Castle smiled at Clem and Tala and shook his head. "You know me Clem I always say something stupid that gets me in trouble." he smirked rubbing the back of his neck. "Next time I say something dumb just whack me across the back of the head clem." Castle really didn't know how to apologize to Tala not really knowing how to start. He moved over to the truck and threw the last bag onto the bed of the pick up it before getting on it him self. Castle turned to face the group. "I think were all good for gear it will be abit cramped so it is best to go look for a car. Unless Marko doesn't mind sitting on my lap." Castle moved one of the sleeping bags under his head as he laid down on the bed of the truck. This was going to be a long ride ahead.
"I have an RV. Well its not mine but I've been traveling with the person that owns it. That's how i got here." Ash checked his watch. "Should be here in a few minutes." Ash looked at Shadow and smiled. Taking the container of tennis balls he opened it and removed one.
The dogs ears perked as Ash bounced the ball. "If you guys were ok with it we could tag along with ya. We got food to share." Ash explained and threw the ball making the dog chase after it. He returned wagging his tail happily holding the ball.
Tala wouldn't look at Cas. He had made a joke about what happened, which she was learning was just his way. Didn't mean it didn't sting her though. She glanced at Marko, and watched his reaction to Cas. Her head drifted to Clem,"yeah,Clem, whack him good." She smiled at the girl, then Ash spoke and her smile fell. What did he mean? After what he had said earlier ,she assumed he had been alone. Tala stiffened a bit. Who was this person and why had he not mentioned a companion before? Oh,she had questions. Everyone else might trust him,but she stared at his head, he might not have the best judgement right now. They all knew that there were fucked up people out there. Hell, after the Rev and that guy Anthony was talking about,Tala was not going to take chances with the girls.
She stepped away from the back of the truck,"who is this person?" She glanced at the girls,"we don't just trust people, not with their safety,Ash." She glanced at Mark, hoping he would back her up on this. "Not being mean, but your judgement of someone might not be the best, right now." She lifted a finger to indicate his head. She wanted to make sure the girls would be safe and this was going to be a long drive. "We are going to Colorado, right? Going to go and find that camp Mac talked about, right?" She wanted everyone to be on the same page."I ain't looking forward to being around him again,but...Viv,Anthony ,and Yuri ,Aron...they should be there too."
Castle was Writing on a small bit of paper but soon lifted up from the uncomfortable laying position after Ash said about a friend and the way Tala acted. "We all have friends to find at Colorado Tala I have no other reason to change plans." Castle could tell by the way Tala was acting she was in fear of the girls safety and her trust was running very thin with people. Castle climbed out of the truck and tilted his head to the side to click it. "Tala, Mark and the girls will take the pick up. Ash, myself, shadow and Marko will travel with his friend. It makes the most sense." He turned to Tala and looked at her with a small smile and walked up to her and whispered. "You keep the girls safe and mark especially mark." He smirked before going serious. "If things go bad with his friend you keep driving and keep the girls safe and if were not behind you when you guys make it to camp let Remy know. She might not be in charge but I bet she will move heaven's and hell's to find Ash and possible myself and it will knock Mac of his high horse." Castle took a hold of one of her hands and looked at her giving her another smile but when he let go he left the bit of paper in her hand. "Read that once we hit the road and I'm sorry." Castle turned to face the rest and put his hand on his belt. "Well chaps you have your marching orders let's boogie."
Lilly had gotten three bags of sand for the snow and some food. A pet bed for Ash's dog. She saw it on the list he had managed to add it without her seeing. It made her smile thinking about how much he cared about the dog. Seeing Ash talking to another group she slowed the RV down. Getting ready to pull over Ash spotted her and gave her the all clear signal. Slowly driving up to the group she shut the engine down and climbed out of the side.
Keeping her pistol tucked into the waistband of her jeans as she exited the RV. She looked at the others with suspicious eyes as Ash introduced her. "Hi." She nodded and looked at Ash. "You sure these people are trustworthy?" She had doubts about groups since her last one and even had doubted herself letting Ash tag along. He'd been a warm welcome from everyone else she'd met. All her doubt left when she spotted a tiny familiar face. "Clementine?"
