Lucy was on her radio looking down as the car pulled up, she had another prisoner which was her fifth of the day including Rebecca. The young man was essentially worthless to her organisation yet she wanted to capture/remove his friends that were still at large. Their names, weaknesses and hiding spots. She stood hand on hip looking out the window before deciding to call for her assistants.
As they arrived she pointed to an empty pot of tea and spoke "I want a knew broth please. And a refill of sugar."
One of her servants began to suggest there was a shortage of sugar yet was met by a swift slap to the face "Did my tone mislead you... I was not asking. Whatever sugar we have left shall do. And non of that fake rubbish you Americans use"
Lucy was eventually served and then radio'd downstairs "Bring up that young man we just brought in. I would like a word with him."
Kevin was mostly unconscious during the ride to wherever he was brought. Sometimes he was able to open his eyes for a couple seconds, but it would all black out again. It wasn’t until he felt two arms dragging him that he slowly opened his eye, but this time they stayed open. He had lost much blood and felt weak and he had no clue what happened or where he was.
“Wh---where, am i?” he asked very softly. But he didn’t get an answer. When he tried to refresh his memory he felt the intense pain from his head wound. Just a couple flashed return, he saw the men with the gun followed by the ground. “Am I captured?” Kevin asked himself in disbelief.
He did his best to look up and the men that were dragging him didn’t look familiar. He wanted to pull his arms away, but he was just too weak.
Mere seconds later they entered a room, he tried to look and saw a woman drinking tea, or was he just hallucinating now. The men stopped and threw him on the floor in front of the woman.
(I figured it was ok to npc some guards?)

Lucy was sat behind her desk now and as the man first arrived paid little attention and continued to drink her tea. She the stood "Oh... Where are my manners. Allow me to introduce myself. Miss Turner-Wilson. Would you like a seat?" Before Kevin could respond the guards brought an office chair on wheels towards him. She then was thrown an item. The wallet of the man and opened it up. As she did so the guards bound his arms to the chair. One offered him water as was the protocol with dazed guests.
She found a form of identification "Mr Clark is it? Why it must be. Would there be anything in here you want to tell me about?" She paused and headed toward him taking a seat on the edge of her desk.
"You are accused of quite serious crimes including opening fire upon and murdering some members of the United States National Guard. This legal consultation between myself and you can be very simple, or difficult. See... what I need for your case in particular is information. So now I will allow you to speak" She poured some more of her tea from the steaming hot teapot and smiled.
Kevin was placed in a chair, he looked at the woman that just spoke to him. He watched how his wallet was thrown to her. “I don’t think you that’s yours.” Kevin said in a stern tone. Normally Kevin would be nervous in these kind of situations, but this time it was his arrogant side which took the upper hand. Not his best decision but he felt like it, mostly because the woman looked like a bitch, and Kevin was rarely wrong about people their personalities.
He heard how she asked him if he was Mr. Clark and if he wanted to share more information.
“Yes it is Mr. Clark, and since i think you have no right to even look in my wallet I don’t think I’ll share anything.” Kevin replied. “But since you are already rude enough to open it, feel free to find the information yourself.” He added.
Mere seconds later she spoke about what he was being accused of and finished with telling hil he could speak now. “Oh dear, I had no idea I did so many things.” Kevin said using sarcasm. “If you call those animals the national guard, then there is something wrong in your head, you see they attacked us and not the other way around.” Kevin answered. While using his big mouth he asked himself what was wrong with him, those people could kill him and he was being a douche, well he was speaking the truth, but in their crazy minds he would seem like a jerk.
“What information do you want.” He said in his same stern tone, trying to find out if he could save his life with the info she wanted.
Lucy smiled as he spoke constantly "Well Mr Clark... I would advise you keep calm. See you have been inside my territory. And so far you are acting like a guilty man. Speaking lies about the actions of my men and suggesting I am in some way mentally impaired" She then saw a photo inside the wallet of Kevin and another young man. She smiled and whispered to a guard at a volume Kevin could not hear to fetch a young gentleman they had apprehended that day.
"Mr Clark, I am the Law... so whatever you own... whatever you say. I have a right to..." She slapped him across the face "Use".
Lucy then went to her fire place and began to stoke the fire with a red hot poker. She left it too increase the heat and returned to her chair.
"Mr Clark, your co conspirators... unlike yourself actually murdered some of my men. To apprehend these individuals. Especially the woman who threw that flash-bang... and the man who shot two of my men dead. So what I would like from you are the names of this 'group' and where they might be?"
