Age:

Gender:
-Male
Appearance:
-Ryan stands at 6'0" even, and is of muscular frame, as he keeps a relatively strict workout regiment. He has a thin mustache, but no beard. He cares greatly for his appearance, in part due to the fact that he is a leader of the Free City of San Francisco
Occupation (studies and job before the outbreak):
-CEO of Armin Incorporated, an international investment firm and financial services company.
Hometown (city, state, country):

-Armin has a claim to much of the stock and inventory of the FCSF
Mode of transportation:
-Various vehicles owned and operated by the Free City of San Francisco
List 3 or more good personality traits:
-Cunning
-Ruthless
-Convincing
List 3 or more bad personality traits:
-Amoral
-Narrow-minded
-Arrogant
List 3 strengths:
-Intimidating--Armin's intellect, cunning, and stature make him an intimidating foe both intellectually and physically.
-Political power--As a leader of the Free City of San Francisco, Armin controls much of its functions
-Superficially likable--On the surface, Armin is generally well-regarded by the members of the community, which he uses to his advantage. He is not an evil man, per se, but he is not the man he advertises himself to be.
List 3 flaws:
-One-track mind. Once Armin has determined a course of action, it's nearly impossible to deter him.
-Amoral. Behind closed doors, Armin does not care how he achieves his ends so long as he achieves them, no matter who must be dealt with. He'd prefer no bloodshed, but is not opposed to it.
-Greedy. Although Armin is prudent, he is always thinking of how to better his position.
Describe your character's life before the Apocalypse:
-Armin was born to an upper-middle class family in Columbus, Ohio and grew up there. He attended college at Pepperdine University before earning an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. He began work on Wall Street before returning to school, New York University, to pursue a JD. He returned to his firm after earning his JD. After a few years of acquiring experience, he started his own firm with some friends from Penn, NYU, and his former firm. In time, Armin bought out his friends and renamed the small firm as Armin Incorporated. Armin grew to become one of the most profitable wealth management services, and had subsidiaries in areas of news and entertainment. Armin became one of the wealthiest people under 40 in the world.
What happened to your character on Outbreak Day?:
-Armin was at work on Outbreak Day, and took his rooftop helicopter to safety along with a few of his closest friends within Armin, Inc. He and his closest associates, along with some private security, held up for months in a bunker in his estate--they were completely insulated from the outside world, not knowing how bad it would become.
Describe your character's life after the Apocalypse:
-Eventually, Armin did, indeed, leave his bunker and discovered the world in complete disarray. His life's work--wealth management, entertainment, and news--was worthless in this new world, but Armin was determined to make something of himself yet. During his trek westward, Armin organized several smaller bands of people into following him--his name recognition and superior weapons (money affording him the best) helping to convince them. By the time he arrived at the Free City of San Francisco, the new frontier, Armin had a sizable force. Because Armin had enough men and weapons to potentially take FCSF (it would be a close fight), the leaders of FCSF allowed Armin a place at the table--a leadership position.
Under Armin, the FCSF grew exponentially, as Armin advocated for a construction of a full bazar, designed to facilitate free trade between FCSF and other communities. In time, Armin argued, the market would allow FCSF to slowly embrace these smaller communities, creating one large city. Thus far, Armin has proven to be correct.
Armin met Veronica Hyde, a young woman and native of San Francisco, shortly after his arrival. After a few months of working as his personal assistant, Armin married her in a ceremony officiated by Father Thomas Burns. Veronica holds no hard power, but often pushes her agenda through her husband.
