The last and only time William and Fable had been together intimately William had been gentle. Careful. Took his time with her. This time though there seemed to be an urgency to his actions. He stood with his hands on her slender hips but suddenly she felt her back being pressed up against the wall. Her hands were pinned above her head and his lips moved to her neck. She was surprised given their earlier words…..she didn’t even think he would return the kiss. But now with his lips sending tingles through her skin she felt her resolve weakening. She bit down on her lip and looked up at William when he spoke, her blue eyes that nearly matched his in hue peered up at him.
“…I looked for you for so long William….these people saved me when I was surrounded by walkers. Darynn was born just a couple days later…..I’m sorry I….I didn’t mean to hurt you…I felt like you were pushing me away….and then after that man had…had…” She took a shaky breath and averted her gaze from his face. “….it was like it didn’t even bother you….Do you even care about me William?....Or am I just being an idiot by coming out here like this…..” The weight of what she was doing started to set in. She was married. But she was out here in a shed making out with a man who had insinuated that she was anything but a good human being only minutes before.
This could get her killed….this little rendezvous with a man who might not even care for her. Was it really worth it? She closed her eyes and her entire body was trembling. Both from William’s touch and the weight of what she was consenting to. If Cedric knew…..no….she couldn’t think about Cedric….He was a good man…better than she deserved…..She started to cry again… knowing that William was right about her….and that she was worse. She was weak when she needed to be strong…..but it was unlikely she ever would be. She leaned forward as much as his grip on her would allow. Her lips pressed softly against his neck and her hips swayed toward him. “I shouldn’t do this…” She spoke against his skin, her lips moving to press a little lower. Even though she said she shouldn’t she physically showed no signs of wanting to stop.