She sipped her tea and smiled "Your assistance in this matter is advised... Trust me when I say we will know the EASY way, or the Hard way"
Kevin watched Lucy as she spoke. He saw her searching his wallet, but he couldn’t quite see where she was looking at. He saw her whispering to one of her guards with a big smile. But he had no clue what was so funny about his wallet, she couldn’t have found info on the group.
Then his attention was drawn back to Lucy as she stood in front of him. She told him she was the law followed by a hard slap on his cheek. Kevin chuckled. “Is that the best you can do, Miss Law.” But he buried his real feelings, the slap did hurt and he was slightly getting scared, but he couldn’t show her that.
Seconds later she asked him the names of his group and warned him that there was either an easy way or a hard one. “Why would I tell you those names, they are my friends and they didn’t do anything wrong, besides I think I forgot most of them due to my head wound and the slap didn’t help either.” Kevin said as he looked her in the eyes.
Lucy continued to smile as he tried to play tough guy. "Oh I know we can do better than that. Thompson... bring in our guest. Might be able to convince Mr Clark that telling us where they were hiding and the names of these people is in his best interests." Lucy slowly walked towards the fire and poured some more water into her tea pot. As they brought the guest into the room. She pulled the hot poker from the fire and stood holding it in front of Kevin.
"Does this feel warm... I just want to check. Wouldn't want any accidents now would we."
It hadn't even been a few hours in the city and he was already fucked. They caught him down by the docks, trying to start a boat. It was a large one, fishing boat. Vince hadn't eaten in days, he needed the food for the voyage. When the guards Attacked him he was weak. He couldn't even fight back. They took him, took him away from the boat, frime hope.
He hadn't even been there that long, less than a day. They kept him in a cage, had taken his things. He longed for his bat, or that he had ammo. He could escape, needed to. But he was weak, and couldn't. Should have gone farther north to Maine, or Canada. It would have taken longer but at least e wouldn't be trapped in this fucking cage.m
Guard came to get him. He didn't recognize them, meant new guards than the ones who took him here. "What do you want," Vince screamed, "just let me go. Take it, take it all. I don't care. I have nothing left to offer you." The guards ignored his pleas and hauled him to his feet. One under each arm they carried him to another room.
There was a girl in this room, and older woman by the looks of it. There was another man in the room. He almost looked like Kevin. Vince shook his head. He blamed the lack of sleep and food to be just visions or his mind playing tricks. It wouldn't not be the first time he thought he saw Kevin. His mind was numb, vision blurred. To him right now it was just a blonde muscualr guy from the back. He must be another prisoner, by the way he sat in the chair, restrained, in front of the woman.
Vince looked at the woman. She looked in charge, by the way she ordered the guards and held herself before them. "What do you want with me. Just let me go. I'm nothing to you. I'll leave, you'll never see me again."
Lucy held the poker and had one of her guards pick Vince back up "Silence... you are nothing but a pawn... a means to an end here." She slowly waved it past his face and stared at Kevin. She then walked away slowly swinging the hot piece of metal around the room.
"This must be quite the reunion Kevin Clark. A friend of yours I guess... although keeping a photo in your wallet is a bit creepy..." She had an idea what was going on but did not speak for a few moments.
"So Kevin... I believe I asked about some names. Id rather not cause a mess. Becky will have to clean it up." Placing the poker back in the fire. It was her office and she had other means to first try and gain information.
Kevin heard how the bitch asked to bring in a guest. “You seem to have many people around here, I take it they are all here because they love you.” Kevin said in a sarcastic tone. “I don’t know who you are bringing in, but I don’t think they will be able to convince me.” He chuckled. Then she walked closer with the hot poker and asked if it was hot. Kevin turned his face away from the heat. “Well you just held it above the fire, so that would make sense.” Kevin said stern. “And no accidents are unnecessary.” He added.
Then he heard how the guards returned. They threw someone next to him, but Kevin was still facing the other way, since he didn’t turn his head back after the hot poker thing. It wasn’t untill the ‘guest’ spoke that Kevin turned to face him. He knew that voice and when he looked at him he couldn’t believe his eyes. He couldn’t even speak. Was it Vince, was it really him. He slowly lost his powerful attitude, some tears ran down his face, all the emotions coming together. He vaguely heard Lucy talk about a reunion and that it was creepy to keep a photo inside of his wallet. But he ignored her, he kept watching Vince, and tried to make a sound, but it was as if he was in a trance. Then he heard Lucy ask about the names once more, but yet again he ignored her. Was this a trick, was it the fall, he had to know.
He shook his head. He slowly got out of his trance and for a moment he wanted to pretend he didn’t know him, cause he knew Lucy would use it against him, but he just couldn’t, he had to yell. “Vince look at me, look at me dammit, is it you?” he asked as more tears formed in his eyes. He did his best to get out of the chair and moved from left to right. But he couldn’t get out of it. He was weak due to his injury and all the emotions, but he would do everything to get closer.
