Describe your character's life before the Apocalypse:
Juste grew up in a rough life. When he was just 11 years old, he always came from home school to an alcoholic mother and an incompetent, coward of a father. Juste always did everything around the house while his parents watched, his mother not letting her husband do a thing to help him, saying "it builds character, builds a man". And those words, she took literally. One night onward, after about a week each of hard work and chores around the house, his mother would sneak into his room at night while he was sleeping, and did all sorts of obscenities to him...let's just leave it at that, for the sake of everyone's mental health. The experience traumatized him to the point he eventually started to shrug off his own responsibilities, and grew hostile towards both of his parents. This would continue for a few years until he started to have a mysterious attack from his insides.
He would cough up blood, he would occasionally clutch his chest like he was experiencing a heart attack, but survived it fortunately, due to his otherwise-high rate health. Regardless, he was taken to the hospital, where he confessed about his nightly experience and rape at the hands of his mother. The confession, a plea for help essentially, eventually fell flat after a later court case that won in his mother's favor due to her telling the court he was sick. That night, she had once again to have her way with him while he slept, but he woke up in time to try and get her away from him, only to painfully cough up blood again, hitting his mother in the face for it. Enraged and disgusted, she hit him several times before telling him he was a waste of her time, a waste of space and energy.
He ran away that night, only to return to the house with a baseball bat. Entering his own house again, he commited murder against his parents, and even called the police to turn himself in. His sentence was altered lightly; he was a minor charged with murder, so he was not available for the death penalty, but he was, however, charged as an adult for compensation and sent to jail at Rikers Island.
What happened to your character on Outbreak Day?:
Years later, Juste was 23 in prison when there was sudden news of a prison break rang through Rikers Island. One of the guards of the prison had fallen, and then come seemingly healthy but slow, only to tear into another guard's neck and cause quite the scene. Apparently, the guard near the cell latch hit the latch with his back after being tackled by one of the infected guards to subsequently become some sort of cannibalistic lunch. Juste stared in wonder and confusion as he watched this all unfold, but he took the initiative to lead a group of inmates near him to raid the nearest prison armory after some exploration. When they did, they took over the prison block they were in, killing some guards and eventually leaving the prison to brighter--and more dead--horizons, traveling in a horde of their own and using police cars, SWAT vans, you name it.
During one of their rampages, Juste came across a red-haired young woman stowing away on a survivor's truck, who stopped at the threat...the girl was immediately held at gunpoint and raped by Juste, before he mercifully let her go alive and with all of her weapons, laughing at the triumph before continuing on their merry way to regions unknown, taking up a nearby small suburban town for a settlement.
Describe your character's life after the Apocalypse:
Nowadays, Juste and his crew roamed the state of Virginia due to the lushness and broad scale of the land. There was a theme park nearby that they had been wanting to investigate, but there was also a rival force on nearly the same scale as his own team, based back in North Carolina. His name was Zane, but his surname always eluded him.
Having raided a couple more police stations, Juste's crew had an organized field of marksmen, including Juste himself, an Assault team, Scouts, and defense men in SWAT armor.