"Right..." Marko laughed half-heartedly at Castle's joke, even if it was in somewhat bad taste with the way things were. The man didn't realized the gravity of it all and thus Marko couldn't blame him, but he could appreciate his efforts to lighten the mood. "As nice as I'm sure that is, we're finding a vehicle"
With that said, Marko continued to listen. Turns out they didn't actually need to find another vehicle after all; an RV would be plenty of space to fit all of them. It all seemed strangely convenient to him. Marko raised in eyebrow suspiciously, but otherwise not saying anything, holding onto the hope that perhaps once, Lady Luck was smiling upon them.
And if not, they'll just have to do what must be done.
Marko didn't truly knew these people well enough to understand the names that Tala spoke of, but he could understand her distress. Trust was hard-earned these days with so many people looking to kill you and the safety of the girls came first. Castle's plan made sense to him, though Marko didn't like being isolated like that. Out of all of them, he was the most capable of handling it if things go sideways and so him going with whoever this person was seemed like as good a plan as any.
Keeping an eye on their surroundings, Marko spotted the RV coming around the corner and his hand instinctively drifted towards his weapon, his muscles tensing. Could be trouble, his brain told him, even though Ash had said they can be trusted. A woman stepped out of the vehicle, gun tucked behind her back. There was something... military about her that Marko couldn't quite place.
And for the second time today, Marko's eyes widened in surprise. "Clementine", the woman had said. These people seem to be wicked popular

Wyatt had been driving for ages now, well at least that is how it felt. He saw some shops here and there and some houses, but no people, well none that were still alive. It was for the first time, that he was back on his own and now more than ever he was unsure if he would ever find his brother. He felt depressed by the thoughts of giving up, but chasing a little spark in a world of darkness wasn’t the best solution. He hit the steering wheel of the car and cursed. He had no idea where he should go, did he need to find a new group or should he continue on his own. “Well if there is somebody up there please give me a clear sign on what to do.” Wyatt said to himself as he sighed.
But the next thing that happened was a bit strange, a couple miles ahead he saw what looked like an RV and next to it a group of people. Wyatt was a bit dazzled. “Well I’ll take that as a sign.” He said to himself once more. He knew he should try to make contact, cause social contact was good, it would keep people from going crazy these days. But then again Wyatt wasn’t easy to trust people. "I guess I just have to learn to trust people then.” He said as he drove into their direction.
Ash gave the OK signal to the RV and watched as it rolled up. Shadow whined and nudged the tennis ball in his mouth into Ash's hand. "Not now buddy." Ash threw the ball and the dog chased it. Seeing Dakota standing by herself he sat down beside her wagging his tail. He dropped the ball by her scooting closer to the human child.
Ash watched Lilly come out of the RV. "These people are good. I can vouch for them." Her reaction to seeing Clementine caught him off guard. "You two know each other?"
Clementine focused concerned young eyes on Tala as she came to eye level. She offered an understanding smile, and nodded, "Yeah, I miss my mom and dad too. I get it." Glancing back over to Castle, smirking back, Well, alright. But remember you're the one who told me I could, Lo- Uh Sorry. Castle. I'll get that right sooner or later.”
Clem helped Dakota load both their collection up into the truck, having to climb onto the truck bed and crawl past Castle to the corners claimed by the girls as “rooms”. She packed away the winter clothes and boots amongst her other things, and took Dakota's finds up to find places for them. Clementine paused n the middle, grinning back to Tala, ”He did say to do it soo... “ She fished one magazine she had gathered from the gas station back in Miami, rolled it up and gave a light bop atop Cas's head as instructed.
Clementine glanced back to Ash, There's someone else with you, Papa Bear?”

Dakota handed up her things to Clem, when she was ready. Also climbing into the truck briefly, Dakota packed the few extra winter articles she had picked up with her aunts' winter stuff. She was climbing back out when everyone started talking of Ash's RV and the other person that had come with it.
