It had been a 2 hours drive, meanwhile Shauna joined Chris in the back ,since Eve seemed to be ok for now. Though all their wounds needed to be taken care of and they didn’t had the right meds. Chris knew that and told the whole group to look at for anything that could keep medication, be at a pharmacy, a supermarket, etc… . But it the two hours they didn’t spot anything, and they couldn’t have missed it, since Shauna watched the left side and Chris right, they agreed on that and all decided Eve could use a rest and Sinéad had to keep her eyes on the road.
It wasn’t easy to stay awake, but he had been alone for so long, he was trained in it by now. Besides he had his lovely girlfriend next to him to keep him company and keep him awake. As for Eve and Sinéad they didn’t say a lot, Chris felt there was still some tension between
“You ok love?” Chris whispered softly as he looked at her burn wound. He knew how much it hurt, since his whole arm was burned and part of his back. So he just wanted to make sure Shauna was ok. Just then he noticed the pharmacy, on the side he picked to watch. “Stop.” He said, trying not to scare Sinéad. “I noticed a pharmacy, we really should check it.” Chris spoke.
(Sorry if it’s a bit short, openings are always a bit hard )

Shauna sat in the back seat just watching as the world passed her by, it was relaxing and helped her think. In away she missed her van with the bed in the back, it use to mean one could drive while the other slept and in away it felt like a home. After all they had spent so much time in it that it was hard not to think like that. She could only wonder if her sister felt the same.
As she watch out the window she was awakened from her day dream by Chris's,
“You ok love?”
Shauna turned given him her full attention, it was clear he held concern over her wound, but she knew well the pain he felt was greater then her's. and she could only give a slight smile. Any doubts she had about his true nature was now looking as her mind over working. Maybe her luck was beginning to change she taught to her self. She felt her joyful spirit return.
" My burn will heal, its minor. But yours we will have to change the bandage, We got make sure it doesn't get infected and the same with Evelyn. "
“Stop.”
Sinéad slowed on the brakes, not wanting to cause more injury to the wounded. She glared in the mirror towards Chris wondering why he insisted to stop.
“I noticed a pharmacy, we really should check it.” Reversing slowly Sinéad kept her eyes on road and than she stopped when Shauna spoke.
" I see it to, Just down that street there." She said as she pointed.
The car reversed to a distance for a proper swing and than proceeded towards the pharmacy. Sinéad parked in front of the shop against the footpath to not look out of place. Sinéad was first to get out of the car and took a quick look around from were she stood to see if there were any danger.
" Were clear I don't see any walkers, "
As for Shauna she turned back to Chris,
" Later on I'll give you and Evelyn a check up." realising her words Shauna corrected herself with joyful smile, " In a medical way and nothing else. Were not even married," with that she turned to Evelyn unsure if she was awake or asleep as she opened her own car door," Come on sleeping beauty let's stretch those legs."
Evelyn kept still in the front seat, pretending to be asleep as they drove so she wouldn’t be expected to hold a conversation. She’d already taken a couple of the aspirin she kept in her bag, and they had helped somewhat. Closing her eyes and keeping the light out helped, too.
They were apparently looking for a pharmacy, or somewhere to get medicine, and she didn’t argue. Chances were, by this point, any pharmacy they did find would be entirely cleared out, but she kept her mouth shut. They’d been lucky so far, maybe they’d get lucky again.
Chris spotted one and they slowed to a stop, getting out to check on things. Shauna came around and opened her door, made a show of waking her up, and she appreciated the concern, but she didn’t need to be treated like an invalid. Head injury or not, she was still capable of taking care of herself.
She climbed out of the car and pulled her machete from her belt. A hand on the hood helped steady her as a brief waves of wooziness washed over her, but it passed. She closed the car door and looked toward the pharmacy, adjusting the strap of her bag on her shoulder. The sun was high overhead, just past midday, so the inside of the building was in shadows. She didn’t see any movement inside, though, and no walkers on the street. Something about it didn’t feel right, but there was no obvious reason for it, so she ignored her gut and started into the building with the others.
