After the attack on the hotel, Victor spent the rest of the day treating the injured and helped put holes into the heads of those that were dead. The next morning before the sun came up, Victor took the keys off the body of Angel who was laying with a hole in her head near a pile of the dead. He took her SUV and drove it away from Colette's group. His first stop was at a home depot. The store had walkers all through out the store. But a good bit of them were already dispatched from previous raids. He went through out the building killing the rest with a tire iron and his combat dagger. Once he was done, he began to fill the SUV with bundles of steel link fencing and thick steel piping that was 6 feet long. With no more room, he drove back to his two story hunting cabin. Setting the building supplies out back, he drove back to pick up more steel pipes, boxes of nails and boards of wood. Picking them up, there was barely any wood left. So he grabbed a couple of wood cutting single blade Axes. Loading them up, he went back and went to work. The next few days, he set up a fence around all five acres of the property, hugging the tree line. Every now and then he had to stop to kill a wondering walker. Then disposed the bodies into a pile near very back of the property.
Near the end of the fourth day, he drove to a local camping store. Grabbing tents, sleeping bags, cots, Eating utensils and even folding chairs. Near the register up front, he saw a few large propane lanterns. Snagging them too, he brought everything back. Placing the camping gear inside the house, he went to where he had paint and wood stored. For over an hour, he made a sign and then a gate for the main pathway into the property. With tools on his belt, he went to the only opening in the fence. Set up the gate and lock. He walked a few paces forward and set the sign up on a tree which read.
"Welcome to Victor's home. A new safe Haven for all. Follow the rules and do your job and you'll be treated well. Don't follow the rules and you'll be met with punishment. ~Victor Crowley"