Worry crossed her young face, Dakota turning her hazel gaze between Tala and Ash, ”Viv and Ant-nerd can't be left in that man's clutches, but I know.. I know if there's anything I don't want is to live under that pyshco and his pyscho family. That still hasn't changed. Maybe we could just.. stay close by? Th-then we can go visit or they can come to us if they want.”
Then the RV pulled around or came closer, and a woman stepped out. Dakota tensed over, but Ash seemed to be on friendly terms... and she knew Clem? Bemusement creased her face, the right side more creased than the left. ”Wait... what? Clem?”
Clementine looked nearly as bemused and startled as anyone at first. It certainly was a morning of people she never thought she'd see again. Ash, whom she gladly counted among those she would see again someday. Now... there was Lilly.
She did a double take between Lilly and the familiar RV. For the moment, Clem was stunned silent.
As they were talking the RV pulled up. Tala had the piece of paper in her hand and turned to look at the sound of a door. She shoved the note in her pocket. Everyone seemed willing to go with Cas' plan, but Tala didn't say anything.
When the woman approached, she spoke to Clem. Tala stiffened and reached out and grabbed Cas' arm. She glanced at Marko. This woman knew Clem and she wasn't sure if this was good or bad. She glanced at Koda, then saw Ash was as surprised as she was by this. Tala leaned in to Cas,"I don't like this." She stepped away and locked a gaze on Marko, and nodded. She hoped he got her cue. She moved closer to the girl, placing herself between the two, should the woman be some sort of threat. From where she was standing, she spotted another approaching vehicle. Tala pointed,"Ash...that vehicle with you?" She stepped back and grabbed Clem, holding her against het back,"Koda...get low back there." She wanted the girls hidden and did her best.
Clementine's shock faded, a warm smile replacing it across her face. It seemed she was glad to see this woman again, and for a moment she was. A day of improbable, heart-warming, hope-restoring reunions. Why not? Clem sure deserved one. Hell, they all did.
The turn came softly. The young girl's face and dark eyes hardened, any joy in seeing Lilly again was gone. She started toward the woman herself, testing Tala's protective hold on her. Anger rose up in her voice and the very way she stood. "How could you?! She was my friend! I thought she was your friend too."
Clem pointed angrily at the RV, "Then you left us all to rot in the middle of nowhere. If they hadn't gotten that train going, we would've been stuck there. Even me."
Castle grabbed the hilt of his sword and stepped forward this whole situation was a little dicey. "Ash...what's going on here?" He said as he looked towards the approaching car and at the woman. He was rather thrown off when Clem recognized her not only that but then started asking her questions "Clem you know this woman?" Castle looked towards Marko giving him a nob and said "Chap go flank around see if you can get a drop on our uninvited quest.... but don't kill we don't need blood on our hand's." Castle felt uneasy about it all he looked towards Mark "Mark get the car started." he looked at Tala "Tala get the girls in the car and go I'll be right behind you."Castle may not like being acting leader but it was a role he was willing to do to keep the girls safe.
Lilly stared at the little girl. She didn't say anything to Clementine before she left. The girls words cut right through the grown woman. Hearing Clementines words she lowered her head. "I......I was doing it to protect the group!" Lilly fired back her eyes had tears running down her cheeks. "I wanted you and Lee to come with me I really did. But you would have been safer with Lee."
Lilly wiped off her eyes. "Lee tried to make me stay but i didn't want to drag you all down with me.". She turned away and started to move back to the RV she opened the side door. She entered ignoring the approaching vehicle. Shutting the door behind he she laid down on the seats around the table. Wrapping her arms around herself she silently cried seeing an Angry Clementine Clementine.
Ash unslung his crossbow at the approaching car. "It's not with me.". He said as heard Tala ask him. Watching the exchange of words between Clementine and Lilly Ash tried to intervene. "ENOUGH! We can settle this later!"
