.....30 minutes earlier..... "Hey Paul. Do you want to take the Good Pastor with you to meet Mr. Pepper at the Target? Sarah is alittle preoccupied at the moment or she would be on talking to him." , "No problem, I'll get our Good Pastor and take him with. Might take someone else too...."....present....
Driving down the access road back to the Pacific Coast Highway, Pastor Stephenson thought to himself, here we go, the Three Stooges....and in a sense, he, Paul and Rodger kinda looked the Larry, Moe & Curly...that is, he added in his mind, if Curly were bald and had Dumbo-like ears.
Looking over at his passengers, the pastor asked, "How much further to the PCH, guys?"
"Should be right over this rise here," Paul replied, looking up from his map, "and there you go, up ahead. Make a left here; the Target's back in Morro City." Turning onto the PCH, Barry got the Ram and attached trailer in a straight line and began heading down the highway, keeping a sharp eye out for anything out of the ordinary. Picking up the radio, Barry turned it on and spoke. "Alexander Pepper, if you're on this frequency, we're on our way to your location," he said. "Are you hurt? Do you need immediate assistance? Tell us your location, sir," pausing to look at the others and say, "Gotta' say something to the fella'," shrugging as he spoke....

He walked out of the Target and went to his Lincoln and began to unload his shopping cart into it. Medications buried underneath clothing behind his driver seat. As he began to put the rest of the supplies into the SUV, he pulled out a cigar and lit it up. Feeling the burn in his lungs, he exhaled slowly. Shutting the back door, he hopped into the driver seat. Closing the door and cracking the window down just a bit, he turned on the CD player.
He was listening to his tunes again as he laid back a bit, smoking his cigar, drinking his water and listening to Joe Bonamassa. He thought about that musician and if he had a chance to survive the end of the world. He was one hell of a guitarist and one hell of a singer. Tapping his ash on the window, he took another puff of the cigar, inhaling it and slowly letting it out. Hearing the Radio going off next to him, picking it up, he heard it. "Alexander Pepper, if you're on this frequency, we're on our way to your location," he said. "Are you hurt? Do you need immediate assistance? Tell us your location, sir." Pushing the button in, he answered the questions for he was asked by the person on the radio that was in his hand. Such marvelous technology it is.
"No kind sir, I'm not hurt. But I could use a group to be part of and maybe some help to gather the rest of the items inside the store. There seems to be alot of stuff that was left since the world fell upon Judgement day and God took the righteous ones back home to Heaven. Leaving the rest of us to wonder this world to regain the love of God again for whatever sins we may have committed. I am parked ten steps out front of the store, sitting in a Silver Lincoln Navigator. It won't be hard to spot me since I'm smoking a cigar in it. So there will be smoke coming out the driver side door window."

Driving down the PCH, Pastor Stephenson could see just why people loved the California coast; it almost, in his mind, looked as beautiful as the Wasatch Range of Utah at times, the only difference being (a) the lack of snow on the Cali coast and (b) the abundance of fruits and nuts within the state - on this nice little drive, the two sitting in the truck with him, he humorously mused. As they drove on, exchanging various barbs and jokes between him, Paul and Rodger, the radio came to life; it was their mystery guest, Alexander Pepper....
"No kind sir, I'm not hurt. But I could use a group to be part of and maybe some help to gather the rest of the items inside the store. There seems to be alot of stuff that was left since the world fell upon Judgement day and God took the righteous ones back home to Heaven. I am parked ten steps out front of the store, sitting in a Silver Lincoln Navigator. It won't be hard to spot me since I'm smoking a cigar in it. So there will be smoke coming out the driver side door window."
"Judgment Day?" Rodger asked, looking over at the Pastor as if to ask whether the man was his brother or something; shaking his head, the pastor grabbed the radio but before he could say anything back to the man, Paul tapped his shoulder and said, "Whoa, slow down." Slowing the truck down, the pastor asked, "Why, what's wrong?" bringing the Ram and the attached trailer to a stop within sight of the Target.
"Nothing, just a gut feeling," Paul replied, picking up a nearby set of binoculars and looking ahead towards the Target; after a few moments, he saw the Silver Lincoln Navigator in question and said, "There's the vehicle; what do you want to do, Pastor?"
After a few moments thought, he grabbed the radio from Paul and spoke into the mic. "Alexander, this is Pastor Stephenson, from San Simeon; we're on the Pacific Coast Highway within sight of your vehicle; we can see you from where we're at just north of your location. Unless your vehicle has problems, start it up and meet us on the PCH; we'll take you back to San Simeon. We'll be watching." Setting the radio back down, he looked at the radio and said, "Let's get this vehicle and trailer turned so that we can leave in a hurry if necessary; like Paul said, something doesn't feel right here..."