Arkansas… How the fuck did he end up here? It felt like just yesterday he had been running around with his old friends Chris and Alex in Hawaii, fending off dead-heads with an iron fist. But alas, there he was, crouching down before a white shelf, his baby blue hues scouring each and every racket for some supplies. He turned his attention to the side for a brief moment, eyes locking onto the individual he’d been traveling with since he arrived on the mainland; Julia. She was a sweet girl, though rather shy. She didn’t speak a whole lot, which left the young man to his thoughts.
Fortunately, she pulled through when situations called for it. She’d had his back since they first met. A trait Jason would soon find himself admiring in moments like this.
He had to slap himself with the end of his aluminum bat to bring his mind back into reality. They were here to search for medical supplies in order to patch up the gash strewn across his left forearm. While on the run from pack of dead-heads, the two of them had gotten cornered in an alleyway. He managed to smash a window out with his bat, and the two made a hasty escape. On his way through, Jason got a little too eager, slicing his arm open on one of the rebellious shards of glass that still stood from his initial strike. Along the way, Julia had managed to halt the bleeding with her torn sleeve, albeit for the time being.
Jason was having no luck in finding any bandages, or medical supplies in general. The few items that he did come across were old, empty Advil boxes and the like. He placed both of his palms against his knees, pushing himself upwards. “Hey Julie, did you find anything?”
Before he could get a response, the door to the pharmacy they were currently searching opened up. Had neither of them noticed the dust being kicked up from the act, they surely would have heard the small ‘ding’ that accompanied the entry. Jason ducked below the shelves, his right hand grasping for the pistol strapped to his hip. He shot daggers towards Julia, his wounded left arm motioning for her to get down. He sucked both of his lips in and flared his nostrils, halting the flow of air between the two orifices.
He didn’t hear the occasional groan that the dead-heads emitted upon arrival, though that didn’t necessarily mean that it wasn’t one. Whoever or whatever the hell it was had better be prepared for a rude awakening.
Julia was rummaging through a shelf a few rows from Jason. She found maxi pads. That would work, since they weren't having any luck with actual bandages. She stuffed them in her pack, and kept pulling boxes off the shelf. All she could think about was loosing him like she had lost the others. She needed to find some way to stitch it up, this was more than a damn scratch.
She found some tape, the white paper kind, but it was better than nothing. That too went in her bag. Her eyes heard the bell and she instantly headed toward Jason, scrambling, low. She came up next to him and he could see the panic in her eyes. He was reaching for his gun, and she put her hand on his, stopping him. She raised a finger, wanting him to wait. Listen. She heard voices. Her eyes went wide. Damnit, people, real people. they could be far worse than the dead. Julia pulled him, trying to make for the back, to find another way out. She wasn't being quite that silent anymore. She wanted out of this building, away from those voices. She wouldn't become a captive like her friends.

Chris smiled as he heard Shauna talking about his wounds. “Don’t worry about me.” He said with a wink. “But yeah infection wouldn’t be nice for either of us.” He added.
Right before they got out of the car Shauna spoke to Chris, telling him, she would give Eve and him a check-up. Chris grinned as she said in a medical way. “Aaaahw, I was just getting my hopes up.” He said jokingly. He heard her saying they weren’t even married. “If I find a decent ring, I’ll ask you.” He added with a smile and wink.
He got out of the car as he heard Shauna trying to wake up Eve. Chris started walking toward the pharmacy, he noticed Sinéad, but for now didn’t feel like saying anything. He took his knife out of his backpack during the drive, so now he took his gun in one hand and knife in other hand as he finally reached the door. He opened it and heard a faint sound, he immediately scanned the area, but saw nothing. He had a pretty big gash on his forehead, so it might have been all in his mind. He shook his head regaining his focus as he stepped forward.
