, I have some spare food and antibiotics I will spare. My sons in his late teens and seems to be developing a cold, Im not asking to join any group of years. Im just a father looking for sanctuary for my boy... Im no bandit and Im no fool"

Sisa's brown eyes stared at the doctor named Joe for a moment. Listening to him speak about a RV. The tan women looked at the doctor and the Redhead coughing to make sure they noticed she was speaking. Not that it was hard or anything.. The house seemed relatively silent. "Perhaps we should go get the RV tommarow... More room the better" Hopefully no more guest showed up and took the vehical he spoke of. Then her careing brown eyes fell into the man she had shot. The pregnant mother to be felt bad for her actions... But he was where a orange prison jumpsuit. "Orange is a bad color on you love" Speaking to him kindly and sweet as she scratched the back of her neck. Feeling bad for her hasty actions.
Getting up from her seat to move closer to the window had everyone looked at earlier. Seeing more unknown people arriving made the pregnant peruvian a little nervouse. "Annie?" She figured getting the opinion of the farmers owner would help either the situation outside or her nerves. "More people outside" Her eyes squinted as she cupped them. "Armed... I think?"