Raising a brow, he shrugged his shoulders. With the shotgun on the passenger seat, he slid on his seat belt. Turning the key fully over, the Lincoln fired up. Putting it in drive, he drove through the parking lot and once he came to the road, he looked both ways with his turn signal on. Slowly pulling out of the entrance/ exit to the parking lot, he made his way doing the speed limit that was posted and came up to the Dodge Ram and it's trailer. Slowing down until he stopped right next to them. Alexander then put on his four way lights and rolled down his window fully. Looking at the gentlemen inside the Dodge, he smiled at them with a million dollar smile. Waiting for them to roll down they're window, Alex would begin to talk to them.
"Why good afternoon Gentlemen. Fine weather we are having. I'm Alexander Pepper, or Dr. Pepper if you like. We ready to head out then? Don't like sitting out to long, not good for the complexion at my age. Plus I need to get the things out of the back before the sun ruins them all. I'm a Teacher of different subjects."

As the three of them waited for Alexander - if that truly was his name, Pastor Stephenson thought - they got the Dodge Ram and the attached trailer turned around and facing back up the highway...and they waited; it wasn't long of a wait as they watched the vehicle in question pull out of the parking lot and move up the highway, coming to a stop across the highway from them right next to them....
I'm a Teacher of different subjects." the man said to them, looking as though he'd stepped out of a movie studio somewhere.
"Nice to meet you, Mr. Pepper," Pastor Stephenson replied, pausing as he and his cohorts took a moment or two to size the man up, "I'm Pastor Barry Stephenson, of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and these are my friends, Paul and Rodger," waiting as the others said hello to the man. "Apologies for the folderol there; we had to make sure you weren't being followed or watched...as it is, the sooner we get back to San Simeon, the better. If you'll follow us back, we'll get inside, out of the sun and talk like civilized gentlemen," firing up the Dodge and pointing towards the highway. "If you'll follow us, we'll get this show on the road..."

Nodding his head at the introduction, he puffed the cigar and let out the jet of smoke as they sat there, Still. "Then lets get going then Father Stephenson. We got much to discuss about then." Rolling up the window, he waited for them to start moving and he put it back into drive and followed right behind like he said he would. On his CD player, a Saxophone began to play a real catchy tone that got him swaying his head a bit as he was now enjoying this song. Tapping his fingers on the steering wheel, he was in a very good mood since he has found more survivors, and one of them Was a Priest of all things. 'The debates can begin again, Just like old Times Pepper you old hound dog.' He thought to himself as he kept bobbing his head to the beat of the music. Eventually, the Ram with the trailer turned off onto another road. Alexander put on his left hand turn signals and followed.
Following not to close for he didn't know these roads to well, he didn't want to crash into them and ruining both they're vehicles forcing them to walk the rest of the way...how ever far it is now. Soon, they were passing a few mansions and then were pulling up to a Castle. His eyes went wide as he never knew about this place, and he was living in California a very long time. Putting the Lincoln in park and turning off the engine, he grabbed the shotgun and slung it over his shoulders and stepped outside. Closing the door behind him and putting the keys in his pocket, he let out a long whistle as he looked at the place. "This is a beautiful place you live at. It's amazing at the things you find, even when you live in Cali for all your life, you still learn a new thing or two."

