Today would be the day she confirmed her fears. They haunted around the brunette as she tried to occupy herself with little chores to do around the house. Every plate that suddenly needed to be cleaned was shadowed in the muck of fear and deception. Clients had cancelled their appointments so the pale women found herself at the dinner table. Light brown eyes looking down at the eggs and bacon she had made for herself, lost in thought however so the eggs and bacon went untouched along with the glass of orange juice. Deborah knew the only option that would give her the answers she wanted.. But was it best to not to know? Could she handle the truth of it all if her suspiciouns were confirmed.
After washing the dishes and glass were all set inside the dish washer she spent some time leaning against the wall nearest to the living room gazing out to the lovely weather outside. Silence let the mind wonder too much, it was one of the new reasons she hated the silence of being home alone. Wonder her mind did, what was he doing right now? Hopefully working. The quivering lipped women hoped that latter was true. Slowly shaking her head telling herself that she would just take a peek. A peek couldn't be that bad right? As Deborah tried to convinceherself of this she was already walking upstairs. Hesitanting placing her hand on the knob to Ivar's office. Swallowing a build of spit as the click sound seemed to echo for miles. Every creak of the wood floor boards under her felt like waking over a out of snakes.
Stareing into to her reflection on the screen of Ivar's laptop. Eyes filled with fear and a face showing worry as it lit up to light. Typing in the password followed by entering his email with a few quick taps of her fingers. First came the tears followed by denial. "No. N-no no" Her throat felt as thought it had a basketball inflating in it. Hands shaking as she scrolled down through the email to this Aubrey women. Knees rubbing together as it finally became to much to take all in. Deborah attempted to get up from her seat but ended up fallowing to the ground. Had this information made her weak in the knees literally? Or did it feel comforting hugging the ground where the salty tears now fell. Curling up into the fetal position shaking, was this felt like the end? If only she knew that this was just the beginning of hell on earth. Clutiching at the baby bump she had over her belly as she tried to sit up once again. "H-how could he do t-this to u-us"