Vince heard Kevin yell, he almost didn't recognize his voice. It had been to long, so long since he last heard him speak. He missed the sound, the way Kevin said his name. When the voice wen't our Vince just looked up. He shook his head in disbelief. He saw the tears, felt his own on his face. He didn't believe it, Kevin was right beside him. Vince didn't know what to do, was it real? Was he hallucinating? Was it all a dream? Did these people stick him with something, drug him. He knew it couldn't be true, it was a hallucination, Kevin was stil in England, away from them.
"You..you..you're wearing his face," he said pushing himself back, up against the wall. He bonked a few times and whiped his tears from his eyes. "Why are you wearig his face," Vince screamed. He turned to the girl, "what did you stick me with? What was it." Vince pushed up on his legs and stood his back against the wall.
He stood on his feet, hands clenched. "What did you drug me with," he screame again. He stepped toward the girl, anger in his face, tears still falling.
Lucy's guard who was holding Vince nodded to the other guard who came by and punched him in the stomach. She stood in front of him as he was neutralized and smiled "I would advise you to remember your place. You do not make demands around here. You do not ask questions. You are in my building. You are both our prisoners. And we will treat you as we please."
She then sharply turned to Kevin "Dont even try and pretend you don't know him... But if you want to see the boys rough him up some more." She glanced at her finger nails "Then continue to ignore my questions. We are all here. We are live, in the flesh. No trickery. No impossible facial copying. Just two young men, three big guards, a lot of time and one lady who would like some answers"
She looked Kevin right in the eye "You hate me right now dont you... but I have brought this person you know back to you. AND I can take him away... so please give me some names and addresses Mr Clark"
Kevin watched as Vince looked at him in disbelief, he saw how he slowly started crying. Kevin felt how his own tears kept streaming down his face. Vince started talking, it was so nice to hear is voice, but the words he said hurt him a bit. Vince thought they were drugging him and Kevin couldn’t blame him, he still didn’t fully belief Vince was there either, but that was not the part that hurt him, he could cuddle Vince and tell him it was really the one and only Kevin, he could tell him everything was ok and worst of all he couldn’t protect him.
Kevin felt his anger reaching the danger level as they punched Vince in his stomach. “Don’t fucking do that again I’ll l swear I’ll kill you, psycho bitch!” Kevin yelled as he nearly broke the rope that was keeping him down. One of the other guards pushed him back down and slammed the back of his head. He wasn’t calm yet, but he felt like he had to calm himself for Vince. Kevin shook his head and turned to Vince. “Vince, it’s ok it is me, calm down, no drugs involved.” He said softly as once more the tears began rushing down his face. All the emotions were hard to control, the fear of what they were going to do, the anger, the joy and yet still some sadness.
Kevin was just about to speak to Vince again as he heard the disgusting voice of the woman that held them captive. She told him that she knew Kevin must hate her but that she also brought Vince to him and could easily send him away again. Followed by once more asking for the names and the addresses. “You hurt him one more time and you will never know them.” Kevin said in a calm tone. That was when he was most dangerous, when Kevin would yell, he just had a big mount, but threatening in a soft calm tone, then he was serious. “And if you don’t know them, they will find a way to hunt you down and kill you, not fast or something but slowly and painful.” He added.
Then he turned his head to Vince. “You ok, I missed you?” he asked as he looked in Vince his eyes while sadness filled his own eyes as he wasn’t able to take care of Vince. There was so much he wanted to do, hug, kiss, talk to him. He wanted to know what happened to him, how he survived, if he was ok. Kevin sighed as he waited for answers and deep down hoped his new friend would find a way to get them out.
When the guard punched him Vince fell. His kness hit the ground and he clutched his stomach. The lady spoke but he heard nothing. Why were they her prisoner, what purpose did they serve? She couldn't take any thing from them, couldn't put them to work. So unless she just got a kick out of tortouring people he didn't see a reason why she would do this.
He looked up at Kevin, still unable to believe that it was really him. The woman confirmed it was but it couldn't be. Kevin was in London, across the bloody pond. He couldn't be here, not now. It had been two years, two years since he saw Kevin, the day he left for the trip. Had Kevin flown out to surprise him, follow him, or had he sailed here, sailed to find Vince. He didn't know, he just knew that man was him, his Kevin.
Tears fell from his face, "Kevin, it's..it's..it's really you. I can't believe it. How," he asked between sobs, "it can't be true. You were in London, how did you get here."
