Standing there after she punched the woman she could hear the guards ready to jump on her. Camila could handle both of them but it didn't come down to it. Both the men were called off but Camila still wasn't letting her guard down. There wasn't anyone in the group she trusted and that wasn't gonna change. Right now she just wanted to find Lily and get her somewhere safe because her life would be nothing without that kid. As they were heading out she caught a set of keys and moved quickly to the driver's seat.
If she really wanted to then she could wreck the vehicle and make her escape but the truth was she wasn't sure if she could risk getting shot over it. Camila wasn't given a weapon but in reality, she didn't need one with her training. This base was primarily civilians and the Dead were easy enough to handle. It would be like taking candy from a baby. As they drove she made it to a house that was a bit from the base. Pulling into the Drive she shut the vehicle off and quickly slid out of the truck.
Moving towards the house she had a determined bitch walk going and she opened the front door. "Chica? Are you in here sweetheart?" Stepping inside she knocked on the wall three times before she heard shuffling. Eventually, the child came into view and she quickly knelt down and hugged her. The dogs were both wagging their tails and happy to see mommy. "Good dogs keeping my little girl safe," Camila spoke before rising holding the small 7 years old. " What about the blonde lady? Did you find her?" The child asked. "No, not yet. We will find her after we get you safe babygirl."

Julie's body stiffened when she heard the voice call out in the dark. She wasn't alone in here. Mostly people avoided pharmacies now days. It's four years in. These places were mostly looted and empty, but Julie still found more use for them then most. She knew what the names of the medications were so she knew what she was looking at. She also used them for bandages and things of that nature.
Julie slunk against a shelf trying to become less visible. She didn't want to become an easy target if this guy was less than friendly . She moved along the isle quietly. She was hoping to find that it was just her imagination playing tricks on her. The voice that called out sounded scared, but she was scared. There was a lot riding on her making it to that building and freeing that little girl's protector. She supposed she could always take care of her if things didn't work out, but it just felt wrong for her not to try.
Julie allowed her mind to wander a bit on the night the two of them shared. She wasn't foolish enough to think it was anything more than a one night stand, that's not why she was hell bent on saving everyone. She was doing it for the little girl first and foremost. She had an interest in Camilla, but she could tell she was as broken and she was. How she wished she was here now as her heart hammered in her chest. Julie somehow didn't think Camilla would be as easily rattled by a voice in the dark.
Julie peered around the edge of the shelf to see a man standing there under a bit of light. The roof panels in the ceiling had caved in and light from outside poured directly down on him. The little specs of dust flying around the dusty pharmacy were highlighted in the beam of bright sunlight. All around him the dark shadowy colors of the darkened store seemed to almost glow a pale blue hue as the bits of sunlight stretched out and touched the edges of the darkness around him.
Julie watched a moment or so before she decided that he seemed ok. He looked down right terrified as she was. Julie cleared her throat and stepped out from behind the shelves. She stepped over broken shelves and paper flyers for sales in the store. Sales that were long forgotten about amongst the other debris that littered the black and white tiled floor. Julie walked up to him with her hands raised to show she wasn't a threat. He seemed to have kind eyes. She thought as she moved closer. She saw in his hands a few bottles of pills. One was called Luvox.. It was a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Basically the brain doesn't make enough of the chemical serotonin and it causes depression. Luvox increases the serotonin in your brain and reliefs depression. Julie knew this at a glance and her smile waned to a soft sad look of pity. Poor guy, must be depressed. She could relate to the sadness this world brought in heavy currents.
Julie didn't say anything about the pills. She tried her best to smile.
Julie: You alone? I'm tryn'a find my friends... You seen any folks come through here in the last 20 minutes?
Dr. BLake's problem wasn't serotonin. It was Dopamine. The levels of Dopamine in his brain was off and it was causing his schizophrenia. Julie jumped to conclussions when she saw the pills, but in honesty he had just began searching them. Julie didn't know that those weren't the pills he was looking for.

Collin shuffled a bit. He pulled off his backpack and pulled out a folded napkin that had some old graham crackers in it. He handed them to Megan through the cell. It was the last of his food, and he wouldn't get more until tomorrow. Everyone got one meal a day. Collin was content on sharing his rations with Megan. The others locked up here were going to be fed, but she wasn't . Collin knew Debra well enough to know that she wasn't bluffing. She would literally watch the girl starve to death and not bat an eye about it.
Collin looked around when he heard some guards at the end of the hall. They veered off in a different direction and he let out a sigh of relief. For whatever reason Collin had pretty much free reign to do whatever he wanted here. He couldn't leave the base whenever he felt like it, only Debra had that privilege, but within these walls he had permission to do just about whatever he felt like provided he abided by two rules....