The pharmacy looked like it had been picked clean already, there were a lot of empty boxes on the floor. He waited for the others before he would proceed.

Shauna could tell Evelyn didn't look too pleased about been cared for, from first signs she gathered that Evelyn was use to taken care of herself and needed time for her to get use to been worried over. Evelyn could get annoyed or displeased as much as she wanted with Shauna’s attention and more than likely she would. As far as Shauna was concerned she would keep her positive vibe, knowing it was all she could do to keep the reality of death in the world at bay and with hope rub off on others.
As she moved to the window she rubbed the window with her sleeve to take a peek in, all she noticed was paper and broken boxes on the floor. She tried but was unable to see to the back of the pharmacy to notice if any drugs were still on shelf and by the look of the rest of the store she gathered it was unlikely.
She moved to the door and took a better look in. From the door she could see to the four corners of the pharmacy floor, expect behind the shelves and counter. There were no dead so that was a bonus, just as she was about to enter the room her twin sister Sinéad spoke,
” I’m just going to take a look in the windows of the other shops, don't worry I be in sight” as Sinéad spoke she slowly moved to the next store window and took a look in the window.
As her sister moved to the next shop, Shauna took a step into the pharmacy to find her first prediction was turning true when all she found on was empty box's on the floor and shelves that held items of little use. She began to wonder if there was really any use in stopping at the pharmacy.
” I’m beginning to wonder if it was worth the stop. I’ll try behind the counter where they do the medication, may be we will have better look. ”
With that she head towards the back of the pharmacy.
Jason was ready to blast any motherfucker that stepped through that door. He wasn’t about to let some stranger OR deadhead into his store to screw up what they were doing. They’d been searching for supplies for so long that the chance of having it ripped away from them.. Well, it couldn’t be a choice, and Jason had to make sure of that. Before his fingers could fully coil around the grip of his pistol, he was halted by Julie’s slender digits pulling back on his hand.
He shifted his neck around so that his hazel-tinted eyes could stare directly back into hers. She raised her finger to him, holding it in the air as a sign for him to hold his horses. “What are we waiting for? I could.. I could scare them off right now.”
He watched her eyes widen in terror as the sound of voices echoed throughout the small establishment. It really was people who’d come into the store, not dead-heads. “Damnit..” He cursed under his breath, allowing Julie to pull him towards the back. He made sure to keep himself light on his feet and hugged the side of the shelves. Getting caught by potential bandits was not on his damn agenda.
Once they neared the back, Jason reached forward to place his palm lightly on her shoulder. He knelt down in front of her, his breath quickening as he spoke. “Listen… Keep yourself hidden over here. I’m gonna go down that way,” He turned his head and nodded in the direction behind him which was cornered in by two shelves that sat corner to corner. It would make for some great cover, especially if the bullets started to fly.
“I’m gonna make some noise, attract their attention. When I do.. You open this door, and you find a way out to the back. Okay? I will find a way to meet you around back. You hear these go off…” Jason wrapped his fingers around the grip of his pistol, flipping the buttoned strap off. “You get in the car, and you go. Get as far away from here as possible.” He tightened his grip on her shoulder. His lips curled into a hearty closed-lipped smile. “I’ll be alright if you listen to me.”
She heard a female voice say she was going to the back. Julia stopped and felt his hand on her. She stared at him, wide eyed. Her heart felt like it was going to pound right out of her chest. The woman was coming back here, they needed to go.
He said he was leaving her, going over there. She glanced at where he indicated. He wanted her to go through the door and find a way out the back. He wanted them to split up. He wanted her to leave him. She automatically started to shake her head. She'd done this before! It hadn't ended well! The guys, they got killed. Julia gripped his arm as he tried to comfort her with a smile, telling her he would be alright." No!" She hissed," you're bleeding, what if they shoot you." She was scared and couldn't hide it. She released his arm and pulled her knife," I don't want to split up." She wouldn't run away, not this time. She glanced at the door, realizing it lead back to the pharmacy, for employees.