Ash looked at Logan. "I'm going to check on Lilly. Hollar if you need me. Also I'll drive the RV just climb on when your ready." Ash watched the approaching car and decided on staying outside the RV once he heard Lilly crying silently. "Second thought I'll stay out here.". Ash leaned on the door to the RV his crossbow still in hand.
Mark nodded to Logan and walked to the truck. He stopped watching Tala restrain Clementine he looked at Dakota. "Dakota get in the vehicle. Now. Mark told Dakota as he climbed in and started the car up. The biker watched the new vehicle approach. He pulled out his pistol but kept it out of view. He had one clip left and he wasn't afraid to empty it.

Wyatt could clearly see, he was kind off unwanted, but of course he got their point, everyone was edgy these days, how couldn’t they be.
“This is not going to be easy.” He said to himself. He also noticed a woman going back in the RV, all he could think was that they had to be in some sort of fight or that she was just tired. But it did feel like he picked the wrong moment. He saw them all taking guns and even a crossbow. “Oh crap, this isn’t going good, have to do something real quick.” He once again said to himself.
It was then that Wyatt decided to shut down the engine of his car. He slowly opened the car door, since there was no sign of walkers, he yelled out to them. “I don’t want any trouble, just looking for some people to stay with, don’t like to be alone any longer.” He yelled out as he slowly got out of the car. He kept one hand close to one of his holster, since it wasn’t good do blindly trust people these days. Wyatt wasn’t someone who would trust people easily, but when he finally did, he would make sure no harm would come to them. When Wyatt got out he noticed how outnumbered he was and all he could hope was that these people where friendly ones. While he waited for a reply, he was thinking about what he just did, he had been alone for so long that he didn’t think this through. What if they were all blood thirsty people and they would just shoot him, then all his surviving was for nothing. Wyatt shook his head and got his attention back to reality.
Tala was struggling a bit with Clem. She was a determined little thing when she wanted to be. She finally turned and grabbed the girl by the shoulders,"Clementine!,calm down, we will deal with it,I promise, just calm down." She had to say,she did not think the kid would be all that strong, but Tala had to put out some strength to stop her. She had heard Cas and Ash,and felt some urgency as the vehicle moved closer.
The car stopped. Tala watched as a man got out of it. Mark had gone to the pick up. Ash was around the RV. She glanced to her right and saw Cas. Marko.....where was... She breathed a soft sigh of relief as she realized what was happening. The man fron the car spoke and she listened. Tala decided to let the guys handle this. Her focus was the girls. She looked at Clem,"go to the truck, slowly as if it was normal and get it,alright?" Her voice was low for Clem to hear her and not the man.
The guy looked normal, hell, what was normal anymore? She stared at him and then slowly took a step back. "Cas...you go and meet our new friend." She backed to the truck. She was making her way back to the truck bed, closer to weapons and able to hop on if need be.
As uncomfortable as Marko felt taking orders, he also knew his priorities, which at the moment was making sure the woman was no threat. The power struggle had the be put aside for now. From what he saw, thw girl and her had a history and it wasn't filled with sunshine and rainbows. Marko was ready to move in to intervene as things escalated, yet before he could, Lily, he had learned her name, had already retreated back inside the vehicle.
Marko stepped back, before tensing up again at the familliar sound of a car engine coming closer. A second car had approached them, this one driven by a man who was, surprisingly, a stranger. having caught the glance Tala gave him, Marko had already drawn his gun by the time his foot even touched the ground. With the deadly firearm trained on the newcomer, Marko spoke with an authority years of command had put behind his voice:
"Trust's a rare commodity these days. How do we know you're worth it?" Marko questioned the other man. Frankly, he would preferred to not have had to drill him, yet you could never be too careful. Some would have just plainly shot the stranger, but Marko too arrived in more or less the same way and thus understood the other man's predicament. "Let's just start with your name, yeah?" As he finished, Marko glanced back to make sure Cas was with him. You always needed backup.
Shauna Kelly: That helped, thank you