Vince looked up at him, "i..I..I miss you," he looked at the woman, "please let us go. Kevin can tell what you want to know, just let us out. We'll leave, be gone, you don't have to do this."
Lucy pulled up a chair and looked Kevin in the eyes "come on Mr Clark... you heard Vince over here. Tell us what we want to know and you can leave. Do these people mean more to you than he does." She smiled "You have my word, the word of everyone here you will be aloud to leave if you give me the names, descriptions and tell me where you hid"
She then stood kicking her chair away "OR... we take out the harm your murderous group have caused on Vince until you tell us. ENOUGH of your games. Enough empty threats. Tell me what I want to know or whatever happens next is YOUR responsibility".
Kevin could help but cry as Vince did the same. So strong emotions, a combination of happiness, disbelief and a bunch of other. The strongest one was the sadness of being together but not able to touch each other yet, not able to kiss, hug. That was the thing he felt ever since he saw Vince. He heard how Vince asked if it was him and how he got here in between sobs.
“Yes it’s really me, and how I got here isn’t important now, we’ll talk about that later.” He said as he tried his best to stop crying. Then Vince said he missed Kevin, he could also see the fear in Vince his eyes and heard how Vince said Kevin would give the names. Kevin his heart sort of broke inside, he had to chose between his friends and boyfriend. He never betrayed anyone and he wasn’t planning to do it now, but he had to keep Vince safe. Vince was the one thing that kept him going, kept him alive, now that he found him he wasn’t planning of letting him go.
His attention turned to Lucy as she once more gave her speech and warned him for what would happen if he didn’t gave the names. “Alright, dammit, I can give you the stupid names, but I don’t know where they are going or hiding, the plan was to leave the city, you stopped us and we didn’t discuss a safe house for when the plan failed.” Kevin yelled back. He wanted to stay calm, but he felt so weak, he couldn’t do anything if they would harm Vince and that pissed him off.
After that he turned back to Vince. “Hang in there love, it will all be fine.” He said as yet another tear ran down his face.
Vince wanted know how he got here, how Kevin was able to find him. But he understood Kevin wanting to wait to explain. They had all the time in the world now, once they were free. Vince met enough sick people in the world, people like this cunt, people who would stop at nothing just to torture and mess with someone. He assumed these people were the same, monsters.
Vince looked up at Kevin as he said he would say the names of the people. "There he said he would talk. Now let us go. We don't want to be here. We'll leave the city, you already took everything we had. We have nothing to offer you besides their names. Just let us go." Vince sat up a little, watching the guards around him.
"Just give them the names. We can leave, I don't know where we will go, but some place far away from here," Vince said to Kevin. He wanted to speak to him, hold him. Were these people his group, did he care for them?"
Kevin once again heard Vince asking to give them the names. It was hard for Kevin to tell them those names, he considered all of them friends. But then again he had no location, so if he just gave them the names they wouldn’t be able to harm them. For a brief second Kevin wanted to give them fake names, but he wouldn’t want to risk Vince his life, he meant too much for Kevin.
“Well be sure to let us go after I tell you them, fair is fair.” Kevin said stern. “Here we go, we have Stephanie, Roman, Michael, Tori and Albert.” Kevin said as part of his heart broke by giving them those names. “Now let us go.” He said softly as he once more looked at Vince.
Lucy listened and made a mental note. She then smiled as she had the guard remove Kevin from the chair. She took a seat and had the guards hold them both before her desk.
"Why thank you Mr Clark. You and your boyfriend made a wise decision. Im happy we were able to sort this mess out peacefully".
She stood and turned looking outside with a hand on her hip. Looking away she spoke "Take them to the cells".
She let it hit them for a moment before a wicked glare at the men "Oh... I think you forgot to specify our terms Mr Clark. I said I would let you leave, and by that I meant this room... Don't worry. Some of your friends will be here soon. TAKE THEM AWAY!"
Vince glared at the woman as she spoke. She had double corssed them and that pissed Vince off. She was just like the others, a lieing piece of shit. He stood up and looked at the guards. He wanted to strike out, take Kevin and run away. He felt his fists clench and eyes narrow. "What do you even want," he said to her, "we have nothing left to offer. He gave you the names. You can take our weapons and our stuff. Just let us go. We can't offer anything else. He said he doesn't know where they are."
He felt his fists clenching. He took a step forward and swung at her. He was aiming for her, hoping it would hit. He hoped Kevin would react as well, taking out any of the guards or trying. If they got a gun they would have the upper hand. Vince was a fighter, and would fight for anything, ecspecially kevin. This was no acception. Vince had fought for Kevin before, and would continue to do so. He fought to get to him, his last moments wouldn't be in a cell. They would get out.
Shauna Kelly: That helped, thank you