She tapped his arm and slipped through the door. She glanced around. It was dark, can't see your hand in front of your face dark. She leaned back against the door and tried to let her eyes adjust. She thought there was a door to her right, reached and felt a handle. Opening it slowly, she saw the pharmacy. Bottles were scattered all over the floor.

Chris was joined by Shauna, who was as disappointed as him. She spoke and said she wondered if if was worth the stop and that she was going to look behind the counter. “Right behind you love.” Chris spoke softly as he kept looking around slowly steeping forward, his gun and knife still raised. He was always cautious, when checking out a new place. He looked around to see if there was anything useful in the room they were in, but he shook his head as he noticed even more empty boxes.
“I’ll go first.” He spoke softly as he slowly walked behind Shauna, slowly passing her. Him going first wasn’t up for discussion, so he gave her a wink as he passed her. Chris then slowly walked inside, but stopped. He swore he heard slight noises, barely hearable, but there was no noise in the shop, so anything would be slightly hearable. He looked around and didn’t see a thing, but he didn’t like it at all. For all he know, there were some walkers slowly stumbling towards them, could also be his imagination or even other people, Chris had no clue. He looked back at Shauna. “You heard something too?” he whispered softly, before turning his head around again.

Shauna stood behind Chris, her main view was to avoid conflict of any kind and leave the fighting to the experts. She remained quiet as mouse as she listened for any noise and then she heard something. It was whispers but she could tell it was living people talking. Her first reaction was to call out and say they were no harm, but she held her own tongue and remained quite just incase.
She placed her hand on Chris’s shoulder and whispered.
” I heard it, we should leave and forget this place. We don't know who we're dealing with and we're not in fight condition.”
As she stood there she glanced from a distance the shelf behind the counter to see if there were any goodies. She saw nothing and as much as she’d like to check the floor she'd have to let it go. Slowly Shauna took a step back grabbing Chris’s hand hoping to encourage him to follow and leave the pharmacy before anything happened.
” Come on let's go, there's next to nothing here, she whispered
As Shauna moved backwards the wind let a breeze into the pharmacy from the front door which sent dust into the air from the shelfs. As the dust tickled her nose, Shauna tried to fight it but failed as she let out a sneeze.
” Excuse me, “ Shauna said at a normal volume, only after realising how that was not helping. ”Sorry "[/b]

Just as he started forward to enact his plan, Julie clamped down on his hand once again. She yanked him back, nearly causing him to fall straight on his ass. She hissed at him, obviously concerned for his safety. “What? I have full coverage over there. There is no way they would be able to tag me if I played my cards right.” Before he could turn around and venture towards his hotspot, his eyes caught hers. She was scared, but most of all, worrying about him. He’d seen this look a few times, back when they were hold up in a gas station. She didn’t want to get split up and take the overwhelming risks that could follow that decision. It was understandable.
“Alright, alright. Fine.” The duo crept between the ajar door, slipping into the back. Before his sight was completely blocked off, Jason peeked over the edge of the shelves and barely caught a glimpse of what looked to be a womans head. So there really were people in here…
In the back, Jason straightened himself out. Crouching down like that was a hindrance on his back. He looked towards Julie. “What’s the plan?” Despite her anxiety in situations like this, she was always a crafty thinker. Sometimes her anxiousness got the better of her, but she’d proven herself to Jason. She could pull through when she wanted to.
Before she could answer, a dead-head emerged from the shadows behind Jason, arms outstretched and gnarly teeth bared. It tackled Jason into the door, slamming it open with a loud bang. Both Jason and the corpse tumbled to the floor with Jason on bottom. During the initial scuffle, he’d managed to get his knee in between himself and the geek, planting his knee cap firmly against its chest. “God damnit!” He cursed out loud, completely disregarding the fact that there were two strangers inside of the shop with them. He didn’t dare make a move for his gun or bat, which rolled across the floor into the main hallway, visible to both of the newcomers.
