Amarie just stared at the door as he came in, pulled his boots off and laid down at the bed looking up at the ceiling.
"Yea, we can get in and get out. Not sure any of those bikers are left over there. I didn't really hear anything but then again, I wasn't really paying much mind to them."
She leaned back on her hands and let her eyes close a bit as she answered his question about the pairings that went off on their ways. "No, Daisy and Damon ain't back yet, nor is Remy and Owen. I would bet they won't be gone long unless you ran them off." She chuckled and looked back to him as she raised a brow. His statement about Owen was curious. "You make it sound like you almost miss Owen. You gonna give up on hating him and just accept the fact he's gonna stay?"
For tonight though, Ellie would have to cook. She supposed she could cook something but tonight, she was just too exhausted. "I'm pretty sure Ellie won't fuck up canned food. Maybe her and Tobias will make a fire downstairs to cook. Get all snuggly on the couch." She was saying that to rile him up a bit. She knew Arden was protective of Ellie, probably overly so, which made her a little bit more wild then he probably even knew about. She would keep that under wraps though. She knew of a few of Ellie's exploits that would probably send Arden off the chain.
"I think that Irishman has taken a shine to her. I wonder if he'll end up sleeping here tonight." She knew that may not sit well with Arden and the last thing she needed to do was poke that bear even more.
She went quiet again as she listened to the rain against the window, finally getting up off the bed and eating her own granola bar. She moved towards the window and just leaned against the sill, happy to relax a little in the quiet of his room. She pulled the curtain back and just watched the rain as he asked about what she was thinking about. They needed to set his arm again.
"Just thinking about the future a bit, is all. Nothin special."