One you don't try to escape. Dr. Blake was kind, but he wasn't honestly around much. Mostly it was the evil Omega you would talk to. Those crazy eyes twinkling with a fire of madness. It was hard for Collin to tell when it was Dr. Blake and when it was Omega. It's not like his face changed only his personality. Collin would often get confused and talk to Omega as if it were Dr.Blake, only to find out that he really had no interest the whole time and it was some joke.
The other rule that kept Collin alive was don't mess with the toys. Don't play with the pawns. Collin was never good at following that rule. He felt bad for the people who were brought in here. He had seen things. Terrible things like torture and he had no power to stop any of it. Collin watched Megan take the Graham crackers...
Collin: It's all I have, but I can bring you more food tomorrow.
This point he was going through the bottles remaining in the run down old pharmacy. Most pain medication and things like antibiotics were long gone and in fact, most of the supplies were located at Omegas base for their doctors to use. What wouldn't have brought in where the antipsychotics and depression medications. Omega didn't like to keep that stuff around even though they did have heavy sedatives for uncooperative new recruits. His fingers moved over the bottles and he had pulled one into his hand when he heard someone clear their throat. Pulling his pistol he turned to see a blonde woman there.
Her hands were up in a non-threatening way so he lowered the weapon. She was asking if he was alone which technically he was but not mentally. He was never alone with Omega banging at the doors in his mind trying to come out again. He heard her asking about other people and he kept searching the bottles. "Yeah, there's a base about a.."He started to speak as he found what he was looking for. At that point, he just kinda froze and stared down at the bottle. To the outsider's eye, it would look as if he was just reading it over.
"It's Okay.. Everything is gonna be okay." He muttered as a grin appeared on his face but it no longer Doctor Blake she was dealing with. There was a quick movement and he was standing right in front of the blonde woman. Pulling out the Pistol he hit her on the head with the handle. His arms reaching to grab her before she fell to the floor knocked out. Slowly he lowered her down onto the floor and found a dog leash that he used to bind her hands. "Oh, blakey blake. You should've known this just wasn't gonna work my dear chap."
At this point, Omega hoisted the woman's body up and carried her out of the building on his shoulder. Dropping her in the grass across the street he moved back into the building and used a zippo and lighter fluid on the building. Standing across the street and just laughed as his eyes moved down to the woman. "Man what I would so for some marshmallows." He just muttered to himself before pulling the radio off his belt. "This is Omega. Debra, i need pick up at the old pharmacy about a mile outside the base. Building marked with fire and have room I found another willing volunteer for the cause."
Megan edged closer as the man shuffled around and pulled a napkin full of crackers from his backpack. Man, was she hungry and honestly, it was probably at least two days since she had eaten anything. There was a soft smile on her face as she started to devour the crackers in a somewhat civilized manner though she was starving. It wasn't much but man was she happy to have a little something on her stomach. "Thank you, Collin. How long have you been here?" She asked in a quiet tone not wanting to draw the attention of the guards.
"Can you bring me a knife, fork or something sharp? I gotta get out of here and save him." Her tone was soft but there was a worry to it. She wanted to see Benny and just doctor his wounds. Have him beside her to fall asleep and just cry her fears out. There wasn't time for Collin to Respond before he darted off when guards came back to her cell. Her blue eyes on Collin who was hiding behind a beam then back to the guards as they opened her cell. She knew good and well there was no point in fighting so she let them lead her away willingly.
Also because if she caused a scene they may find Collin and he was the only one showing her any kindness in this horrible place. "Where are you taking me?" She asked but they just kept her going down hallways. Entering a Block called solitary she found herself thrown into a dark windowless cell. The door slammed shut and the sliding window opened for a brief moment. "Welcome to Solitary. If you have any questions just know we don't fucking care. Keep fucking quiet and wait til we have time for you." The man spoke rather coldly before sliding the little door shut.
Feeling her way around she found her bunk which was really just a cardboard thin mattress. She scooted onto the bed and pulled her knees to her chest. Not she was alone and it was so quiet, but to her, it was the loudest noise ever.
Debra watched as Camilla got out and she followed her inside. It was as if she knew exactly where to look. That was useful. Maybe the kid could be a good little spy. Debra thought quietly. It was no doubt this kid would be good at it. She didn't seem afraid. She could be sent into other people's groups to gather intel from the inside. Who turns away a kid? Debar kept her thoughts to herself though. She didn't think Camilla would appreciate the ideas roaming around in her pretty little head. Debra smiled at the sight of the reunion. It wasn't a fake smile she was honestly happy. She held up her end of the bargin.