It all happened so fast. Jason went through the door to the main building with a biter on his ass. She stood there, for just a moment, til she heard him. " God damnit!" The sound of him in trouble was more than she could bare. If she ran and hide he could die. She didn't know if the others in here would help him or not. Either way it was a fucked ip situation. She saved him and risked getting hurt, captured bu these people, or she did nothing and Jasob could die.
Julia scrambled from the back room," Jason! Jason! Hold on!" She fumbled for her gun in her pack. It was loud, would draw more. She lost her footing on a pill bottle for a moment and the saw a handle resting in the corner near the door. A broom, mop, she didn't know, didn't care. Julia grabbed it as she flew out from the back, brandishing it like a samurai sword, she bro it it down on the thing on top of Jason. Julia whacked it on the back, on the head and it turned at her, it gnashed it's teeth at her and she actually squeaked. She almost dropped the handle. She tightened her grip and swung, catching it upside the head.

Chris felt Shauna her hand on his shoulder as she told him she heard it too and asked him to go. Chris was rarely afraid, but he had to agree they were in no shape to pick fights. He looked over his shoulder and gave her a simple nod while holstering his knife, to let her know he agreed. It was then he noticed some closed boxes to the right, which meant there was some hope for meds after all. He was just about to walk closer as he felt Shauna grab his hand, telling him there was nothing. Once more he agreed, thinking about what would happen if the other people where in better condition and wouldn’t be so kind to let them leave, besides he wasn’t sure what was in the boxes.
So he closed his hand softly grabbing hers and followed. “Right behind you love.” He spoke. But mere seconds later Shauna let out a loud sneeze caused by some dust. Chris chuckled as she said, that probably wasn’t helping. “Not at all, let’s get out of here fast, I’m sure they heard that.” He said still smiling, for now he wasn’t worried, even if they would have heard it, they wouldn’t be on time to get to them.
But just then a loud noise was heard in the back, it sounded like walkers, he heard the groaning, followed by a loud god dammit. Chris raised his gun and softly pulled his hand lose, as he slowly started to walk to the other room again. “It sounds like someone is in trouble.” Chris whispered softly to Shauna. It was then a female voice was heard telling someone named Jason to hold on. “See they might need help.” Chris spoke much louder as he rushed forward.
Once in the room he saw a walker on someone and a girl trying to hit it with a sort of broom. Chris quickly dropped his gun, to free his hands and took our his knife. He grabbed the walker pulling it away from the guy and stabbing it in its head before throwing it to the right. Then as fast as he could he grabbed his gun and raised it at the girl, since she was the one standing. For a moment he thought of how stupid he had been, running back in, without knowing if it were good people, dropping his gun, his brother thought him better, but Chris couldn’t let anyone die, not even bad people, he wasn’t like that. He was just glad he was fast enough, so now he once more had the upper hand ,with his gun raised at the girl. “No sudden moves.” He said looking at her before finally taking a look at the guy.
Chris couldn’t believe his eyes, he wasn’t even sure if it was possible, but on the ground was Jason, as in the Jason, the guy he met in Hawaii and lost while clearing the hotel and being overwhelmed by a horde, if it wasn’t him he had to have a twin. “Jason?” Chris said while slowly lowering his gun, but still ready to react if needed. “Is it really you?” he added slowly smiling. “I thought you were dead buddy.” He spoke, but still waiting on his reply, it had to be him right?
(I hope it’s ok he killed the walker, in Julia her post she hit him, but I figured he was still alive?)
Post by Shauna Kelly on Mar 25, 2016 12:15:10 GMT -5
Shauna followed Chris as he made his way into the back, she held her axe with her right hand tight just in case things went south and picked up the gun that the man had dropped with her left hand. As she stepped into the back she watched as the man struggled with a walker as a woman fought to take the walker of him and then in a second she watched as Chris threw the walker to the side to put the walker out of his misery.