Nodding his head at the introduction, he puffed the cigar and let out the jet of smoke as they sat there, Still. "Then lets get going then Father Stephenson. We got much to discuss about then." Alexander said as they sat on the road in opposing vehicles; throwing the Ram into gear, Pastor Stephenson started driving back up the highway, making good time with their guest right behind them. After a few minutes, they hit the access road for San Simeon and began making their way up the winding road. "Go ahead, Rodger, and get on the horn to Sarah, let her know we're on our way back," he said, opting to let someone else call ahead while he kept his focus on the road.

.....15 minutes later.....
Well, we're back, Pastor Stephenson thought as they passed through the Main Gate leading to San Simeon; off to the right were the three smaller outlying mansions - each of them empty but well furnished and supposedly well-stocked with provisions - while right next to them, rising like the Colossus at Rhodes, was the Main Castle at San Simeon. Bringing the Ram to a stop, the Pastor got out of the Dodge Ram and signaled for Alexander Pepper to pull up just next to them.
While Rodger and Paul got all the gear out of the Ram, the Pastor walked over to Pepper's Silver Lincoln Navigator and said to him, "Welcome to San Simeon; I'm pretty sure Sarah will want to see you as soon as she comes out here....and what do you know; there she is," Pastor Stephenson said, pointing over towards the Main Castle, where Sarah and Masumi were standing, watching them. Waving them over, he said to Alexander, "Our fearless leader; they say her bark is worse than her bite, but Sarah Lyell's a good person and a good leader," hoping to put in a good word for San Simeon's leader as they waited for her and Masumi to join them.

Walking once more, they headed for the front doors where they both could hear the Mr. Pepper and the good Pastor talking to each other. Sighing a bit as her hand began to shake in Sarah's hold. She was nervous. 'Is this the right thing to do?' She thought to herself as she placed her free hand on the door ready to open it. Masumi said.
"Yeah, its' the right thing to do," Sarah replied, adding, "people are gonna' find out we're a couple, Masumi, if not through Larry - and he does love to gossip - then some other way. Better to knock that wall down now and get it out of the way," placing a hand over Masumi's and opening the front doors of the Main Castle open.

Alexander slid out a pair of sunglasses from his jacket pocket. Putting them on, he turned his head slightly and saw two young lovely ladies walking out towards them from the Castle, them holding each other's hands. When they approached, he saw the Asian female watching and looking him over. Stepping closer to them, he stuck his hand out to Sarah and then to Masumi to shake they're hands. A smile was over his face. "Hello, I'm Alexander Pepper, Ms. Lyell. This is an amazing place you have hear. As I just told the Pastor here, I've been living in California for a very long time, born and raised even. Yet I haven't noticed this place before. I was a school teacher doing Elementary, High school and even College Teaching." Looking from them to the building, he just was amazed at the sheer size of the castle, it was something he wanted to look up and read about it. To further his own knowledge. After shaking they're hands, the Asian female spoke to him, "I'm Haru, Masumi. Sarah's right hand and her Fiance. We welcome you to our home and our Sanctuary. We will show you to your room, then once your settled in we will show you around the castle. Have you meet the rest of the group." Masumi then bowed to Alexander like she was taught by tradition.
Bowing slightly to her she stood up straight as he then asked about his gear and school supplies in the back of his SUV. "I have alot of school supplies in the back of my SUV. Would you mind if I have some help unloading them into your home? I'm no young chick anymore and have a hard time lifting alot of heavy weight. But I will do as I'm asked. If you need me to do anything, I'd be happy to help whatever way I'm needed." Smiling still, he pushed the button on his key and made the back latch open up to reveal the near school supply store. Walking over to it, he picked a box that had some books and other supplies and began to walk over to the front door. Masumi kissed the cheek of Sarah and went to the back of the Lincoln and helped out as well to unload his vehicle. Heaving two of the boxes under her arms, she followed behind as Larry began to show Mr. Pepper to his new room and Masumi followed them both.

