As much as Darcy had been a true psychopath but he had provided one thing that Enio had enjoyed more then anything else, a safe place to rest his head, or at least a consistent one. He had back up plans though. Throughout their stay he had sent his men out to clear several locations as well as to secure loot there. It had never been much at a time. A little food here, some clothes there. Some water and a few medical supplies. He moved slowly on foot but they had finally covered the five miles to a small bed and breakfast. Enio spotted the Escalade and smiled. Blake had made it here for sure and by the fact that she was no longer in the Escalade he knew that she was inside prepping the rooms. They had cleared the place of walkers.
"We will stay here tonight Audry. It's safe, free from walkers, and we have supplies stashed here. Food, water, clothes. We will need weapons."
Blake had been waiting at the B&B. The escalade was parked out front and the supplies loaded into one of the rooms. It was like they had been preparing for this for awhile. They had retrieved food, some of it Blake even stole from Darcy, and blankets. They had enough to make a go of it here. Every so often Blake would take care of the Walker that found there way inside or around the area.
She was glad when En gave her the go ahead to get out of there. She didn't tell him but the night before Darcy had three of his men, the ones bigger than Enio, hold her down. Darcy then used her, just for fun. It was a weak moment, one she would never let happen again.
When she heard Enio give the call they were coming she went to prepare. She prepared the master bedroom for Enio and his breeding pet. She took one of the rooms for herself leaving the other two ready for Kale and Ari.
When saw them begin to appear outside she waited looking out her bedroom window, till they were fully insight. One...two..three bodies. Fuck that meant Kale or Ari didn't make it, fucking savages. She climbed the stairs and opened the door for Enio.
"Boss," she sai nodding, a simple direct greeting. She looked at Audrey then back at En. "Guessing you didn't grab Kari. Quite a loss." She looked at the mans wounds, "medical supplies are in the lower bathroom. If you need me to patch you up I will."
She let them go past and looked at Ari, "guesisng Kale didn't make it. Shame, was almost as good as fuck as you. He at least tried," she smirked at Ari. The man just walked past hauling in his gear.
"So Darcy's dead Boss," Blake asked walking up beside him.
Audry was scared to death. She was silent for the entire ride. She got out and did what she was told, but didn't say one word. Had she truly lost her mind? Dean had been there, to get her back, to save her. She had told him no, since she knew that there were people like this out there now. People like these people she was riding with, and who else could keep her safe from those kind of people, but these people?
She followed behind Enio, and only gave the woman , Blake a glance before lowering her gaze. Kari, who was Kari? She thought, tried to remember, to put a face to the name. She couldn't, hell, she mostly saw that one room the whole time she had been there. Enio had kept her secluded from the others, but that had kept her safe.
Enio wrapped his arm around Audry. He knew that she was scared and probably dealing with the mental fallout of choosing him over her old friend. She had made the right decision, in his mind at least, but it would doubtlessly mess with her. She was not the same as him and his people and that would effect her. He looked at Blake. She had done everything exactly according to plan.
"Sorry about Kari, I would have gotten her if I could have but had no time. The hostile reacted much quicker and with much better tactics then I had anticipated, they were extremely well organized and armed. Probably some type of military personnel by my estimation."
Her comments to Ari brushed off of him. He didn't care about their internal debates so long as they did their jobs and of that he had never had a problem with them. They were efficient and he suspected that Blake was more then the farm hand that she had originally claimed to be. It didn't matter to him though, her secrets were her own so long as they did not hinder the group.
"Yes Darcy is dead. I threw him into his own mirror room and ensured he would burn. Sadly I didn't have time to make him break before he died."
"Will these people be a problem," Blake asked, "they won't come after you will they? Do we need defenses set up for them. I have the guns loaded in and one of the side rooms but if they are military trained that might not be enough. They brought down the whole base? How many of Darcy's men were alive when you departed?"
She looked at him and the Audrey. The both look like they fought hard, even though she doubted they both did. There was something about their comfort in eachother that made her nearly gag. Their closeness made her sick but she didn't try and show it.
Boss spoke of Darcy. "I think he was already broken sir. Killing him may have put him at ease."

Raphael had been walking for days now. He killed some walkers on the road, after having a chat with them of course. He was searching for a place to stay and of course for some food and water, since he was slowly running out of that. He tighten the grip on his butcher knife as once more his mother appeared next to him. “Hi mom, how are you feeling today.” Raphael said in a happy tone, he was glad when his mother appeared. But this time the hallucination didn’t say anything. Raphael stopped and looked at her. “What’s wrong, why aren’t you talking?” he asked worried. “Did I disappoint you again?” he asked as tears filled his eyes. But the volume of his voice was getting louder and louder. Some walkers already crawled and stumbled from out of the broken cars that were on the road.