Fear was getting the better of her as she remained halfway in the doorway ready to make a run if needed and out the door. Chris spoke,
“No sudden moves, Jason? ”
She could only gather that he must of knew him as he lowered his gun.
“Is it really you?, I thought you were dead buddy.”
As she watched the strangers, the first thing she noticed was the wound on Jason's arm and the darkness of the room. She could stand here and let the men talk as the chance of infection rose with Jason's arm open or she could do something about it.
” You can reminisce over a walker's body or we can talk outside where I can treat your wound, cause I ain't doing it here in the dark,” As she stood there she realised how demanding she had sounded,” If OK with you two. Plus Chris since he has the gun.”
Jason’s muscles strained against his blue flannel while his hands pressed firmly against the corpse’s shoulders looming over his downed figure. His knee had been the only thing keeping this thing from ripping the flesh from his neck and effectively turning him into the same exact thing. The entrails and fresh blood splotches splattered across its stomach caused his knee to slip ever so slightly to the side, sending Jason’s heart for a damned loop. It almost pounded out of his chest as he thought this was the end. He was going to lose his grip, and this thing was going to chomp down on his sweet, sweet flesh.
Just when he thought it was all over, he saw Julie’s tiny little head peek up from behind the clawing corpse, a broomstick in hand. She slammed the end of the wooden stick against its head. The strike caused the dead-head to go limp for a good second or two, which allowed him to reclaim his knees position on its chest. There we no weapons around, not even a damn glass shard. Those were usually everywhere when you needed them. Only pill bottles, which would cease to cause any damage to this thing. It would work just about as much as pounding his own fist against its head would.
As if some god had answered his silent prayers, the biter was yanked off, and skewered through the cranium. Jason felt as like a boulder had been lifted from his chest. He let his body rest against the musty floor, pumping his chest towards the ceiling as he tried to catch the breath that he’d lost during that exchange. He looked up to see Julie’s eyes trained in horror upon whoever it was that aided them in this assault. Jason jolted upright, getting to his feet and holding his hands high beside his head in surrender.
He kept his eyes focused on the floor below. Seeing a gun being pointed at you was something you could never get used to. Then.. This man called his name. With the pace of a turtle, Jason lifted his hues to lay upon a person he thought he’d never see again. A man he thought was dead. His bottom jaw nearly smacked against the floor with the apparent shock that riddled his features. “Chris…?”
He paused for a few seconds, allowing Chris to talk. It was him. No doubt about it. Jason threw caution to the wind and took a step forward towards his old friend, arms outstretched to wrap around his shoulders and pull him into a tight embrace. “Chris.. Dude.. No. I thought you were dead!” He pulled himself back, looking over his friends frame. He removed himself from Chris’ personal space and opened his mouth to speak again, only for the woman behind Chris to finally chime in. She clearly noticed the injury that lined Jason’s forearm, the wound now dripping a thick stream of blood between his fingers. It had gotten ripped open to an even further extent during the struggle with that fucking walker.
He’d been so focused on the shock that still draped his conscience after seeing his friend again that he didn’t take time to notice the stinging sensation that ran up the length of his limb. “Yea.. Ok. Ok, alright. Let’s go. C’mon, I have a truck ‘round back.”
A man came round the corner, grabbed the walker off Jason. She froze as he dispatched what little life was left in the corpse and aimed his gun at her.
Julia dropped the broom and held her hands up. She was shaking. She was afraid this was not going to end well. Why would he save him if he was just going to kill them? She glanced back and forth as the new man said Jason's name. He knew him and Jason apparently knew him too. She still stood with her hands up. As they embraced, she slowly lowered her hands. She moved and grabbed her bag, then the woman spoke behind Chris. Julie held her bag to her chest," I found tape and maxi pads." She blurted out and blushed, then added softly," figured they would work since we didn't have anything else." She saw some bottles laying near her feet and squatted down. Picking some up she heard the sound of pills inside. Those too went in her bag," um, some of these have pills in them." She wasn't sure what they were but she saw a medication book on the counter and grabbed it too.

