Julie rushed Bailey inside with the help of one of the scouts. They made it inside of the room they had set all the medical equipment in before lying her down. Bailey was still unconscious. She had been drifting in and out of it the whole way back from Jack's liquors and Wines. She would recognize Nelson in a heartbeat, if she were awake when they were standing outside, but she was out cold and couldn't identify anyone at the moment. Julie lied her down on a little collapsible cot that the group had brought with them from the hive. A metal frame that folded up with greeth clothe stretched tight to be a makeshift bed in a pinch. It was more like a combat stretcher that you could set up as a bed, but it worked for the time being. Julie Laid Bailey down. The guilt was eating away at her, how could she have not noticed that Bailey had gone out? Why didn't Bailey tell anyone? Why did this have to happen to her? Julie's heart was in a million pieces. She was so distraught she couldn't even remember who she had handed her son off to. It was Ali, who then handed him off to someone else, but for the moment Julie was only thinking about Bailey.
Julie: Come on, B-Sting, Don'tchu go giving up on me..... I know you Bailey, you got more fight than that.
Julie's words were quiet, almost as if she were trying to convince herself. She dropped to her knees beside her and brushed the hair out of her daughter's face. She was so beautiful, so young. So badly hurt, Julie was having a hard time separating herself from Mother, and stepping into the role of first aid. As more people entered the room she snapped out of her grief finally. Clearing her throat she began to check her. She checked her eyes to make sure there was movement behind the eyelid. There was brainfunction at least. Julie carefully and gently splinted the broken fingers. She saw that Roner had come in.
Julie: *Lifting her shirt a little to see Baileys' bruised ribs before lowering it.* I don't know who did this, but I swear to god ima kill em.
Julie said quietly as she squeezed Baileys' hand.
