Offensive capabilities.....
Armor plating ...... You can't put a price tag on saftey!
Before the outbreak the autobody Garage Rhett Now calls his playground, had a bar build onto it, so you could have a few drinks while you waited for your car to get repaired....(provided you had a designated driver of course....The bar was also stoked with food and was generally just a cool place to hand out... The Bar was called "The Wasteland... The owner thought it sounded edgy and cool.... he didn't realize at the time the name would be rather fitting only a few years later....)
Plenty of booze to get you drunk (Cost....Ammo... Food or something of value... Free for members of the stronghold)
Entertainment the Apcalypse can be boring .....
The entire garage / bar is enclosed in a lot behind a high fence. Safe from biters and the barbed wire atop the surrounding fence keeps out the unwanted humans as well.... There's a rough and tumble crew behind Rhett.... A group of 12 people so far...... A group of outcasts from various walks of life before the outbreak... All of them trouble.. There's plenty of room for everyone, even if your just passing through and your character is not mean or tough or part of the "badboy/ badgirl" crowd..... You can still come in to trade or get a bit to eat or drink (provided you have something worth Rhett's time....)
Welding tools in the garge for welding on modifications (A lot of spare tanks with oxy acetalyne gas)
Rhett's Rules.....
1. All food, booze, weapons, tools, and spare parts go to "The Stash" catagorized accordingly to "type"
2. Rhett's bunch is a rough group of assholes..... But they're not greedy assholes..... Everything in the stash is distrubuted evenly as needed....
3. Nina; Rhett's "old lady" is second in command all tie breaker decisions fall on her ( Nina is a blowup doll that Rhett thinks is real, but honestly she is his conscious any tough decsions that fall on Nina's head will usually go to the option of lesser of two evils as Nina's choices are always the "right thing to do" or the "good person's" choice)
4. If you start a fight.... You finish it..... Nobody leaves until someone is severely fucked up and knows not start that drama again...... Lessons are learned and hatchets buried....
5. All vehichals on the lot must be signed in.... Rhett has a clipboard sign-in sheet hanging in the garage....
6. Extra mechanics needed..... All the work can't fall on Rhett and his few helpers, if your staying at The Wasteland and you have the know how it will earn you extra booze and extra food (Mechanics are the most valuable members here...)
7. Buddy system.... It doesn't matter how mean or tough you are.... If you're part of this group you look out for your fellow wastlanders....
Sleeping arrangments...
Rhett Diggler and his girlfriend Nina has the only bed in the place. It's a full kingsized bed in a little room converted into a living space by the bar's owner pre-outbreak... For those nights he was to hammered to make it home. There are a few couches and pooltables feel free to passout on those however most opt to just sleep inside their cars....
Power supply...
Every once in awhile Rhett will turn on the generaters to power up the place if there's something to celebrate, but most of the time, the gas is more precious and used for the cars instead of the generators....
Entertainment....
Rhett's trying to turn south carolina into the new las vegas...
Pool tables, Darts, Drinking, Drugs, street racing, gambling, Electronic slot machines in the counter top (when generators are on) Custom built cage fighting arena in the back of the lot for settling differences and general entertainment....
