Link sat along a cold rock. He hand covered in dry yet stick blood that filled the air with the smell of iron. A small fox was placed down ahead. Link had cooked the Fox and was preparing to eat it. Miles, a chocolate lab with a blue collar sat next to him. He wined lightly as Link began to ate. Link cut the fox in Half and gave it to Miles. He quickly began to eat. Miles began to hack after eating so quickly. Link laughed as he took a bite, with the left side of his mouth full he spoke.
"See thats what happens when you eat too fast, I've told you before haven't I."
After an hour Link patted out the already dim fire and placed his bag on his back. He looked up at the sky, after seeing what direction the sun was in he mumbled.
"Eh, looks like we only have about 3 hours left of sunlight"
He pulled out a folded map and looked at it. He found that there was a road about 3 miles up, leading to a small town.
"We could attempt it, we'll have some shelter for the night, but we wont be sure if Walkers or people have dibs on it..."
He tightened his backpack and pulled it higher up along his shoulders, he looked over to Miles.
"I guess we'll have to find out hu..."
...THEY BEGAN TO WALK...