After setting the last of the gear and supplies that Mr. Alexander Pepper brought to his room, she stepped out into the hallway out of breath as she sat in one of the few chairs that lined up in the hallways throughout the whole castle. Laying her head against the wall. Masumi was breathing a little hard. She had only wished she had more help from carrying all them damn boxes and wasn't going to expect her love that may be pregnant to carry heavy objects. But they had other capable hands who were more interested in talking with the Teacher. Closing her eyes for a brief moment, she let out a long shaky breath. Looking into his new room from across the hall, she realized that in the one box was a a few CB radios still in the box. Standing up, she went over to them and picked one up. Thinking for a few moments. An idea popped into her head as she made her way to the Radio room. Stepping inside, turned the sign over that was on it to have it say, "Work in Progress. Knock for entry." then closed the door. Sitting down in the comfy rolling chair, she sat at the one table that had tools scattered about among pieces of different radio equipment. Someone was in here again. Growling a bit, she was about to reach for her radio when she realized, she still didn't have it or a new one yet. Sighing, she just let her temper slide out of her as she calmed herself down.
Ripping open the box and carefully taking out the Trucker CB radio, she grabbed a screw driver and went to work. Now in the mind set of her training, she didn't let much get her distracted in this mood. Taking the back case off of it and tossing the steel into a black trash can that read "Spare metal", it clang with other metal that was in it. Sliding on a pair of blue latex gloves, she began the process of taking the wires off the different components of the Radio and setting them inside her boxes of wires. Then came the fun part. Taking out the board needed from it. Blowing away from the board slowly, she began by placing a finger in each corner and gently lifted it up at once. Eventually, with Gravity on her side, the CB radio fell to the table making the board still in her fingers. Smiling brightly, she slid over to the Damaged radio where she had it opened up. Setting it into place and applying just enough pressure to each corner and then the center, she felt the board click into place. With a sigh of relief, she began to rewire the whole thing.
Two hours later
Masumi screwed in the case to the main radio of the castle back on. Holding her breath, she flipped the switch to power it on. It buzzed and came to life without a hitch. Turning the knobs til the frequency was on the Groups hand held radio's frequency. Pushing down on the standing Microphone's button she breathed out slowly and said. "Masumi here. Testing Main radio, One-two. Come back anyone?" Letting go of the button, she would slide over to radio's two and three, turning them all on. She slid back to Radio One and wait for the response. She would hope it would work, and since she didn't have her hand held radio, she didn't know that all over the Castle, everyone's Hand Held radio's chirped or buzzed to life and Masumi's message came through crystal Clear.

Shaking Alexander's hand - a firm, strong handshake, she noticed - Sarah introduced everyone to him. "Welcome to San Simeon, Mr. Pepper; I'm Sarah Lyell, leader of our small group here," introducing everyone standing around - Masumi, Pastor Stephenson, Paul, Larry, Rodger and Hollis - waiting for their respective introductions to go by. Once the introductions were made, Alexander continued... "I have alot of school supplies in the back of my SUV. Would you mind if I have some help unloading them into your home? I'm no young chick anymore and have a hard time lifting alot of heavy weight. But I will do as I'm asked. If you need me to do anything, I'd be happy to help whatever way I'm needed."
"Yeah, let's go ahead and get all this unloaded and then we sit around the table and talk," Sarah said, reaching inside the Lincoln Navigator and helping unload the first of what seemed like an interminable amount of supplies, her face still flush from Masumi's kiss moments before; as they unloaded everything from the vehicle, Sarah thought, I'll have to ask him when there's time where he came from and whether there are any other survivors out there....

