Pushing the door open mark shined his light into the room. A firetruck sat pointed to a larger door ready to roll for an emergency. The area looked untouched as if no walkers had wandered in. Mark waited for Kiku to enter the room before he slammed the door shut. After waiting a moment he didn't hear any movement. "Sorry. Needed to see if there were any walkers hiding."
Kiku flinched as the door slammed, it took her a moment to realize why he had done it but she wished he would have warned her. When it was clear they were alone she loosened her grip on the kunai in her hand. In need to satisfy her itchy fingers she quickly went to the firetruck. She'd never see one up close before, sitting in the seat she smiled and turned the steering wheel lightly back and forth. Satisfied with her childish moment she began searching the firetruck for anything important. It was an emergency vehicle after all.
While she looked her mind drifted to the tall man whom she was alone with. He'd recently lost an eye yet he was eager to jump out of that RV. It might be possible they were more alike then she thought, incapable of sitting still for too long. It had killed her that she'd been left in the RV at the Wal-Mart back in New Mexico. "This truck is stocked up, it doesn't look like anyone stopped to check this at all. How bizarre," she picked up one of the 5 flashlights sitting in the cabin, "at the very least someone would grab this." She turned around and faced the room outside of the firetruck, "do you think this might possibly be a trap?"
She got goosebumps just thinking about it, she most certainly did not want to deal with people who cannot be trusted. She'd had a few encounters in the past, it was no coincidence that she wasn't hanging around Chicago for her fiance. She looked at the wall of the cabin next to the driver door and saw a megaphone. She pulled it off it's hook and lifted it so Mark could see, "maybe next time we can use this to test for walkers."

[OOC: I must apologize for taking so long to post again. I grew obsessed with creating the girls' art wall collage in visual form. I think I've learned my lesson. One little picture can take way more time than planned. Dakota and Clementine made a collage of all the people they have considered family by blood or circumstance, living, dead or missing. Those visible are the only ones left I could find active face claims to work with. (Damon, Remy, Ash, Mark, Tala, Marko, Castle, Aron, Vivian, Anthony, Tori J. Kiku and baby Lee[NPC]) The rest visible are from Clem's or Dakota's back story. There are many others out of view of frame too. Clem is responsible for the more detailed drawings and Dakota's are the stick figure ones. Dakota did cut them out and supplied the stickers holding them all to the RV's wall.]

Dakota made room for Tori. She finished drying her eyes, and turned a brief smile up to Tori. "Sure. You wanna draw with us? It's a flower we're keeping safe for a friend."
She took the yellow crayon first, and started coloring petals of the dancing toy first.
Clementine nudged the little flower doodad more into the sunlight filtering through the window to make the smiley faced plastic posy dance faster. She smiled to Tori too, "It's hard not to smile with something so silly."
Clem started with a green crayon to color the leaves for her picture of the flower first, working her way up to the stem.

“Man, this takes me back. I used to draw all the time as a kid. I had one of those one-hundred and ten art sets that had everything. Markers, color pencils, crayons, you name it I had it. We had really big pieces of paper, too.”
Tori went to the markers and took her own piece of paper. She figured she do a warm up session first before copying the dancing flower. Drawing a round circle with the orange marker first before moving on to the yellow, leaving a blank spot in the middle where she drew the eyes. The vine and leaves came up next, and she colored it all in.
“Come on, markers, work with me here.”
Once Tori was done she smiled and held up the picture.
“Behold my amazing drawing skills!” she said sarcastically. Drawing never been her strong suit, but she loved it all the same.

Dakota finished of the petals, and was working on the smiley face. She had drawn the dancing flower before, so she spent half her time just watching and giggling at the toy. So this is what had come to replace youtube, movies and television in the world after the end.
Finishing up the smiley face, she glanced up to see Tori's handiwork. Dakota giggled, ”That's pretty good for a speed run.”

Clementine was even further behind in creating her leaves and stem. Like Koda, she had drawn the flower many times before, and with her greater skill, she was drawing more the flower as she imagined it, rather than as she saw it. Her leaves were getting some frilly curly cues that weren't actually there.
Looking up to see Tori's drawing of the flower ”Hey that's...good practice.”
Clem heard baby Lee start to fuss. She leaned over, and could smell why almost immediately. She glanced back to Dakota, ”Hey, Koda. Lee needs-”

Dakota cut Clem off at the metaphorical pass, ”Oh no. I did it last time. Maybe Papa Bear or Lilly can do it this time, because I'm not even chancing it to a game of odds or evens.” She leaned over to stage whisper to Tori, ”You're safe 'cuz you're busy drawing with us. So just a heads up so you can be sure.”
She raised her voice and declared suddenly, ”1-2-3-NOT-IT!