Raphael looked at them with teary eyes, but all of the sudden his sad face turned into a crazy one. “Want me to kill them?” he asked with a smile. Then his hallucination faded. “I take that as a yes, you better come back when I’m done.” Raphael said in a happy tone. Then he rushed over to the walkers. “Sorry but I have to kill you all.” He said as he raised his butcher knife. Then he started to slash their head off. There were only 3, so it didn’t take long before he was finished. “Mother I’m done, they are dead.” Raphael said. “Mother!!” He yelled. Then he dropped to his knees and wrapped his arms around himself as he slowly rocked back and forth. “Please please, come back.” He softly whispered as tears ran down his face. Normally Raphael was a lot more stable, but whenever he was alone for a long time, the hallucinations and other stuff got worse. He needed to find people soon, then it all would fade a bit and he would be a lot more stable mental wise. Then again he needed a group that was as strange as he was, since good people mostly didn’t live long when he was nearby.
(I figured the peeps at the B&B could have heard the screams ect?, btw Raphael knows Enio, we talked about that ;-))
Audry stood quietly next to Enio. He was speaking with Blake and she knew not to interrupt. Besides , she got the feeling Blake didn't like her much. She stood still, and listened.
Ari didn't seem to care what they were talking about. But Audry knew that listening and paying attention could mean her survival.
She didn't scream or move when he heard the screams from outside. She just started to shake. Her eyes went to Enio. He would take care of her, keep her alive. He had promised.
"I doubt that they will be a problem. They seemed pretty intent on one goal, saving the woman that Darcy took from that farm. I don't think they could have followed us anyways. We went out the back, and the only reason they found the junkyard is because I left a damn map. They were pretty damn good though. If they come here we run, no need to try and throw our lives away."
When he heard the yelling he instantly recognized the voice. The fact that the voice seemed to be arguing with someone it called mother simply clenched it. Somehow that crazy mother fucker had managed to stumble into them. At least Raphael was the controllable type of crazy, nothing like the monster Darcy.
"Looks like our old friend found us again Blake."
Enio looked down to Audry, noticing that she was shaking. He pulled her into himself for a second.
"Relax my pet, it is a friend. Like Blake and Ari, granted his mind isn't quite as put together as theirs is, but he knows better then to hurt anyone under my protection."
Enio motioned to Blake to go out and welcome him in. They needed to get him inside and calmed down. Blake and Raphael knew each other of course. The woman had been with him from the beginning of all of this. Raphael would probably calm down when he recognized her.
"You gave them a map," Blake asked, "you could have died sir. Why lead them to Darcy? Granted he was going to end up that way. Maybe Kale or Kari would be here. If these men can't find us, there's no way Darcy could find us. Guy couldn't track shit if we shoved it in his face."
Blaked heard the shooting and looked up. It couldn't be, could it? How the hell did he find them. She thought they had lost his crazy ass. Blake had had enough crazy for her life time.
She looked at Enio's pet, then her boss. "Maybe take her upstairs, safety you know." She said calmly, "Ari can you watch the windows, lay down cover fire if I need to."
She grabbed her rifle and slung it on he back. Walking out she raised her hands. "Raph buddy, calm down. It's alright. Let's just be quiet and we'll work this out." She saw the dead biters and looked back up at Raph. "Why don't you just come back inside, talk Enio."

Raphael stopped rocking as he suddenly heard a voice. “Mother is that you?” he asked looking around him with watery eyes. But then he noticed Blake. “It’s not you!” he yelled. “You fucking promised to come back.” He added once more yelling. But then he looked again at Blake and a smile was slowly appearing on his face. “Wait I know you.” Raphael said as he got up. Then the girl said he could come inside and talk to Enio. “Enio is here?” he asked with a bigger smile as he walked closer. “I’m not alone anymore that’s good.” He said in the same weird tone with a scary smile on his face.
Then he rushed to Blake and gave her a small hug. “Glad to see some people around.” He said in a soft tone. “Mother if you can hear me, thanks for sending friends, now you can rest a bit, but do come visit my sometimes, cause we all need our mommy.” Raphael yelled as he looked in the air. “I’m ready.” He said as he looked at Blake. For now on thing would go better, Raphael his mental problems only got out of hand when he was alone for too long. Meeting up with old friends would be good and would make sure his mind would slowly be stabilized again.
Blake said to take her upstairs, she liked the sound of that. She looked up at Enio. She stopped trembling at his touch, and sank into his side. The yelling from outside. Enio said it was a friend, but he just sounded crazy to her.