While walking in with the supplies, he would start to talk to them as they walked and followed the man named Larry. "It's nice to meet all of you. I was starting to think I was the last one in California after the Military decided to firebomb the major cities across the United states to contain whatever it is that spread to the dead that made them come back to life and attack us all. From what it seems and from what I heard from the military, this isn't a natural thing or a freak accident. This was man made that had gotten out of control. What it is, I don't even know. I'm just glad I was able to get out of the Green zone in L.A. in time. I was five miles out of the city when I saw it glowing orange. -whistles as he looks around the inside of the place.- This is a huge place you guys live in. I hope you don't mind if I read up on this place history and add them to my books for teaching any young one's that I might encounter. If we are to rebuild mankind again, we will need teacher's to teach the generation's to come after us." Walking up the many flights of stairs, until they hit the third floor. Larry swayed his hips like a female did when they were trying to attract some attention, but Alexander didn't really take to much into it. They were lead into a room on the far end of the hallway on the right of the stairs. Stepping in, he would set his things onto the bed.
They all had all the things up into the room in what he thought was record time. "I thank you for letting me stay with you and your group Ms. Lyell. Now, I bet there is alot to be said and asked, so lead the way ma'dam's and I'll gladly answer anything you have to ask me." He said with a warm smile as he had his hands in together of each other over his chest. Sarah led the way to a room with a big table. Taking a seat, the guy from before, Larry, he came back with drinks for everyone and set them all down in front of them. Nodding his head with a smile, "Thank you mister for the drink." Larry winked at him and walked out of the room to let the other's to discuss business. Picking up the cup, he sipped it and it was Lemonade. Smiling as he hadn't had fresh Lemonade in a long time, he sipped it again and set it down. Crossing his hands in front of him on the table, he would ask. "So, where do we begin?" That's when everyone's radio's chirped with the Woman from before making her announcement of testing they're main radio.

While bringing in all of Alexander's supplies, they began talking about what had happened over the past three years, especially in regards to California; what threw Sarah for a bit of a loop were the reports of firebombings that the U.S. military had done to California's major cities back then. "Doesn't surprise me, Mr. Pepper," Sarah said as she set down several boxes of supplies. "I know from when I was a journalist that in the last days before the Great Panic, there were all sorts of plans afoot - firebombing seems like one of them. However, like a lot of things, I think the military either missed the mark or missed a few places," remembering a conversation she'd had two years before with someone whose name she couldn't recall offhand.
"About a year into the end of the world, we had someone land on the Hearst Airstrip just off the access road," Sarah said. "When I spoke to him, he said he'd flown over Southern California and saw that the military missed most of Los Angeles, saying that he'd spoken to a group of survivors down in South Los Angeles at a former LAPD station. We tried contacting them back then but couldn't get hold of anyone, so we really don't know if anyone's still around, but we do know part of L.A. still exists....on the other hand," Sarah continued as they walked back outside to grab the last of the supplies, "The San Francisco Bay from San Jose up to Oakland and across to San Francisco is a barren wasteland; basically, everything north of San Jose on either side of the Bay was torched. Same for Sacramento and pretty much everything along the I-80 corridor up there; bottom line, if you lived north of the interstate, you were cut off from the other half of the state."
After making sure everything was brought in and stored away, everyone headed down to the kitchen to grab something to drink. Smiling as he hadn't had fresh Lemonade in a long time, he sipped it again and set it down. Crossing his hands in front of him on the table, he would ask. "So, where do we begin?" Alexander said.
Pausing as everyone of them heard Masumi's radio check over their handhelds', Sarah sat back and drank some lemonade, thinking about what Alexander had said. "Well, in case I haven't mentioned it, welcome to San Simeon, Alexander," Sarah said, adding, "Where are you originally from, Alexander?"