Clementine's dark eyes widened, and she called out in a mild sort of panic. "Wait what.. I mean NOT-IT!" She gave Dakota a look, "Why do you always get to declare the not-its?"
Tori set the drawing of the fireflower aside and started to work on the dancing yellow flower until the smell of baby poop and the discussion of who to change Baby Lee came up. Tori lent her head towards Dakota when she whispered into it and snickered underneath her breath.
“NOT IT!”
Tori covered her mouth and giggled.
“Tough break, kid. Me and diapers, um, they don't mix. Besides, it been a while since I had anything to wash my hands with. Wouldn't want to give him a rash.”
Mark walked around the room. A stain on the counter that used to be coffe judging by the mug next to it had become part of the counter after being left over time. He came across an open junction box. One of the breakers was tripped. Hearing Kiku call out from the truck the biker let out a chuckle as she held up the megaphone. "I think next time I might use it to check for walkers. Maybe."
Mark flipped the breaker and to his surprise the lights in the room turned on. Looking around the newly illuminated room the biker smiled as he walked over to the fire truck. "You're seeing this to right?" Mark motioned to the lights.
Ash let out a laugh hearing the not it from the girls. Shadow with his head in Ash's lap looked up at the girls before putting his head back down. Ash started petting the dogs head as he kept watch waiting for Kiku and Mark. His crossbow laid on the ground beside him he let the hot summer sun hit him. It felt great to the Texan. It reminded him of his days at his farm keeping the cows fed and milked. He missed his old life.
Ash was brought out his thoughts at the sound of the generators starting up over the tunnel. He stood up grabbing his crossbow as Shadow stood up looking at the tunnel. His tail wagged as he looked at his owner and the girls.
Lilly was trapped inside the freezer at the dairy farm. She pressed on her fathers chest. Having collapsed from a heart attack she repeatedly pressed on his chest trying to bring her father back. But it was all for nothing as a salt lick was dropped onto his head. She jumped and saw she was still in the RV.
Looking around from her spot by the table Lilly could see. Rubbing her tired eyes she sat up looking at the others. She didn't see Ash, Mark, Kiku, or shadow. "Where are the others?" She asked before hearing the generators turn on over the tunnel. "Where are we?"

Dakota sniggered, and she turned to tack up Tori's fireflower drawing with stickers. It was set apart from the rest of the collage, but she was already planning that whole side of the wall to be nothing but flower pictures. Indeed it was really the foundation of a whole new section to the growing art wall.
She added while smoothing out the flower stickers, ”Yeah... can't blame me if I usually remember to call it first.” Dakota appraised her placement of Tori's fireflower before settling back down again. A quick glance around the RV's cabin, and she saw Lilly still asleep. ”Okkay, so it wouldn't be fair to include Lilly this time because she's sleeping. That means, Papa Bear, you get to change baby Lee. It'll be a bonding experience. Beasides Shadow can't do it, he doesn't have thumbs.”
Dakota leaned forward smiled to the husky out the door with Ash. Her voice raised into baby talk as she tried to get Shadow to bark and wag his tail as if he agreed with her. ”Isn't that right boy? It's Papa Bear's turn to change poopy diapers. She turned her head back toward Lily as she woke up. ”well.. still Papa Bear's turn 'cuz she was sleeping when the voting coun-” The lights came on around them in the tunnel breaking her attention away from the poopy diaper issue. ”I hope that was Mark and Kiku that did that.”

Clementine just shook her head, at least she wasn't the last one to declare not it, making further protest unnecessary. She smirked as the vote turned against Ash. ”Sorry, Papa Bear. Sleep is a reasonable dodge from one vote.” Clem briefly frown in thought, ”Hmm..maybe we should elect a permanent poopy diaper committee. One that excludes big sisters from being on it. Us big sisters have lot of responsibility already.”
She smiled on over to Lilly when she woke up, ”They're checking out the tunnel, making sure it's safe." Then while listening to Dakota, the lights came on. Clementine sighed, the combination of lights in the tunnel and the possibility it might not be Kiku and Mark responsible gave Ash an out, since he was already on watch. ”This means that next time is your real, Papa Bear.”
Leaving her half-finished drawing of the dancing flower, Clem moved to the starting to fuss infant. She meant to rejoin Dakota and Tori soon as possible, long as the lights turned out to be just Kiku and Mark. For baby Lee's sake and everybody's noses sake, someone had to do the changing. Clem pulled out Lee's diaper bag, and got to work. She glanced briefly up to Lilly, ”I think the last sign before we got here said Eisenhower Tunnel.”

Ash crouched down by Clementine. He didn't say not it so it's his turn. "I'll help Clem." Ash never had any kids with his wife. The closest thing he ever had was Dakota and Clementine. Now Lee was added to the mix. Reaching into the diaper bag he started to help change Little Lees diaper.
"Everyone should have their gun with them. Just in case the lights weren't Kiku and Mark." Ash said to everyone in the RV. He didn't want to chance there wasn't another freak like the others they met along the way. The biker Matt and his friend Jeff. Ash had two scars on his chest and shoulder from getting shot. Holding the dirty diaper he threw it out the door and got an angry glare from Lilly. "What? Did you want it?"
Clementine smiled softly, happy for the help. She handed Ash the diaper and wipes as needed, and gave a few little tips along the way. She didn't want to give Ash the idea she didn't want help after all. "Thanks, Papa Bear."
Clem had to hide and stifle her smile behind a hand when she saw the look Ash got from Lilly. The lights... yeah the lights. Ash was right about that. Clem quickly made sure she had her gun at her side and loaded.

Tori was about to go back to drawing until the sound of the generators coming on grabbed her attention to the outside of the RV. She stood up and walked over to the front of the RV to get a closer look at the tunnel that was now lit up like a Christmas tree.
“That was supposed to happen, right?”
Ash said everyone should have their gun. Only problem was Tori didn't have one of her own, or know how to shoot for that matter. She still had the nightstick in her jeans and went over to grab her bat, concealing it inside her jacket and setting it up to easily slide down the sleeve and into her hand. Better than nothing.
Lilly shot Ash a look as he threw the dirty diaper out of the RV. "What? Did you want it?" Lilly shook her head. "No but you shouldn't just throw a dirty diaper out." Lilly scolded Ash before letting out a sigh knowing her scolding wouldn't stop him. Standing up she grabbed her pistol slipping it into her waistband as she moved to the others.