Chris was so happy when Jason said his name, that could only mean it was THE Jason. He watched him get up from the floor and walking closer, before stretching out his arms, Chris did the same and they hugged. He patted Jason on his back while hugging. “So glad that see you are ok, I mean what are the chances of finding each other in this god damn apocalypse right?” He said as he slowly let go.
He heard how Jason replied and said he thought Chris was the dead one. “Nah like you can see I’m fine.” He said smiling. He shook his head with a bigger smile. “Still can’t believe it, I’m so happy.” He spoke. "Later we'll have to exchange stories." he added looking at Jason.
Mere moments later he heard Shauna speaking, sort of demanding to go outside so she could threat the wound, since she wouldn’t do it in the dark. But not a second later she changed her tone and asked if everyone is agreed. “Yeah you are right love, let’s go outside.” He said with a wink while looking at her. “Then I can introduce you two to each other.” He added with a smile looking from Shauna to Jason.
Jason seemed like he agreed and replied with a let’s go and told them he had a truck outside, the girl who was with him spoke about tape and maxi pads and even some pills. Chris forgot about her, so looked at her and she seemed harmless and even a bit shy. “Alright well let’s go.” He spoke before grabbing Shauna her hand and started to walk towards the door.

Shauna stayed behind Chris, as soon as she got outside and she made her way to the backseat where she had a medical kit.
” It's OK I have a kit, he’ll just have to take the pain as I've no pain killers. I'm Shauna and woman in the car is Evelyn,” she held her hand out to the lady as her own accent gave away where she was from, ” I'm guessing from Chris not knowing you that you in the same boat as me right now.”
The kit was lacking one or two items, so Shauna went to the boot of the car and pulled out her own bag and out from it she took a small red bag. In it she had wet wipes, needles in a needle case holder, tread, gauss, a liquid in a small see through bottle and last but not least a small surgical knife. Taken a hand wipe she cleaned her hands of any dirt, she would've preferred to any other method than a wipe but it was the best she could do and in this new world. Placing her red bag on the bonnet of the car she opened it.
” Come on over, that's if you want you want me to fix your wound and stop it from...”realising her nerves getting to her, she stopped speaking not wanting to put her foot in it.
Meanwhile her sister Sinéad left a shop up the road, she held a shopping bag with little items and all important to her when it came to medical care in her books. She moved to the next shop, placing the bag down she looked into the window to see if there was any dead and if it was safe.
“Alright, cool.” He answered back to Chris, but more so projected this towards the woman and Chris. She was willing to help clean his wound up, which was their ultimate goal right now. He couldn’t turn this down. Looking back towards Julie, he reached back to rub his hand against her shoulder. A soft smile caressed his lips as he rubbed his thumb back and forth along her olive skin. “I think we’re gonna be okay now. C’mon, we need to fix this piece of trash up.” He gestured towards the still-bleeding wound lining his arm.
He waited for Julie to follow him in order to leave the small shop and chase after his friend. The communication between both Chris and the woman seemed to have indicated that they were in some sort of relationship. He would’ve been surprised if it wasn’t romantic. He was happy that his buddy had finally found someone to call his own. He was rather lonely back on Hawaii, speaking to Jason several times about how he’d wanted to find the right person.
Pulling themselves around to a small car, both Chris and the newly appointed woman who went by Shauna stopped. Shauna pointed to another woman in the back seat of their car, expressing her name as well. From the looks of things, she wasn’t doing so hot. Jason wandered over to the passenger-side door and took a seat inside, holding his battered arm towards Shauna. “I really appreciate this. I’m afraid I don’t really know much about this type of stuff.. Ya’ know, medical and all that. Julie over there tried her best, but a few scuffles with the damned dead-heads re-opened it a few times.” He tried to give his lovely partner some credit, shooting her a lovely grin. “Let’s hope we don’t have to cut it off, eh?”
Shauna Kelly: That helped, thank you