"Where I'm from? I was born and Raised in Los Angeles, the city of Angels...more like the City of the Dead now. I use to be a teacher for College's as a Philosophy Major, would substitute for High school and Elementary schools as well for Reading, Math and History classes. After the world went to where it is now, I went to a High school since most of they're food is canned anyways. I spent the three years holding up inside of it and going out every now and then to see if I could find other survivors. But sadly...I haven't found any other's besides your group. Everywhere I looked, I always found more and more of the dead. Vehicles once burnt. So, I spent each day wondering why I was spared while students of mine were devoured by our once living counterparts. Reading every book, every religious manuscript...I couldn't find any answers. But I think...our answer's lay with the government and CDC. So who knows what we will find out about the incident, if we even find out anything at all."
Picking up the drink again, he sipped it again. Licking his lips as he set the cup back down. "I have a brother, his name is Morgan Pepper. He was a Security Guard at the prison in New York, Riker's Island. I would go to New York every year to visit him. Havent heard word from him since the day the world went to Hell in a Hand basket. I pray that he is still alive, but my spirit says he moved on to a better plain of existence. Tell me Ms. Lyell, where you from? You don't have a Californian accent...your's is more of that of the East coast, probably Maine or Pennsylvania maybe?" Leaning back in his seat, he watched as everyone stared at him like he was the most interesting man in the world. 'I don't always drink, but when I do...' He would think to himself as he still had a friendly smile on his face.

"For what its' worth, I don't think we'll ever find out what truly happened to cause this," Sarah said, pausing to take another drink of lemonade, "and I think most people nowadays are probably too afraid to find out either..either that or they've got other things worry about." It was a question that sometimes haunted Sarah: how had the world come to this?
Then Alexander hit her with a not-so-unexpected-question out of the blue... "Tell me Ms. Lyell, where you from? You don't have a Californian accent...your's is more of that of the East coast, probably Maine or Pennsylvania maybe?" he asked, leaning back in his chair and looking as though he were the second coming of the Dos Equis character. Taking another drink of lemonade, Sarah sat back as well, crossing her legs as she did and letting her mind wander a few moments. "You've got the East Coast part right; to be specific, I'm New York City born and bred - specifically, Astoria Queens," Sarah said, smiling, letting her Queens accent slip as she spoke. "Was born at Elmhurst Hospital, grew up within sight of Citi Field, LaGuardia Airport...and Rikers Island. Like you, I have a sibling - my twin sister Tamara. We were complete opposites: you had to drag me to the ballfield, she'd be the first one there. I'd read voraciously, you had to practically shove her nose into a book...when we graduated from high school, Tamara joined the Army to fly helicopters while I came out west to go to college." Pausing for a few moments, she continued. "We kept in touch; sometimes, Tamara would fly out to San Francisco to visit, sometimes I'd fly back to the Big Apple to see her.
"Haven't seen her in over three years - for obvious reasons - but I know she's still alive out there somewhere...and if I know Tamara, she's probably thinking the same thing as well." Taking another drink of lemonade, she looked over at Alexander and thought, He'll be a great part of our stronghold here...I know it.

Since no one responded to her check, she let out a sigh and stood up slowly. Turning around, she leaned against the table and her butt touched and held down making the button to the standing mic to stick down for a while as she spoke and then eventually would begin to sing. Masumi was ready to break the damn radio, but needed to calm herself down. As she was about to sing, the sound of happiness is heard in her voice.
"Well, I guess that fixing and getting cut was a waste of time. -Looks at a picture of Sarah while smiling. Clears throat lightly and then begins to sing.-

Turns around and sees that the button is stuck. Pushes it hard and makes it unstuck making it end the broadcast. She began to hear people of the group begin to clap throughout the Castle. She was confused for a moment and then realized that the radio was broadcasting the whole time. Blushing heavily, she just let the cat out of the bag from her singing and then saying she loves Sarah. Smiling a bit, she could see a shadow behind the other side of the door. Standing up right, she waited to hear the door knock or even open, but nothing yet.
...Susunda michi no saki tashikana hikari wo mita... You'll find the way....I love you Sarah....
I love you too, Masumi, Sarah whispered, getting up from her chair and rushing out of the room towards the Radio Room, tears beginning to flow as she thought about lovely and beautiful her fiance's voice was. Reaching the Radio Room, Sarah knocked on the door several times.... "Masumi?" she said, knocking on the door several more times, hoping that what she heard hadn't been a dream or a mirage but was Masumi's beautiful voice calling out to her....

