So the group in Carolina has talked about establishing a settlement of sorts on the farm. We have a loose plan on what we're looking to do.
1. Burn walker bodies (this might be a good way to attract new people as well. Smoke and all)
2. Get the electricity running
3. Fort Bragg run
4. Barricade the farm
Description (future)
The Carolina Farm started out as exactly what it sounds like, a farm, near the road that Max, Abby, Charles, and Sarah found. Within the first day on the farm they had decided to settle there. The farmhouse has two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms (one shower). The survivors, along with new arrivals, have since created a barricade around the farm using farm equipment and various debris, along the in side of the camp is an electric fence that further defends them from walkers. The barn has been partially remodeled to house overflow survivors that do not fit in the house. The cellar in the house carries supplies as well as sleeping quarters. The two upstairs rooms belong to the original group. One field has been tilled and seeded and the survivors anxious await their first harvest.
The settlers have come to rely on Max's ability to hunt, along with occasional supply runs it is what has sustained them throughout their time on the farm.
Structure
leaders: The Carolina Farm has a nominally democratic system in place however in the event of a decision not being able to be made or time constraints being an issue the original four will make the final decision.
Rules:
1. Everyone does their share.
2. Disputes are to be handled at the lowest possible level (i.e. face to face preferred.)
3. All resources are pooled except for a small personal stash allowed.
4. Once accepted, people retain ownership, and possession of personal weapons.