Audry stood very still, watching the door. Blake was going to go out there and talk to him. This friend. Someone she didn't know, and probably should fear. She had seen Blake and Ari both while at the junkyard, and she feared them both.
She feared Enio, but he was kind, so long as she followed his rules and pleased him. Ari and Blake, they could both be cruel, and it was only their fear of Enio , that kept them from hurting her. There was no kindness in other of them. She clung to Enio ,and waited for instruction. She hoped he would tell her to go upstairs and not make her meet this mad man.
"He crossed a line Blake and he had to be dealt with. Worse then that is that he knew that he had crossed it. It was only a matter of time before he moved on us. I needed those people's attack to get us out of there safely. If they had been just a little bit slower then everything would have been fine. I didn't realize how good they were but trust me when I say that none of us would have made it out alive had I not led those people there."
Blake suggested that he take Audry upstairs, and loathe as he was to admit it he knew that his lieutenant was right. Raphael, while far from harmless, wouldn't be a threat to Audry. His pet however wouldn't know that and after Darcy Raphael probably would be too much for her to handle.
"Let's go my pet. I'll show you where we will be staying. We will get the generator going tomorrow and we will be able to bath, for now though we will have to make do. I'm going to have to make sure everything is OK with Raphael but let's get you settled first."
He motioned in front of him, obviously motioning her to start walking forward. It was starting to get dark but luckily the windows in this building faced the setting sun, which meant they would have light enough to get upstairs and to their room. Once there, candles would already be ready to light within the room. The hotel had a couple of suits, and it would be one of them that they would be staying in. The others had suits as well. All in all it wasn't a bad place to hold up for a couple of days while they planned their next move. There were a couple of locations that they had already scouted out.
It didn't take long for them to get to the room. Luckily this place still used the old fashion key doors and Enio fished it out of his pocket. Once inside he lit a couple of the candles.
"You'll be safe here my pet. The hotel has been cleared and the only entrance that isn't chained is the front."
After Darcy this guy seemed sane. Funny how that was. That crazy seemed sane in comparison to more crazy. She was glad he excepted, didn't want to have to put him down. It wasn't beneath her, she would, and could do it. The man was weak and rambling on, she's let Boss decide what he was saying.
When the man came forward and hugged her she stiffened up and but didn't flinch. Personal contact wasn't her thing, ecspecially when she didn't control it. She placed a hand on his chest and guided him back. Wait till he hugs Ari, she thought, that smile of his would have a few less teeth.
"Let take this conversation inside," she said stepping back. She motioned with her hand to follow. "Hurry up now, all your yelling may attract something. She walked back and could see Ari's shape in the window, no doubt he was watching. The gun in his hand meant he took Blake's suggestion, that made her smile.
Once inside she closed the door behind then and looks at Raph. "Boss, he's here," she yelle up to Enio. She knew he wouldn't be coming down anytime soon, to dam busy with his pet. lucky fucker still had one, she could be brushing Kari's red curly locks right now, using her.
She glared, not at anyone, just glared. She would search for Kari, on a run, somewhere. She knew she didn't die, but that didn't mean she wasn't out there. Blake would find her, she would come home to her.
Her eyes looked at Raph, "how the hell did you find us?"

Raphael followed Blake inside. He heard how Blake yelled to let Enio know he was here. “Will be nice to see some familiar faces again.” He said with the weird smile on his face. Then he turned to Blake as she asked how he found them. For a brief moment he wanted to say his mother showed the way, but he already hesitated, one side of his brain thought it was crazy but the other part was convinced his mother showed him they way. So he shook his head and kept it secret that his dead mother lead the way. “I just did, no clue how it happened, destiny?” he asked.
Already Raphael was changing, it was all because he wasn’t alone now, of course he wasn’t fully fixed that would take much more time. But at least he was calm for now. “So what happened with you guys, how are things, bring me up to date?” he asked with his familiar weird/crazy smile.
Audry did as she was instructed. She went with Enio and listened to him , he was trying to reassure her. She moved into the room and waited for him to give her further instructions. She could see thanks to the candles. The room was large and had an ajoining bathroom. The bed was large and she glanced at him, then turned to face him as Blake called out to him.
She knew he would leave her and go downstairs. She was curious about this new man. Enio would want her to stay here and wait for him, she knew. She stared at him, and watched him leave the room. He didn't lock the door, probably felt since her decision to stay with him, he didn't need to.
She moved to the door and listened, waiting to hear his feet upon the stairs. Once he had gone, she slipped from the door and moved to the top of the stairs to listen, hoping to get a glimpse of this new man. Enio had kept her locked up and hidden before, she might not see any of the others again, for some time, so she took the risk of defying him.