Masumi turned off the radio and then heard the door knocking a few times. As she stepped towards it, it was knocked on a few more times. Thats also when she Heard Sarah's voice calling out to her from behind the door. Turning the door knob, she opened the door and saw her love standing there with tears running down her face. Stepping up to her and wrapping her arms around Sarah, she brought her to her body. Kissing the top of her head, Masumi would begin to gently slide her hand down her hair, swaying from side to side. Her dark blue eyes slowly fading to an Ice blue like before as half of them were covered by her eye lids as she stood there to comfort her lover. Then an idea came to her mind. Sarah would hear and feel Masumi begin to take in a deep breath and then hear her. (Face Claim's song, Yuki no Hana)

Leaning towards her, Masumi would kiss her lovingly as she held her tighter to herself with her eyes now close. They stopped swaying as she brought her one hand up to the side of Sarah's face and held it gently inside her embrace. Feeling they're skin together and that time had stopped around them. Slowly breaking away from the loving embrace, Masumi opened her eyes and looked into Sarah's. "Are you ok? The love of my life, my Snow flower."
( English lyrics to the song:
Our shadows stretch out on the pavement As I walk in the twilight with you If we could be together like this forever Holding hands It's almost enough to make me cry
The wind grows colder I can smell winter Soon the season will come to this town When I can get close to you
This moment When the two of us cuddle up To gaze at the first snow flower of the year Is overflowing with happiness
It's not dependence or weakness I just love you I thought so with all my heart
I feel like when I'm with you I can overcome anything I pray that these days Will continue forever
The wind rattled the window The night shakes you awake I will change any sorrow Into a smile
The snow flowers fell Outside the window Unceasing And colored our town I realized that love means Wanting to do something For someone else
If I should lose you I'll become a star and shine on you I'll be with you even on nights When your smile is wet with tears
This moment When the two of us cuddle up To gaze at the first snow flower of the year Is overflowing with happiness
It's not dependence or weakness I just want to be like this With you forever I can honestly think that now
The pure white snow flowers Bury this town Softly drawing memories in our hearts Together forever with you... )

After a few more knocks, Sarah saw the door to the Radio Room open and she stepped inside, the tears still flowing; walking over to Masumi, she felt her fiance's arms hug her tightly, her hands stroking her hair lightly, kissing the top of her head in an effort to soothe Sarah. After a few moments, Sarah looked into Masumi's blue eyes, watching them change from a smoky dark blue to the color of ice blue to their brilliant (and shimmeringly) bright blue eyes, which had the effect of calming Sarah down (which is she was crying)...especially when Masumi began to sing once more.
As she listened to her lover's words as she sang, the music seemingly touched her to her very core...the emotions and tears she was showing weren't of fear, they were of love; in all her years, she hadn't heard anything as beautiful, as touching as the words Masumi had sung to her moments before. Even if they were in a language Sarah couldn't speak, the words weren't as important as the emotions, the feelings, the desires and wants...
"I'm okay," Sarah said quietly, wiping the tears away and smiling, "its' just that song was so...so beautiful, it made me cry. Don't ask me why, but it did...." Looking around, she saw that the Castle's main radios were looking better than they had a while back and said, smiling once more, "Have I ever mentioned that you have the loveliest singing voice I've ever heard?"
Shauna Kelly: That helped, thank you