Debra: Happy reunion. What happens now is you hold up your end. We have...
The radio crackled to life. It was Omega talking about a pick up. He told her that they could find it by the raging fire. Looking around she could already see smoke rising a few blocks away....
Debra: Well, that could be your friend... The blonde. I know you're the only group in the area so unless you had other's out while I was watching your community i'm guessing that's the girl you're looking for. Don't worry she won't be touched. But we have to go check this out. Get in the truck.
Debra demanded. It wasn't so much being bossy as giving an order. She nodded to the two men following her in the other truck. They turned on the truck and got ready to head out. Debra took the keys this time because she was going to be the one doing the driving. She only let Camilla drive as a show of trust. Show and tell was over, and now she'd prefer to have as much control over the situation as possible.
Pulling up to the raging fire she saw that Omega had caught a young blonde. Debra's eyes moved up those long long gorgeous legs. Julie had long silky looking legs. They caught Debra's attention. She wanted to move her tongue along her thighs and dip in between them, her eyes fell on the nasty gash on her upper thigh. It was still bleeding. Her eyes moved over to Omega.
Debra: I'll take her back to see one o the doctors... How's this area look? Anyone else we miss out here?
Debra wanted to say something smartass. She found herself wanting to ask if he thought to grab any bandages for the girl's leg before torching the place. But she knew better. Omega didn't have to worry about her backtalk. She knew her place. Debra's eyes narrowed to slits as she watched the smile on Omega's face. Crazy bastard loved chaos as much as I do. She thought with a smirk. Julie was starting to come too a little. Her eyes cracked open to see Debra staring at her. She was towering directly over Julie. A wide creepy smile on her face and flames to her back as black smoke rose above her head.
Debra: Welcome to Omega's army.....
Julie struggled against the binds that tied her hands behind her back. She wasn't going to get out of this. She kept struggling as her head turned slightly. She saw the woman she shared that passionate night with the night before. She still didn't even know her first name. Was she....With these people? Julie's face turned to one of confusions as she stare at them....
The only thing that mattered right now was this child and Camila looked her over to make sure there were no bites. She saw the pistol that she had gifted to the child tucked into her belt. There was a sense of pride seeing the tough little soldier she was becoming. The reunion was shortly ruined by the sound of the apparent leader on the radio. There was a talk of another recruit and then orders were barked at her by the Brunette. Grabbing Lily's hand she led her back to the truck and opened the passenger's door on the backseat. Letting the Dogs in first she got Lily buckled up.
Getting into the passenger's seat they drove until the found the burning building. The man standing outside had a body of a woman next to him. " Stay in the truck Lily. I gotta go check on the blonde lady." She spoke before jumping out of the vehicle. Moving over to the two people she looked to see the gash on Julie's thigh. Pulling the black tank of she was left in a bra as she wrapped the fabric over the wound. Pulling off her belt she tied it off before Julie started to wake. She could see the confusion on The woman's face as Deb gave her a welcome.
"Don't struggle," Camila said quietly before looking up at Omega and Deb. "Remember our deal, Lady. The kid and this woman are safe and with me. Then you got me to work for you." Camila spoke before moving to undo Julies tied hands. Helping her up she headed towards the vehicle without a second glance back at the burning building or her new 'Boss.'"Just don't try to run or do anything stupid. I don't want to be the one that has to hurt you."She spoke before they all were back in the vehicles and headed back to base.
Omega was happy watching the fire and didn't seem to have a care in the world. A couple of walkers came out into the open in search of an easy meal but he pulled the pistol and shot them in the head. It wasn't too long of a wait before he saw his transport. A smirk was on his lips as he saw Deb who was looking over the blonde. "Oh, how the glow of the skin just lights you up my dear." Omega cared for deb in his own twisted way and it was mostly because of her mind.
Another woman approached and he assumed it was one of the new ones that his second in charge had brought in. She must have been important if she wasn't stored along with the others. His eyes were on the woman as she spoke about some deal made with Debra. "Don't worry we keep our deals." He nodded in assurance before pulling deb to the side. He let the other men drive all the newcomers home and Omega Drove the second truck with Debra. "When we get back to the base the Woman, Child, and dogs. They don't get touched since you already made a deal. We must keep our word but however, they child and the blonde don't leave the gates."
He spoke as they drive back to the base and eventually pulled through the gates. "Can let her just wander off with our leverage." Putting the vehicle into park he slid out of the driver's seat and tossed the keys to deb. "I read over your notes and seems I need to meet this young couple that gave you so many issues. Once the man is healed up a bit of course." With that, he did a small bow at Julie, Camila, and the kid before heading into the building.
Shauna Kelly: That helped, thank you
